Superparamagnetism amination nanocrystals Fe3O4 with 3-aminopropyltriethyloxy silane (APTES) were prepared by modified co-precipitation method. Next, 4-5 nm gold nanoparticles, prepared by classical Frens procedure, were coated on the surface of the amination Fe3O4 by self-assembly technology. The prepared Fe3O4@Au nanocomposite particles were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis, infrared spectrum (FT-IR), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) in order to elucidate the morphology, optics and magnetic properties of the nanocomposites. Their uniform distribution of particle size, which is about 15 nm, and good magnetic responsiveness were observed. In view of the fact that Fe3O4 owns superparamagnetism and that nano-gold can readily combine with biological molecules, glucose oxidase (GO x ) was chosen as a model to penetrate the condition of immobilizing enzyme, and enzymatic properties of resultant immobilized enzyme were studied as well. By systematic optimization, we established that at 28°C, and pH (5.5) and when mole ratio of Fe3O4:HAuCl4 was 0.5:1, the immobilization provided the best results. Finally, we are glad to find that the immobilized enzyme exhibits excellent thermostability in addition to its better stability than free enzyme. Thus, herein described immobilized enzyme could be used repeatedly with the assistance of an external magnetic field. 以聚乙二醇(PEG)为修饰剂,采用共沉淀法制备了磁性Fe_3O_4/PEG。用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对Fe_3O_4/PEG进行表征。粒子中的Fe_3O_4为立方晶系,加入PEG6000和PEG20000能有效分散Fe_3O_4,避免颗粒团聚。考察了Fe_3O_4/PEG对水合肼还原硝基苯制备苯胺的催化活性,加入PEG6000和PEG20000作为分散剂制备的Fe_3O_4/PEG具有较高的活性和较好的重复性。1.23 g(10 mmol)硝基苯,0.1 g Fe_3O_4/PEG6000(或Fe_3O_4/PEG20000)催化剂,2.0 g水合肼在乙醇中回流反应1 h,苯胺收率接近100%,催化剂重复使用9次活性基本不变。  相似文献

Measured results of magnetoelectric (ME) and converse magnetoelectric (CME) effects of TbxDy1-xFe2-y/ Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)(1-x)TixO3/TbxDy1-xFe2-y (TD/PMNT/TD) and PMNT/TD/PMNT laminated composites are presented. ME effect was determined by measuring laminate voltage output under a Helmholtz-generated AC field biased by a DC field (0-1 kOe) (1Oe = 79.58 A/m). The CME effect was measured by recording the voltage induced in a solenoid encompassing the ME sample while exposed to a DC bias field and PMNT layer driven by a 10 V AC source. The ME and CME responses in the two laminated structure are linear. The highest values of ME coefficients in TD/PMNT/TD and PMNT/TD/PMNT composites are 384 mV/Oe and 158 mV/Oe, respectively, while the highest values of CME coefficients in the two composites are 118 mG/V and 162 mG/V (1 G=10^-4 T), respectively.  相似文献

在氟化铵-乙二醇体系中,采用阳极氧化法在铁基体上制备Fe_2O_3纳米管阵列,然后以氟钛酸铵为钛源,利用水热法在Fe_2O_3纳米管阵列上负载TiO_2纳米片,制得Fe_2O_3/TiO_2复合纳米管阵列,利用SEM、EDS、XRD、TEM、UV-Vis等手段,对所制Fe_2O_3/TiO_2纳米管阵列的表面形貌、物相结构及光催化性能进行表征,并分析Fe_2O_3/TiO_2纳米结构对亚甲基蓝的可见光降解能力。结果表明,Fe_2O_3/TiO_2复合纳米管阵列具有良好的可见光响应;NH_4F浓度为0.4%、水热反应3h制备的Fe_2O_3/TiO_2复合结构具有最佳的光催化性能,对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达90%。  相似文献

芬顿催化是污水处理中最常用的技术之一,但是传统芬顿试剂需要对水体进行酸化并造成大量亚铁离子浪费.本文用水合肼还原法制备了四氧化三铁-石墨烯复合芬顿催化剂(Fe3O4-G),测试其催化脱色甲烯蓝的活性.Fe3O4-G样品用透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱和红外光谱等表征.Fe3O4-G能催化双氧水分解氧化脱色甲烯蓝.Fe3O4-G在pH3.5~9.5范围内均能有效催化脱色甲烯蓝,最佳pH为8.5.Fe3O4-G的催化活性几乎不受溶剂的影响,加入自由基淬灭剂叔丁醇对脱色也没有明显抑制.Fe3O4-G在较高的温度下催化能力更强,增大双氧水用量也能促进脱色反应.  相似文献

