采用ANSYS软件建立了超高压微型反应器的三维模型,并对整个计算区域采用结构和非结构网格进行离散处理.运用Fluent软件分别对同向撞击流反应器和同轴相向撞击流反应器的速度场进行了模拟,研究了在相同高压下两种不同结构的撞击流反应器内部的速度场.结果表明,在相同的高压下,同轴相向撞击流反应器内的速度明显大于同向撞击流反应器内的速度,同轴相向撞击流反应器能产生更高的动能,这会增强反应器内部流场的湍动混合和撞击效果,为进一步优化超高压微型撞击流反应器的结构提供参考.  相似文献

利用清水吸收空气中的CO2,在实验室内考察了撞击流吸收器的吸收性能,并与具有内循环的喷射式吸收器、鼓泡式吸收器进行了对比。实验结果表明,撞击流吸收器的吸收率和体积传质系数明显高于具有内循环的喷射式吸收器和鼓泡式吸收器。对吸收器用于有固体产物生成的吸收过程进行的初步实验表明,撞击流吸收器对H2S的吸收率比具有内循环的喷射式吸收器高,且在吸收过程中,无固体产物堵塞喷嘴现象出现。这一结果对进一步将撞击流  相似文献

为了掌握液体燃料喷雾撞击燃烧过程中不同流场条件对燃烧过程的关键影响因素及其影响规律,进而探索不同流场条件对喷雾撞击燃烧过程的强化机理,采用数值模拟方法对同轴对置式双喷嘴撞击流喷雾燃烧进行研究.结果表明:燃料质量流量相同时,双喷嘴撞击流对燃烧存在明显的强化作用;随着入口速度的增加,燃料蒸发与反应速率提高,燃烧温度增加;两喷嘴存在一个最佳间距,使得燃烧效果最佳,随着喷嘴间距的增加或减小,燃烧反应都会减弱;喷嘴夹角为180°时,燃烧效果最佳,随着喷嘴夹角的减小,蒸发速率会增加,燃烧反应会受阻.  相似文献

通过采用Fluent软件中的RNGk-e模型和DPM模型对铁颗粒运动特性进行了三维数值模拟.研究结果表明,铁颗粒在撞击区和加速管内减幅振荡运动且运动场与气流场都关于撞击面呈对称分布;铁颗粒平均停留时间随空气进口速度的增大而增加,随铁颗粒直径和加速管间距的增大而减少.数值计算结果与试验数据基本一致,为进一步优化和改进撞击流脱硫吸收器的设计提供了有价值的基础数据和理论依据.  相似文献

采用α-萘酚与对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐的偶合竞争串联二级反应体系,在4种型式的两喷嘴对置同轴撞击流反应器内研究了喷嘴中心和环隙射流的动量比、射流速度、喷嘴间距、反应器容积对撞击流反应器内微观混合过程的影响。结果表明:增大喷嘴中心和环隙射流的动量比可改善微观混合状态;在撞击区特征停留时间处于0.03-1.0s的实验范围内存在一最佳特征停留时间tRC,当tR〈tRC时,减少tR并不能有效改善微观混合状况;当  相似文献

采用DANTEC公司的三维激光动态粒子分析仪(Dual PDA)测定了大喷嘴间距同轴对置两流肌及四流肌撞击后的径向速度分布。实验结果表明不同喷嘴直径及射流速度时大喷嘴间距两汉肌及四汉肌撞击后的最大径向速度与射流初速度、喷嘴直径和喷嘴间距有关,最大径向速度对应的径向距离与喷嘴直径无关,径向速度分布具有相似性。  相似文献

构造了计算撞击流流场分布的数值简化模型,并用有限容积法对间距为H的两个对置平板喷嘴间的湍流作用区域进行数值模拟研究.数值模拟采用了三种湍流模型:标准的k-ε模型、RNG k-ε模型(renormalization group k-ε model)以及雷诺应力模型.数值模拟数据的有效性通过将模拟结果与由对环境温度下两对置喷嘴之间的撞击流试验的结果比较得到证实.通过与实验数据的比较发现,由于考虑了平均流动中的旋转及旋流流动情况,RNG k-ε模型在撞击流区域获得的结果要好于用标准k-ε模型和雷诺应力模型获得的结果.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
