在金纳米粒子修饰石墨电极上,鲁米诺-过氧化氢-二茂铁羧酸体系的电化学发光有增敏作用.详细考察了在金纳米粒子修饰石墨电极上鲁米诺-过氧化氢-二茂铁羧酸体系的电化学发光行为,研究了影响发光信号的多种因素,优化了测定二茂铁羧酸的分析条件.结果表明,在2.5×10-9mol/L鲁米诺,1.0×10-3mol/L过氧化氢,0.10 mol/L pH值为9.2碳酸氢钠缓冲溶液中,以金纳米粒子修饰石墨电极为工作电极,控制电位为 390 mV,二茂铁羧酸浓度在1.0×10-9~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内与电化学发光强度呈良好的线性响应关系,检出限为7×10-10mol/L(S/N=3).  相似文献

本文利用鲁米诺-过氧化氢的化学发光,采用流动注射-化学发光测定技术建立了水样中邻氯苯酚的测定方法。通过实验,选用碳酸纳-碳酸氢钠作为缓冲体系,缓冲液pH值为9.90,鲁米诺浓度为7.5×10-3mol/L,过氧化氢的浓度为0.1mol/L。结果表明:邻氯苯酚在1×10-9-7×10-8mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为5.05×10-8mol/L,对于浓度为2×10-9mol/L邻氯苯酚的RSD为0.438%(n=6)。该方法稳定、准确,是一种测定水样中邻氯苯酚的理想方法。  相似文献

本文研究发现雌酮对鲁米诺-过氧化氢-碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠-氯化钴体系具有较强的抑制作用,并据此建立了雌酮的流动注射-化学发光法分析法。文章探讨了各种不同的条件,如试剂混合顺序、试剂流速、鲁米诺浓度、过氧化氢浓度、pH值、氯化钴浓度等对化学发光信号强度的影响,确定了雌酮的最优测定条件:载流为水,试剂流速是2.4ml/min,浓度为1×10-4mol/L氯化钴溶液作为发光增强剂,鲁米诺浓度为1×10-4mol/L,过氧化氢浓度为1×10-4mol/L,pH为10.14。线性范围为2.5×10-7mol/L~1×10-5mol/L,检出限为1.7×10-7mol/L,对1×10-6mol/L的雌酮平行测定7次,其相对偏差(RSD)为4.46%。  相似文献

用薄层电池-液相色谱电分析新技术研究了四种染料中间体;对苯二胺、对甲苯胺、甲茶胺、二苯胺的混合体系的连续分离和检测。以甲醇0.04 mol/l H_3BO_3-H_3PO_4-NaOAC(pH 6.4)=70:30(体积比)的溶液为流动相,流速为0.60 ml/min。设样体积为1cμl测得的最低限量为 5~7 ppb。其相对标准偏差为±0.15% 工作曲线线性范围 1××10~(-4)mol/l~2×10~(-7)mol/l。整个分离检测在14 min内完成,方法回收率95~104%。  相似文献

研究了在铂丝电极上电聚合一层带正电的2氨基吡啶膜,然后再利用层层自组装技术固定纳米金、电子媒介体硫堇及辣根过氧化氢酶,从而制备了由辣根过氧化氢酶/纳米金/硫堇/纳米金/聚2氨基吡啶膜修饰的酶生物传感器.实验中探讨了聚合层数、温度、pH值等对电极响应的影响.结果表明该传感器在H2O2浓度6·0×10-7~1·3×10-3mol/L范围内呈线性响应,检出限为2·1×10-7mol/L.此外,该传感器具有好的稳定性和选择性,能有效排除抗坏血酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖等常见物质的干扰.  相似文献

基于碱性介质中没食子酸-过氧化氢-甲醛体系的化学发光现象,建立了静态注射化学发光法测定微量甲醛的方法。最佳测定条件为:没食子酸浓度0.05 mol/L,过氧化氢体积分数1.35%,氢氧化钠浓度0.16 mol/L。方法检出限为7×10-9g/mL,线性范围为3.0×10-7~8.0×10-5g/mL。该法可用于测定空气中微量甲醛。  相似文献

基于在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料上利用激光雕刻微流动注射通道和控制时间进样的模式,并将分离系统(离子交换树脂)引入到微流动注射系统中,结合luminol Co2 H2O2化学发光体系,建立了化学发光微流动注射芯片在线测定过氧化氢的方法.结果表明,采用该方法测定H2O2的线性范围为1×10-4~2×10-7mol/L,检出限为9 5×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差RSD=2 9%(c=1×10-5mol/L,n=11).与常规的流动注射化学发光分析法相比,该芯片具有简单、操作方便、灵敏度高、分析速度快、尤其是耗样量少等特点,已应用于雨水中过氧化氢的测定.  相似文献

基于AAO模板采用电化学沉积法在玻碳电极表面制备Pd纳米线,采用扫描电子显微镜表征了纳米线的形貌。用Pd纳米线构建了过氧化氢无酶传感器。研究结果表明:该传感器对过氧化氢(H2O2)具有很好的电化学催化作用。对过氧化氢的响应范围为1.0×10^-5-1.62×10^-3mol/L,检出限达到6.0×10^-6mol/L。该传感器具有较好的稳定性和重现性。  相似文献

在36℃培育的小白鼠脑切片对~3H-GABA的摄取是浓度依赖性的、可饱和的,当2ml培育液中注入100μl浓度为215×10~(-4)mol/L的~3H-GABA时,脑片对~3H-GABA的摄取达到饱和。3℃时切制脑片能获得较好的~3H-GABA摄取效果。苄青霉素钾(PG)7.6×10~(-4)mol/L、苯巴比妥钠(PhB)9.8×10~(-4)mol/L、Gabaculline 4.0mol/L各100μl均使脑片对~3H-GABA的摄取明显下降,荷包牡丹碱(BiC)0.25×10~(-4)mol/L、氨氧乙酸(AOAAA)1.0×10~(-4)mol/L可使脑片对~3H-GABA的摄取明显上升。  相似文献

本文是《压水堆柠檬酸-过氧化氢-离子交换在役去污工艺流程可行性研究》课题的一篇进展报告,研究了钴和镍在3.0×10(-2)mol·L(-1)C6H8O7·H2O-3.3×10(-1)mol·L(-1)H2O2(pH3.00或3.50)介质中的离子交换行为,结果表明:M1型阳离子交换树脂能从该络合剂介质中吸附钴或镍,使柠檬酸再生,添加少量的M2型阴离子交换树脂可增大穿透交换容量。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
