测量了制备态和经不同温度(ta=450~750℃)退火的Fe73-5Cu1Nb3Si13-5B9合金的室温磁后效和正电子寿命·发现在600℃以下退火,随着退火温度升高,磁后效和正电子寿命都单调下降;在650℃以上退火,磁后效基本被抑制,正电子寿命出现两个值,它们分别对应自由体积和空位聚集体,且后者显着增大·实验结果表明,磁后效主要由材料中的非晶相所贡献,这是由于非晶相中存在大量自由体积的缘故·  相似文献

用MTGA测量FeCuNbSiB非晶样品的表观失重与温度关系σ-T和dσ/dT-T,发现非晶合金晶化过程可区分为5个不同阶段.研究经753~883℃等温退火1h的样品发现,Ta升高,析出的磁纳米晶体αFeSi量增多,剩余非晶相的居里温度也升高.TC=0.52Ta+364.8,相关系数r=0.98.用MTGA法测量αFeSi或剩余非晶相的体积百分数随退火温度的变化  相似文献

在双能级模型及凝聚态物质的低频涨落,耗散和驰豫行为的统一理论基础上,研究了非晶合金Fe50Ni30B20于480K退火2h以后,在250-350K范围的磁后效谱,计算得到红外发散指数n=0.11,特征驰豫时间τ∞=2.8×10^-17S.在驰豫峰温处,计算的表观激活能E为1.7eV,此结果与实验很好地一致。计算结果表明,对此非晶合金,磁后效是由于B原子跳跃引起Fe-B,Ni-B原子对的局域重排而导  相似文献

用差热分析,X射线衍射,冲击法等方法研究了铁基非晶Fe72.5,Cu1Nb2V2SI13.5B9合金及其经不同温度退火处理后材料的结构和磁性。结果表明,合金经350℃退火,结构短程有序范围扩大,材料磁化比非晶合金容易;经520-560℃退火,α-Fe(Si)晶粒析出,得到微晶结构并具有优良的软磁性能,例如相对初始磁导率μi≥4.7×10^4,矫顽力Hc≤1.4A/m;在620℃以上退火,第二相Fe  相似文献

巨磁阻抗可应用于微型高灵敏度磁传感器.我们研究了三种非晶合金薄带的巨磁阻抗效应.实验表明,在一定频率范围内提高测试频率,磁阻抗效应有明显提高;适当温度的退火也有助于磁阻抗效应的提高.其中成分为Co70Fe4.5Ni4Nb1Si12.5B8的非晶合金带的效应最显著,制备态非晶样品在频率为 5MHz下达 120%左右,经过退火处理的非晶样品在 5MHz下的效应可达400%左右。  相似文献

用FeSiB-La非晶带材,绕制成环形磁芯,再将磁芯在不同温度下进行退火处理,并研究了退火温度对其软磁性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,FeSiB-La非晶磁芯的初始磁导率μi、饱和磁感应强度Bs、矫顽力Hc和电感Ls呈先增大后减小的趋势;当退火温度升高到400℃时,其综合软磁性能最佳;当退火温度达到450℃时,静态磁化曲线呈现出一定的线性关系,即呈现出恒导磁特性。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
