2.5次微分极谱法测定药物中的叶酸

拟定了叶酸的2.5次微分示波极谱测定新方法.在HAc-NaAc (pH =5.6)缓冲溶液中,叶酸产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位Ep =-0.70 V (vs. SCE),其2.5次导数峰峰电流ep″与叶酸浓度在2.0×10-8～4.0×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.998 8, n=8),检出极限为4.0×10-9mol/L.13次平行测量4.0×10-7 mol/L叶酸的峰电流,所得RSD为1.2%.该方法已用于直接测定叶酸片中叶酸的含量.     

头孢氨苄在磷酸盐缓冲液中的单扫描极谱法

采用单扫描极谱法研究了头孢氨苄在pH 7.4的KH2PO4-K2HPO4缓冲溶液中的极谱行为,发现在-1.2V附近产生一个灵敏的还原峰.还原峰峰电流与头孢氨苄的浓度分别在2.7×10-7～2.7×10-6mol/L和2.7×10-6～1.0×10-3mol/L范围存在良好的线性关系,检测限为2.7×10-8mol/L(S/N=3).用于药片中头孢氨苄测量,加入回收率为94.0%～102.0%.     

毛细管电泳法测定复方乳酸环丙沙星注射液

基于环丙沙星和利巴韦林药物的配伍使用,建立了一种快速分离并同时测定复方乳酸环丙沙星注射液中环丙沙星和利巴韦林配伍药的毛细管区带电泳新方法.选用6×10-2mol/L硼砂作缓冲液,在18 kV电压,20℃条件下5 kPa进样8 s,紫外检测器于275 nm波长下检测乳酸环丙沙星,207 nm波长下检测利巴韦林.结果环丙沙星和利巴韦林的校准曲线在5～100 mg/L内呈良好的线性关系(r0.999 9),复方乳酸环丙沙星注射液回收率为97.2%～110%,相对标准偏差小于2%,日内精密度小于3%,日间精密度小于4%.     

酸性大红GR的极谱分析法

研究了ASGR的极谱伏安行为,建立了它的极谱分析法.在pH=8.84的NH3-NH4Cl底液中,ASGR产生一峰形好、稳定、灵敏度高的还原峰,峰电位Ep在-0.85V左右(vs.SCE),其峰电流和浓度在1.0×10-8mol/L～3.0×10-5mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9884～0.9994),检测限为9×10-9mol/L.RSD为1.90%(n=8),标准回收率在99.60%～103.5%之间.测定了10余种染料对其的干扰,结果表明该法灵敏度高、线性范围宽、操作方便、干扰少,可望用于ASGR的定量分析.此外还对ASGR的电极反应机理进行了初步的探讨.     

原卟啉在碳酸盐溶液中的一个灵敏极谱波及其分析应用

报道了原卟啉在碳酸盐溶液中的单扫描极谱行为及其分析应用.在NaHCO3-Na2CO3(pH=9.6)的缓冲溶液中原卟啉于-1.06V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏还原波,该波一阶导数波波高与原卟啉浓度在3.6×10-7～5.3×10-5 mol/L范围内有线性关系(r=0.998),检出限为8.9×10-8mol/ L.1.78×10-5 mol/ L的原卟啉溶液平行测定11次,RSD为0.76 %.极谱波的波高在室温条件下至少稳定3 h. 讨论了测定中干扰物质的影响及机理包括循环伏安图、电位扫描速度、表面活性剂的影响和电毛细管曲线.结果较之文献,扩大了线性范围,降低了检测下限,且方法简便快捷.     

锡-BPHA络合物极谱吸附波及其应用

在PH=5的1M NH4AC溶液中,锡—BPHA络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上有一灵敏的极谱吸附波。其峰电位为-0.72V(VS.SCE),峰电流与锡浓度在1.7×10-6—3.4×10-5M范围内呈线性关系。其检测限为3.0×10-7M。应用于青铜中锡的测定,结果良好。对极谱波的性质进行了讨论。     

N—（8—喹啉基）—N‘—苯甲酰基硫脲的极谱行为研究

本文研究了N-(8-喹啉基)-N’-苯甲酰基硫脲的极谱性质。发现在0.1mol·L~(-1)KBr-0.05mol·L~(-1)NaOH/K_2HPO_4溶液中,其产生三个清晰的阴极化示波极谱波,二次导数峰电位分别为-0.40V,-0.77V及-1.20V(VS.SCE),相应的线性范围依次是1.0×10~(-6)～4.0×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1),1.0×10~(-6)～5.0×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1),1.0×10~(-8)～2.0×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)。文中对极谱波性质和电极反应机理进行了探讨。研究表明,前两峰分别为>C=S,>C=O的电还原,后者为氢催化波。     

镁—芦丁极谱络合吸附波的研究

在0.05m ol.L- 1KOH底液中(pH= 12.6),用单扫示波极谱法可获得镁—芦丁络合物吸附波,镁浓度在1.0×10- 7～5.0×10- 6m ol.L- 1 范围内与二阶导数波峰高有线性关系,检测限为8.0×10- 8m ol.L- 1,测得电活性络合物组成为Mg(Ⅱ)∶Rt= 1∶2,条件稳定常数为β= 5.4×109     

邻菲啰啉的电化学性质研究

0 .5mol·L- 1 的一氯乙酸和 0 .1g·L- 1 的十二烷基磺酸钠溶液中 ,邻菲啉有一灵敏极谱峰 ,其峰电位是 -0 .75V(vs.SCE) .峰电流与邻菲啉的浓度在 4.0× 10 - 7～ 3.8× 10 - 5mol·L- 1 范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .9985 ) ,检测下限为 2 .0×10 - 7mol·L- 1 .利用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究了邻菲啉的电化学性质     

Zn(II)-Morin配位吸附波的研究及应用

以桑色素(Morin)为配位体,研究了Zn(II)与其形成的配合物在汞电极上的极谱行为和极谱波的性质,确定了Zn(II)-Morin配合物的组成。在pH=4.7的0.1 mol.L-1HAc-NaAc底液中,Zn(II)-Morin配合物在2.0次微分极谱图上产生良好的吸附还原波。其峰电位为-1.14 V,峰电流与Zn2 在7.5×10-8~4.3×10-6mol.L-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系,最低检出限为7.5×10-8mol.L-1。用于实际样品测定,结果令人满意。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
