通过对表层纳米化铝合金材料显微组织的观测, 从实验(压缩实验和纳米压痕实验)和理论两方面研究了该材料的微尺度力学行为. 在实验方面, 测量了压缩应力应变曲线和硬度-压入深度曲线; 针对压缩和压痕两种实验特征, 采用微结构构元模型和应变梯度理论, 对该材料的压缩应力应变曲线和硬度曲线进行了预测和模拟; 进而确定出相关的材料参量及模型参量.  相似文献

为使板料的成形性分析更符合实际,以Marciniak-Kuczynski(M-K)理论为基础,提出了采用应力-应变测量数据预测铝合金板料成形极限的方法.分别采用应力-应变测量数据、幂指数以及多项式拟合曲线三种应力-应变形式对6016-T4和7075-T6铝合金板料的成形极限进行研究.通过单向拉伸实验得到材料的应力-应变数据,构建了不同形式的曲线模型,计算了相应的极限应变,并绘制了板料成形极限曲线.将理论上预测的FLC与胀形实验结果进行对比,结果表明,采用应力-应变测量数据对板料成形极限的预测最好,而常用的幂指数拟合曲线得到的预测结果与实验存在一定的偏差.  相似文献

随着科技的进步,医学水平在不断提高,医用材料越来越受到广泛的重视,其中利用人工骨替代材料来修复、替代骨缺损成为医学骨科领域的研究重点。首先在羟基磷灰石表面引入活性醛基,通过活性醛基将聚乳酸基聚合物接枝到羟基磷灰石表面,改善羟基磷灰石与聚合物复合时,分布不均,相界面结合不牢的缺点,再将经过聚乳酸基聚合物改性的羟基磷灰石与聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物通过超重力技术强力混合,制备骨修复材料。复合材料的吸水率为2.9%,拉伸强度为52.62 MPa,弯曲强度为87.348 MPa。  相似文献

依据仿生原理制备了纳米羟基磷灰石聚乳酸(nHA-PLA)复合的骨框架材料.此复合材料中的主要成分是纳米羟基磷灰石,纳米相的羟基磷灰石就是天然骨中主要的无机相.在保持高孔隙率(90%)的同时,复合材料的抗压性能达到2.07 MPa,高于单纯的聚乳酸框架材料(为0.89 MPa).分离成骨细胞并在三维框架材料上培养,用扫描电镜进行观察,复合材料具有很好的细胞贴附性能.仿生制备的三维纳米羟基磷灰石聚乳酸复合骨框架材料,无论从结构还是性能上,都是骨组织工程中的优选材料之一.  相似文献

人造骨替代材料-羟基磷灰石植入体内,随着骨组织和胶原纤维在其孔隙内的生长以及羟基磷灰石的降解,羟基磷灰石的整体弹性模量会逐渐变化.为了确定其植入体内后软组织对弹性模量的影响,将羟基磷灰石试样植入大白鼠的皮下,分别植入20、40、60和80,d时将其取出,采用数字图像相关方法研究纤维组织对人造羟基磷灰石的弹性模量的影响.研究结果显示,羟基磷灰石植入大白鼠皮下20,d时的弹性模量有明显增加,增加幅度为28.83%,之后弹性模量变化幅度变小.分析认为,最初的组织纤维附着在羟基磷灰石的微孔中,起到了增强的作用,之后软组织表面再生长的软组织增强作用会逐渐减弱.  相似文献

用多试样法测得GCr15钢退火状态的压缩应力-应变曲线,并研究了此材料的应力与应变的函数关系。结果表明:压缩塑性流动阶段材料明显强化,压缩屈服极限达400MPa,而对数应变50%时其真实应力已超过800MPa。应力-应变的数学表达式为S=960∈~(0.21)。还从变形力学及材料科学角度论述了端面摩擦与应变强化的种种效应。  相似文献

材料的真应力和真应变与常用的工程应力-应变有明显的差异,作者从真应力和真应变的定义出发,论述了塑性材料在轴向拉伸条件下变形过程的力学行为,阐明了应变硬化、最大均匀真塑性应变、应变硬化指数的相互关系,真应力-应变曲线直观地反映了材料拉伸变形时的应变硬化行为,其数学表达式为Hollomon公式,由拉伸实验得到的logσ-logε曲线的斜率即为应变硬化指数,其数值与材料拉伸变形时的最大均匀应变相等,是衡量材料塑性均匀变形能力的力学指标。  相似文献

通过等离子体喷涂的方法在纯钛表面修饰羟基磷灰石涂层,可有效促进成骨分化并加速骨再生.生物材料表面的蛋白质吸附对后续细胞行为起着至关重要的作用,然而材料表面性能-蛋白质黏附-细胞行为之间的内在关系仍有待研究和阐明.本文检测了羟基磷灰石涂层(HA-Ti)和纯钛表面(Ti)吸附蛋白质层的性质,研究了蛋白质层对两种材料表面细胞黏附状态、死活细胞数和成骨分化的影响.相比Ti表面,HA-Ti表面纤维黏连蛋白(Fn)和血清蛋白吸附量较少,成骨细胞和干细胞黏附数量少;但HA-Ti表面对人成骨细胞BMP-2的吸附量稍大,诱导成骨分化明显.这说明HA涂层表面对蛋白质吸附性能的差异会导致细胞响应的不同,进而影响其生物学功能.  相似文献

为了更好地了解交叉裂隙对岩体力学性质和变形特征的影响,对不同主次裂隙夹角的花岗岩试件进行了单轴压缩试验.根据试验结果,对交叉裂隙试件的应力-应变曲线规律、变形与强度特性以及能量演化过程进行了分析.研究结果表明:交叉裂隙试件的力学性质和变形特征与主、次裂隙的夹角密切相关,裂隙试件的应力-应变曲线比完整试件更早进入裂纹萌生和扩展阶段,峰值应力前应力-应变曲线会出现一定的应力波动现象;裂隙试件的峰值强度和弹性模量明显降低,弹性模量随交叉裂隙夹角的增大先减小后增大,但峰值强度受夹角的影响不大;裂隙试件在单轴压缩过程中的总能量、弹性应变能和耗散能相较于完整试件显著降低.  相似文献

为从材料拉伸实验的位移-载荷图得到真应力-真应变曲线,开发只需输入拉伸机的位移、载荷、试样原始半径、伸长率、断面收缩率、标距等参数,即可得出材料高温拉伸状态下的真应力-真应变曲线的软件.结果表明,该软件能够准确得到材料高温拉伸状态的真应力-真应变曲线,克服实验条件为高温下引伸计不能添加的问题,建立部分金属材料的真应力-真应变曲线数据库.工程技术人员可以用该软件(TTCAS)分析材料在高温状态下的拉伸力学性能.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
