有限体积法仿真金属塑性成形的关键技术   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
基于有限体积基本原理,对有限体积法模拟金属塑性成形中初始边值条件的生成、材料变形行为的动态跟踪描述、动态边界条件的处理等技术进行了详细的研究。探讨了有限体积网络体系的建立、模具及工件几何外形的描述、初始速度边界条件的获取以及摩擦边界条件的施加等问题,提出了表述变形体物理场量和跟踪描述变形体边界的技术路线,同时给出了选取时间加载步长以及处理动态接触约束条件的技术处理方法。从而有效地解决了有限体积法仿真金属塑性成形的关键技术问题。  相似文献

基于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对中厚板焊接的温度场和应力应变场进行三维数值动态模拟,并将计算量控制在可接受的范围内。建模时采用两种单元结合以获得焊缝处细密、远离焊缝处粗略的不均匀网格,热载荷施加过程中采用余量控制法,应力应变场的分析采取了一系列非线性措施。计算结果表明在焊接和冷却过程中角变形沿纵向并不总是线性分布的。  相似文献

针对阶梯流在实验研究方面的不足,为了更好地研究复杂阶梯流动力学规律,利用光滑粒子流体动力学方法(SPH)构建了阶梯流数值计算模型。该文模型对SPH方法的一种固壁边界处理方法进行了改进,改进的边界处理方法能对固壁边界施加的斥力进行动态修正从而减少边界扰动,还引入了动态加入水粒子的水泵模型来模拟阶梯流实验中的水泵注水过程。以验证模型可靠性,基于建立的模型对Ishigaki实验场景进行了模拟分析。结果表明:定性上,模拟水流呈现出较好的阶梯流流态;定量上,模拟结果与Ishigaki实验数据整体上比较吻合。  相似文献

采用集中质量的方法,建立了一种新型的曳引绳绕行运动的动态模型,并通过Lagrange乘子的引入将曳引轮的运动作为约束条件施加在绳子上.提出了一种约束条件变换的判断方法,该方法能够动态地预测下一时刻的约束情况,并及时对约束方程进行相应的调整.仿真结果表明,该模型能够用于模拟和研究绳子在曳引轮上的局部动态行为.  相似文献

运用大涡模拟方法分别对不加扰动和加扰动的圆湍射流流动进行了数值模拟,比较了两者在大尺度涡结构的演化过程以及时均速度和湍流强度等统计结果方面的预报差异,并与实验结果进行了对照。模拟结果表明,施加了入口扰动的模拟结果在物理真实性方面和统计结果的准确性方面均要明显优于未加扰动的模拟结果。分析了不加扰动和加扰动模拟的本质差异,指出准确预报实际圆湍射流流动应采用施加入口扰动的三维模拟。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
