针对目前芦苇高立式沙障孔隙率间距控制难问题,研究设计了一种芦苇高立式沙障成束装置孔隙推送机构.机构的关键部件设计包括推送弧片的设计与参数确定、采用解析法对缓推凸轮的轮廓线的计算、空隙推杆的设计计算等.建立空隙推送机构三维模型,将模型导入ADAMS环境下,对虚拟样机进行运动学仿真分析,研究以缓推凸轮为驱动元件的机构运动规律,并研制出了孔隙距离控制推杆机构进行孔隙率控制试验,试验结果平均孔隙率为50.13%,验证了设计的正确性和合理性,可为后续全自动芦苇高立式沙障成束机的研发提供参考.  相似文献

提出了基于极板速度、加速度以及推靠系统主传动机构传动角为优化设计目标的推靠系统优化设计方法。通过推靠系统的运动分析,根据实际工况,择优选取推靠系统中极板质心处的速度、加速度,作为推靠系统传动性能的评价参数。以此期望参数与推靠极板质心点处的运动速度差值均方根,加速度差值均方根,推靠系统主传动机构传动角差值均方根最小为目标,建立推靠系统的约束多目标优化模型。采用复合形-遗传算法中群体搜索策略和群体间个体之间的信息交换方法引入复合形算法中,来求解该约束多目标优化问题。获得了与期望值逼近程度较高、机构参数合理的测井推靠系统。最后,将优化结果与原设计的微球聚焦测井仪推靠系统进行动力性能分析比对,以验证其优化方法的正确性与有效性。结果表明,优化效果明显,对推靠系统的运动平稳性以及推靠极板的传力性能都有较大改善。  相似文献

为了准确掌握微球极板在测井作业过程中的贴壁情况,保证微球聚焦测井的顺利高效进行,应用闭环矢量链法建立推靠系统主传动机构的运动学模型,进行运动学求解分析,以此为基础,对推靠系统各杆件机构进行静态动力学分析。推导出了微球推靠系统在不同约束状态下各传动部件的运动、动力约束方程。重点研究了微球极板、链接臂上的两处柱销滑槽高副机构的运动规律以及推靠极板、推靠内臂的动力性能参数。通过ADAMS建立了微球推靠系统的多刚体运动及动力学仿真模型,分析了推靠系统的运动及动力性能。通过仿真结果与数理模型的计算比对,校验了所建立微球推靠系统数理模型的正确性。同时,得到了微球推靠系统各传动机构的动力参数曲线及运动规律。  相似文献

为推导多杆机构的瞬停节传递特性 ,利用瞬停节的概念分析了 4杆机构和 6杆机构的自锁性能。根据 6杆机构存在多个瞬停节的现象 ,定义了瞬停节传递的概念 ,并证明了多杆机构瞬停节传递现象发生在新增杆组与组成瞬停节构件相连接的时候。因此利用瞬停节的传递可以进行具有稳定自锁功能的多杆机构设计 ;结合假肢的具体要求 ,还可以设计出具有可靠自锁功能的 6连杆假肢膝关节  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
