通过分析比较了裂足轮虫(Brachionus diuersicornis)、方型臂尾轮虫(B.quadridentatus)、壶状臂尾轮虫(B.urceus)、矩形臂尾轮虫(B.1eydigi)、萼花臂尾轮虫(B.calyciflorus)等5种轮虫的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基I(COI)的部分序列,并结合4种海水臂尾轮虫的序列数据,用西氏晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna.sieboldi)作外群构建UPGMA树和NJ树,探讨了烈足轮虫的分类学问题,认为将裂足轮虫归属千臂尾轮虫属市为合适。  相似文献

记述了臂尾轮科淡水轮虫一种析种及二个国内新记录种:锚孔臂尾轮虫(新种)Brahionus anchorpora sp.nov腔龟纹轮虫(瓣记录)Anuraeopsis coelata及棘剌臂尾水轮虫(新记录)Epiphanes brachionus spinosus。还将新种与其相近种:壶状臂尾轮虫B.urceus。和褶皱臂尾轮虫B.plicatilis进行了比较,并提出讨论。  相似文献

2005年12月-2006年11月,对珠江广州河段及天河、流花公园内湖泊轮虫群落结构进行了初步研究.经鉴定,共发现轮虫21属77种(包括亚种).其中湖泊的优势种分别为暗小异尾轮虫(Trichocerca pusilla)、微型多突轮虫(Liliferotrocha subtilis)、裂痕龟纹轮虫(Anuraeopsis fissa)和剪形臂尾轮虫(Brachionus forficula),而广州河段则是微型多突轮虫(Liliferotrocha subtilis)、裂痕龟纹轮虫(Anuraeopsis fissa)、暗小异尾轮虫(Trichocerca pusilla)、角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)和尾突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus caudatus).轮虫数量的两次高峰分别出现在春末夏初和8月份.全年最高密度为5 494 ind./L(中大采样点,2005年12月),最低密度为117 ind./L(中大采样点,2006年7月).枯水期,轮虫密度较高,丰水期,轮虫密度较低.4个采样点轮虫年平均密度以天河采样点最高(1 260 ind./L),中大采样点次之(1 123 ind./L),黄埔采样点再次(737 ind./L),流花采样点最低(718 ind./L).径流量、盐度、温度是造成河口和湖泊轮虫密度以及种类组成区别的重要因素.研究结果表明轮虫在河流和湖泊生态系统中具有重要作用.  相似文献

报道了福州内河6个采样点一周年轮虫的种类组成量变动。菜采获轮虫115种,隶属于12科39属。各采样点的轮虫种类数在36~93种间,年平均数量为258~3684个/L。各点轮虫拱有种为22种,数量优势种6种即:针簇多肢轮虫、长三肢轮虫、角突臂尾轮虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、暗小异尾轮虫和椎尾水轮虫。尝试用个生物学指标即:Q值、生物多样性指数和优势种指示指标生物评价内河污染状况。从轮虫生物学角度评价,福州内河的  相似文献

1996年对聊城环城湖浮游动物的群落组成进行了研究.在四个月份的研究中共检出63种浮游动物,其中原生动物40种、轮虫15种、枝角类3种、桡足类5种,一些优势种有团睥睨虫(Askenasiavolvox)、大弹跳虫(Halteriagrandinella)、旋回侠盗虫(Strobilidiumgrans)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachinouscalyciflorus)、裂足臂尾轮虫(Brachionusdiversicornis).常见科有淡水筒壳虫(Tintinnidiumfluviatile)、拟旋回侠盗虫(Strobidinopsisgrans)、瓜形膜袋虫(Cylidiumcitrylly)和晶囊轮虫(Asplanch-nasp.).四个月份的平均浮游动物生物量为10754个/L,其中原生动物占87.4%,轮虫占12.5%.  相似文献

调查了太原市河道三个不同营养状态水体的轮虫群落及理化因子,检测到轮虫73种,录属于18科29属,螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)、广布多肢轮虫(Polyarthra vulgaris)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)及长圆疣毛轮虫(Synchaeta oblonga)为优势种.应用污染指示种、EO指数及物种多样性指数方法,并结合综合营养状态指数对水质进行了初步评价,结果表明上兰段属于中营养类型,南内环段为轻度富营养,温南社段中度富营养,轮虫群落结构特征评价的水质状况结果与理化因子的评价基本一致.  相似文献

利用生命表实验,研究了不同斜生栅藻浓度下,铜绿微囊藻对萼花臂尾轮虫和红臂尾轮虫生活史的影响.结果表明:当斜生栅藻浓度较高(105,106cells/m L)时,铜绿微囊藻对萼花臂尾轮虫的存活和繁殖有抑制作用,对照组轮虫的rm、R0均显著高于铜绿微囊藻组中的值(p0.01);当斜生栅藻浓度较低(104cells/m L)时,铜绿微囊藻对萼花臂尾轮虫种群则有一定的促进作用.任一斜生栅藻浓度下,铜绿微囊藻对红臂尾轮虫种群存活和繁殖及生活史特征参数均有抑制作用,且这种抑制作用随斜生栅藻浓度的升高而减弱.说明铜绿微囊藻对轮虫的作用受其他可食性绿藻食物浓度的影响,且这种影响随轮虫种类的不同而有差异.  相似文献

从芜湖市镜湖和汀棠湖中分别采得曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)和热带龟甲轮虫(K.tropica)个体,实验室内对其进行克隆培养.运用常规的分子生物学技术,对各30个曲腿龟甲轮虫克隆和热带龟甲轮虫克隆分别进行了mtDNA COI基因和rDNA ITS的扩增、测序和序列分析.以萼花臂尾轮虫轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)为外群,结合Genbank上已登录的几条其它龟甲轮虫COI基因和ITS序列,以及测序所得的60个COI基因和ITS序列构建系统发生树(ML、MP、NJ和贝叶斯树).结果表明,曲腿龟甲轮虫和热带龟甲轮虫间COI基因序列差异百分比为24.9%-26.5%,平均为25.7%.曲腿龟甲轮虫个体间序列差异百分比为0-2%,热带龟甲轮虫个体间序列差异百分比为0-1.5%.两种轮虫间ITS序列差异百分比为6.1%-7.6%,平均为7.25%.曲腿龟甲轮虫个体间序列差异百分比为0-1.1%,热带龟甲轮虫个体间序列差异百分比为0-0.7%.基于COI基因序列和ITS序列构建的四个系统树均支持曲腿龟甲轮虫单倍型和热带龟甲轮虫单倍型各自成支.  相似文献

2000年9月至2001年8月,在福州市内河的主干道设置12个采样点进行为期一周年的浮游动物群落生态研究,共检出浮游动物263种,其中原生动物139种,轮虫95种,枝角类22种,桡足类7种.确定了内河的常见种和优势种,主要有绿眼虫、梨形四膜虫、多小核草履虫、瓶累枝虫、螅状独缩虫、红眼旋轮虫、懒轮虫、长足轮虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、角突臂尾轮虫和发头裸腹淹等.分析了内河12个采样点浮游动物数量和质量浓度的周年变化,没有得出明显的季节变化规律,但浮游动物出现的种类数和水温密切相关.浮游动物的优势种多以耐污种类为主,这表明福州内河的水质没有得到改善,甚至比10年前有所恶化.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