水溶性磁性Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒由于其良好的生物相容性、超顺磁性等特征,在生物领域常被用来作为磁性载体材料,其广泛的生产和应用增加了它们在环境中释放的可能性,需对其环境生物安全性进行评价.首先合成了水溶性磁性Fe_3O_4纳米纳米粒子,并用透射电子显微镜和马尔文粒度分析仪对其进行形貌分析和表征.然后在不同的浓度下(0、0.72、1.44、3.6 mg/mL)研究了水溶性磁性Fe_3O_4纳米粒子对小麦生长的影响,结果显示随着浓度的增加,磁性Fe_3O_4纳米纳米粒子对小麦生长的抑制越明显,造成生长抑制和根结构损伤.结果证明了水溶性磁性Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒对小麦植物存在一定的生物毒性,其环境排放应该严格限制.  相似文献

通过溶剂热法和溶胶凝胶法制备Fe3O4@NiSiO3纳米催化剂,并利用TEM、XRD、VSM、BET进行表征。构建非均相芬顿氧化体系,由单因素实验得出在最佳降解条件为, pH值为5.5、催化剂投加量为1.00 g.L-1、H2O2投加量为2.5%时,罗丹明B的降解率达95%以上。利用磁性分离催化剂并重复利用5次,罗丹明B降解率无明显降低,证明Fe3O4@NiSiO3纳米催化剂重复利用性能良好。同时,考察了该催化剂对其它四种染料:酸性大红3R、孔雀石绿、甲基橙、亚甲基蓝的催化芬顿氧化降解性能。结果表明,孔雀石绿、罗丹明B、亚甲基蓝的降解率均达95%,但偶氮类染料降解率较低。通过对比实验进一步研究表明,Ni元素对芬顿反应起促进作用。  相似文献

Micron-sized, monodisperse, superparamagnetic, luminescent composite poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) microspheres with functional amino-groups were successfully synthesized in this study. The process of preparation was as follows: preparation of monodisperse poly(glycidyl methacrylate) microspheres by dispersion polymerization method; modification of poly(glycidyl methacrylate) microspheres with ethylene diamine to form amino-groups; impregnation of iron ions (Fe^2+ and Fe^3+) inside the microspheres and subsequently precipitating them with ammonium hydroxide to form magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles within the polymer microspheres; infusion of CdSe/CdS core-shell quantum dots (QDs) into magnetic polymer microspheres. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize surface morphology and size distribution of composite microspheres. The average size of microspheres was 1.42 μm with a size variation of 3.8%. The composite microspheres were bright enough and easily observed using a conventional fluorescence microscope. The composite microspheres were easily separated from solution by magnetic decantation using a permanent magnet. The new multifunctional composite microspheres are promising to be used in a variety of bioanalyUcal assays involving luminescence detection and magnetic separation.  相似文献

Ba0.60Sr0.40Mg0.15Ti0.85O3-xmol%Mg2TiO4 (x = 0-40 mol%) (BSTM-MT) composite thin films were fabricated by sol-gel method. The precursor solution of these composite thin films was prepared through mixing the Ba0.80Sr0.40Mg0.15Ti0.85O3 and Mg2TiO4 solution. The microstructures and dielectric tunability of composite thin films were investigated. The dielectric constant of composite thin films can be tailored from 155 to 55 by changing the concentration of Mg2TiO4. The dielectric loss of these composite thin films were still kept below 0.01 and the tunability was above 20% at a dc-applied electric field of 500 kV/cm. Suitable dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, and high tunability of this kind of composite thin films can be useful for potential microwave tunable applications.  相似文献

采用水热法和溶胶凝胶法制备Fe3O4@SiO2纳米颗粒,经表面镍刻蚀得到Fe3O4@NiSiO3磁性纳米催化剂。利用XRD、TEM和VSM等手段表征催化剂的晶体和表面结构。构建类均相催化臭氧化体系,考察其催化降解对苯二甲酸性能。结果表明:在臭氧通入量10.52 mg.min-1、催化剂投加量40 mg.L-1和初始溶液pH=9的条件下,催化臭氧化反应20 min时对苯二甲酸降解率为78.13%,TOC去除率27.25%;5次循环实验后,PTA降解率仅下降2.75%。  相似文献

