缺碘地区儿童精神运动功能成绩与智商的相关性

目的　检验精神运动功能测验项目的有效性。方法　对柞水县 248例 6~13岁抽样儿童进行精神运动功能检查与韦氏智力测验,并对两类测验的结果进行相关分析。结果　①精神运动功能测验的各项目分以及总分与韦氏智力测验的知觉因子智商、记忆 /注意因子智商、总智商均显著相关(P<0. 01);②精神运动功能各分测验分与测量意义相同的智力分测验量表分显著相关 (P<0. 01)。结论　精神运动功能测验在测量精神运动功能方面基本上达到了其所要测量的目的。     

宁强县7岁—14岁弱智儿童神经运动功能特点研究

对宁强县某两乡（缺碘地区）７岁～１４岁弱智（ＭｅｎｔａｌＲｅｔａｒｄａｔｉｏｎＭＲ）儿童及对照组儿童进行了神经运动功能检查，以查找该地区ＭＲ儿童的深层病因。结果表明，该地区ＭＲ儿童与正常儿童之间、该地区正常儿童与补碘后正常地区的儿童之间，在神经运动功能方面均存在显著性差异。进一步分析发现，这种神经运动功能损伤存在个体差异，即部分ＭＲ儿童在有智力落后的同时伴有神经运动功能障碍，而部分ＭＲ儿童仅表现为智力落后。因此提示，以碘缺乏为主的营养不足很可能是该地区ＭＲ儿童的致病因素之一。     

冠状动脉造影评价运动平板对冠心病的诊断价值

目的 结合冠状动脉造影评价运动平板实验(Exercise Testing)对冠心病的诊断价值；临床资料与方法回顾性分析了40例运动平板试验检查患者，男性20例，女性19例，平均年龄54岁。对运动实验阳性的5例，阴性的2例进行了冠状动脉造影检查；结果：运动实验阳性的5例中冠状动脉造影4例显示冠状动脉中度以上狭窄，1例冠状动脉正常；阴性的2例中l例为小血管病变，l例冠状动脉造影正常。结论运动实验是早期诊断冠心病重要的检查，运动实验阳性冠心病可能性大，多为大血管病变。实验阴性冠心病可能性小，但不能完全排除冠心病，少数为小血管病变。应结合临床表现及高危因素，对可疑患者应行冠状动脉造影以确诊。

运动对人类共情的影响及其认知神经机制研究进展

 运动兴趣和运动方式可以正向预测共情能力，而运动经验、运动量与共情的关系则尚不清晰。综述了运动促进共情的认知神经机制的两条通路，包括运动通过激活镜像神经系统促进情感共情、运动通过促进认知控制系统促进认知共情；总结了当前研究的不足：研究设计不够严格，研究样本缺乏同质性，现有研究结果难以比较；研究对象多集中于健康人群，对临床等特殊人群关注不够；运动影响共情的认知神经机制研究方面，目前采用的技术还较为单一，数据可重复性方面存在局限。建议未来加强3个方面的研究：（1）严格把控实验设计，明确运动兴趣、运动经验、运动量和运动方式等改善共情不同成分的剂量效应；（2）尝试开发自闭症、阿尔茨海默症等共情受损人群运动处方；（3）推动学科交叉融合与技术创新，深化运动对共情影响的认知神经机制研究。     

浅谈跆拳道项目常见运动损伤的恢复性训练

在跆拳道训练比赛过程中或多或少常会有不同程度的运动损伤，一旦受到严重的运动损伤，必将影响运动员的正常训练及运动水平的提高，本文以踝及足部、小腿部分、膝关节部分和大腿部分四个部位在跆拳道项目中常见的运动损伤为研究对象。根据跆拳道项目的规律和特点，对于跆拳道训练或比赛中常见运动损伤从其生理特点、各部分病因及损伤机制等方面进行分析，提出合理有效的恢复练习方法。指导教练员及时的采取各种措施、合理安排伤后的训练，加速运动员功能恢复。     

广州高校150名老年教师神经系统检查报告

在广州高校正常体检同时，对前来检查的６０岁以上教职员工进行全面神经系统检查。其中教师１５０名，无神经系疾病及病史者占１３９名。１３９名中男性１２３名，女性１６名。年龄为６０～８６岁。正副教授占１２５名，余为讲师。神经系有异常体征人数：颅神经异常４６名（３３１％），双眼聚合反射迟钝最常见，依次为嗅觉减低、咽反射迟钝。感觉改变以下肢音义觉减低；但运动系统以共济活动障碍较多；深、浅反射改变以双腹壁反射减低或消失，但均不如颅神经改变多。掌颏反射阳性１０４名（７４８％）；伸肌组病理反射阳性６名（４３％），均为７０岁以上，其中３名有多项神经系改变体征。可疑有轻度锥体外系损害３３名（２３７％）。神经系改变有二项以上者２０名（１４４％），均为６５岁以上。有人具备十多项改变。有些项目比文献报导者高。本次新查出神经科疾患６名。原１５０名中已知有神经系统病１１人，共１７名，患病率为１１３％，比广州居民普查患者病率８８７％高，且集中于６５岁组以上者。以上资料提示高校体检应重视６５岁以上教师神经系统检查     

江苏省竞技体育后备力量培养布局结构与特征研究

以江苏省竞技体育后备人才运动项目和本省各地级市省属体育传统项目学校以及教体结合学校为研究对象，运用数理统计法，从项目结构和效益两个维度出发，分析我省体育后备力量培养中运动项目结构和区域布局的非均衡特征，并对项目效益进行量化分析。研究表明，江苏省竞技体育后备人才培养的区域布局与普及率失衡，项目结构与本省优势项目存在偏差，项目整体效益偏低；调整项目结构，提高训练效益，深化体制改革，加强宏观调控，是提高竞技体育后备力量培养整体效益的有效途径。     

运动促进大脑健康：来自行为和脑科学的证据

 从分子水平、细胞水平和器官水平机制（脑结构和功能）等方面总结了体育运动促进大脑健康的可能神经机制；结合实证研究进一步揭示了运动促进儿童和青少年大脑发育及延缓老年人认知衰退的行为和脑科学证据；建议应注重多学科交叉探讨运动促进大脑健康潜在机制的因果关系、构建多模态预测模型，基于关键性机制，针对不同人群制定个性化的最佳运动干预方案。未来可增加大样本纵向研究，为运动干预成为临床治疗相关疾病的辅助手段提供科学依据和实践指导。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
