中华乌塘鳢野生和养殖群体血清中性类固醇激素以及性腺中17α-P和前列腺素含量的比较研究

比较了中华乌塘鳢野生和养殖群体血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)和皮质醇含量以及卵巢、精巢和贮精囊中17α-羟孕酮(17α-P)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)含量的差异.测定结果表明,雄性野生中华乌塘鳢群体血清中E2、T和P的含量均显著高于雄性养殖群体(P＜0.01),但两者的皮质醇含量差异不显著(P＞0.05);雌性中华乌塘鳢血清中E2、T、P和皮质醇的含量在野生和养殖群体之间的差异均不显著(P＞0.05).野生群体卵巢中的17α-P、PGE2和PGF2α含量均极显著高于养殖群体(P＜0.01);野生群体精巢中的PGE2和PGF2α含量也显著高于养殖群体(P＜0.05),但17α-P含量则显著低于养殖群体(P＜0.05).野生群体贮精囊PGE2含量显著高于养殖群体(P＜0.05),17α-P含量则显著低于养殖群体(P＜0.05),PGF2α含量两者没有差异(P＞0.05).中华乌塘鳢雌性养殖群体血清中E2和T的含量随性腺发育而变化.     

乙炔基雌二醇短期暴露诱导斑马鱼卵巢损伤的恢复机制

【目的】探讨乙炔基雌二醇(17α-ethinylestradiol,EE2)短期暴露诱导斑马鱼(Danio rerio)卵巢损伤的恢复机制。【方法】用100ng·L-1的EE2暴露性成熟斑马鱼雌鱼6d,随后放入清水中自然恢复21d;还设立1个不进行EE2暴露的对照组进行同步处理。测定此期间实验鱼的体质量、性腺质量、GSI、子代存活率、激素水平和相关基因表达的变化。【结果】与对照组的情况相比,EE2短期暴露后的斑马鱼雌性成鱼卵巢质量、性腺成熟度(GSI)和后代存活率明显下降,斑马鱼卵子发生受到严重损伤,血 浆 雌 二 醇 (E2)的 质 量 浓 度 下 降,肝 脏vtg1 基 因 的 表 达 有 所 上 调,性 腺 轴 中 参 与 卵 子 发 生 的cyp19a1b,gnrh-III,fshβ,lhβ,fshr,lhr,cyp19a1a,cyp17a1,20β-hsd 和era 基因的表达受到明显抑制。在自然恢复期间,经过EE2短期暴露处理的实验鱼的卵巢质量、GSI和后代存活率均逐渐恢复,卵巢的组织学损伤也随之恢复;在恢复21d后,上述实验鱼血浆E2质量浓度、肝脏vtg1 基因表达和性腺轴中参与卵子发生的一系列基因的表达均恢复到正常水平。【结论】EE2短期暴露导致斑马鱼的卵巢损伤是可逆的,但恢复所需时间远长于暴露时间,体现出损伤恢复的时滞性。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
