以鸡粪和芦苇秸秆为发酵原料,在恒温(30±1)℃和发酵料液总固体质量分数为5%的条件下,以实验室内驯化的不产气厌氧活性污泥为接种物,研究不同配比的鸡粪与芦苇秸秆混合厌氧消化的产气特性.研究结果表明,鸡粪与芦苇秸秆不同配比下混合厌氧消化,能够有效提高产气效率,并减少了单一原料厌氧消化日产气量的大幅度波动.  相似文献

采用一种生物化学及生物活性物复合制剂 ,无需外加微生物 ,直接发酵搓揉处理的秸秆 ,靠天然有益菌的快速的增殖 ,并抑制杂菌的生长 ,降解秸秆粗纤维 ,增加菌体蛋白质 ,提高秸秆的生物学价值和有效养分的利用。用该生化培养剂处理稻草 ,蛋白质含量可提高 2 6 0~ 3 39个百分点 ,可降低粗纤维 1 0 4 2~ 1 6 5 9个百分点。以秸秆生化培养剂发酵稻草 70 86 %、发酵脱毒棉籽饼 1 2 2 7%、大豆粕 1 5 34 %、食盐 1 5 %组成的饲粮 ,饲喂舍饲杂交肥育肉牛 ,日增重达到 1 5 0 0~ 1 833g ,增重料比达 3 5 6~ 4 35。  相似文献

旨在探讨复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便微生物的影响.选用90头30-32日龄、体重相近的(长×大)断奶仔猪,将其分为3个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪(5公5母).3个处理组分别是对照组(只饲喂基础日粮)、抗生素组(基础日粮+抗生素)和复合微生态制剂组(基础日粮+复合微生态制剂):试验期30d.结果表明:试验各个阶段和整个试验期,饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能无显著影响(P〉0.05).试验结束时,饲喂复合微生态制剂的断奶仔猪的平均日增重分别比基础日粮组和抗生素组提高5.63%和7.73%、料重比分别下降7.24%和2.82%;试验第15d和第30d,饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪粪便中乳酸杆菌数无显著影响(P〉0.05);试验第30d,饲喂复合微生态制剂的仔猪粪便大肠杆菌的数量显著低于对照组和抗生素组(P〈0.05).综合分析,复合微生态制剂可以抑制粪便中大肠杆菌的生长,促进断奶仔猪健康,改善其生长性能.  相似文献

目的:探讨普复舒配伍微生态制剂治疗青少年儿童功能性便秘的疗效。方法:随机选择门诊青少年儿童功能性便秘患儿43例,每晚服山梨醇粉5~6g;微生态制剂金双歧每次2~4粒,2次/天。疗程14天。结果:给药后5天总有效率达90.7%;7天后达总有效率达93.72%。结论:普复舒与微生态制剂金双歧合用是治疗青少年儿童功能性便秘的理想药物,见效快且安全。  相似文献

实验以玉米秸秆粉和麦麸为主要原料,通过康氏木霉和酿酒酵母两株菌混合发酵生产了富含单细胞蛋白质的饲料,对加水比、物料比、氮源添加量等因素进行研究,通过正交实验方法,确定最佳培养基配方。结果表明,玉米秸秆粉与麸皮1:1混合,3.5%(NH4)2SO4,原料:水为1:4pH5.5,接种量10%,30℃,培养周期5d。发酵终产物粗蛋白含量20.05%,比发酵前提高了60.4%;粗纤维含量为11.01%,降低了61.96%。  相似文献

利用微生物提高作物秸秆饲用价值的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了微生物(乳酸菌和酵母菌混合发酵物)发酵玉米秸秆对饲用价值和奶牛饲喂效果的影响。实验处理为用筛选的微生物制剂发酵纯秸秆粉、纯秸秆粉补充氮源(豆粕粉)和碳源(玉米粉),对照为清水发酵上述原料。结果表明,作物秸秆粉经微生物发酵后有机酸(以乳酸计)含量接种后24h内大幅度提高,之后持续缓慢增加,而清水发酵的对照则没有酸积累现象;与清水发酵对照和不发酵原料相比,微生物发酵处理纯秸秆粉的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗纤维变化无明显差异;但发酵原料中补充碳、氮源后,微生物发酵处理的粗脂肪、维生素B含量大幅度提高,粗纤维含量显著降低,粗蛋白含量变化不明显。奶牛试验表明,与清水发酵玉米秸秆相比,微生物发酵秸秆处理产奶量增加了17.0%,乳脂率增加了1.01%。  相似文献

以粮油加工副产品为原料,经黑曲霉、米曲霉混合固态发酵,制备了有较高酶活和较全酶系的饲用复合酶制剂.发酵物料中m(麸皮):m(豆粕)=4:6,m(水):m(干料)=0.8:1,w(Zn^2 )=0.2%和w(Mg^2 )=0.02%能提高蛋白酶的活力,45℃烘干发酵料,各种酶活损失最小.  相似文献

为研究益生菌、中草药和蝇蛆粉作为饲料添加剂对黄羽乌骨仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化水平和盲肠内容物pH及定植益生菌数的影响,选取300只健康1日龄仔鸡,随机分为益生菌剂1组、益生菌剂2组、益生菌剂2+中草药+蝇蛆粉组、中草药+蝇蛆粉组和空白组。结果表明:1微生态制剂对平均日采食量无显著影响(P0.05),但能显著增加平均日增质量和降低料质量比(P0.05)。2微生态制剂能显著刺激胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏等免疫器官的生长并且使免疫球蛋白IgG的含量和溶菌酶的活性分别提高了46%和69%。3微生态制剂能通过提高血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性来显著增强机体抗氧化水平并且肝脏中以上3种酶活性的提高程度更大。4微生态制剂可显著降低肠道p H值并且使肠道益生菌的比例增加20.2%。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