Keggin-type phenylimido-polyoxometalates α-[PM12O39NPh]3− (M = W and Mo) have been systematically investigated on the electronic structures, redox as well as nonlinear optical (NLO) properties by density functional theory (DFT). The strong M≡N bond confirmed by natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis comprises one s bond and two π bonds, the same as Mo≡N in [Mo6O18NPh]2−. Furthermore, phenylimido segment effectively modifies the electronic properties of α-[PM12O39NPh]3−. On one hand, when enlarging the inorganic cluster from {Mo6O18} to {PMo12O39}, the energy gap between HOMO and LUMO in α-[PMo12O39NPh]3− decreased, resulting in enormously anodic shift for the reduction potential, while the excitation energy is less and the total second-order polarizability β 0 is up to 438-3×10−30 esu, which is nearly 10 times larger than that of [Mo6O18NPh]2−. On the other hand, when metal W in α-[PM12O39NPh]3− is substituted by Mo, the interaction between Mo and N is enhanced and the redox ability becomes stronger. The β 0 value for α-[PMo12O39NPh]3− is more than 5 times higher than that of α-[PW12O39NPh]3−. It indicates that changing appropriate metal or enlarging the inorganic cluster will improve the redox properties and second-order nonlinear response. Moreover, the electron transition for three compounds mentioned above occurred mainly from organoimido segment (as the electron donor) to polyanion cluster (as the acceptor). As a result, α-[PMo12O39NPh]3− may be a promising candidate for oxidant and nonlinear optical material. Niobium-doped ZnO transparent conductive films are deposited on glass substrates by radio frequency sputtering at 300℃. The influence of O2/Ar ratio on the structural, electrical and optical properties of the as-deposited films is investigated by X-ray diffraction, Hall measurement and optical transmission spectroscopy. The lowest resistivity of 4.0×10^-4Ω· cm is obtained from the film deposited at the O2/Ar ratio of 1/12. The average optical transmittance of the films is over 90%.  相似文献

n the present work, the phase transitions and relaxor behavior of (1−x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3 (PMN-PT, x = 0.2―0.4) ferroelectric ceramics have been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, di-electric spectroscopy, the P-E hysteresis loop measurements and Raman scattering techniques. Structural analysis revealed that with the increase of PbTiO3 content, PMN-PT ceramics experienced a gradual phase transition process from rhombohedral to tetragonal. It is usually believed that such kinds of phase transitions resulted in the linear decrease of relaxation degree. Surprisingly, our analy-sis of the dielectric spectra revealed that the indicator of the degree of diffuseness γ reached the maximum value near morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) (x = 0.32), then decreased with the further increase of PbTiO3 content. The large dielectric relaxor feature near MPB may be attributed to the for-mation of ordered nanodomains, resulting from complex coexisting nanostructures. Further, the P-E hysteresis loop measurements and Raman analysis of the B-site cation order correlated well with the dielectric measurement results. It was found that the hysteresis loop squareness Rsq received the minimum value while the inverse of the value of full wide of half maximum (FWHM) of A1g mode reached the maximum value at MPB composition, which showed similar trends to γ.  相似文献

The electromagnetic properties of Ba2Co1.8Cu0.2Fe12O22 (Co2Y) and Ba3Co2Fe23.4Zn0.6O41 (Co2Z) were studied by measuring microwave scattering parameters. In the transmission spectra of Ba2Co1.8Cu0.2Fe12O22, a forbidden band emerges due to ferromagnetic resonance, and the permeability will turn to negative in the vicinity of the ferromagnetic resonance frequency. In the complex permittivity spectra of Ba3Co2Fe23.4Zn0.6O41, the negative permittivity can be obtained due to dielectric resonance. Therefore, Co2Y and Co2Z can be used to construct left-handed materials possessing negative permeability and negative permittivity simultaneously.  相似文献

Heterogeneous oxidation of carbonyl sulfide (OCS) on mineral oxides including SiO2, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, ZnO and TiO2, which are the main components of atmospheric particles, were investigated using in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (in situ DRIFTS), ion chromatography (IC), temperature-programmed desorption (TPD), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) methods. The main products and intermediates of the heterogeneous oxidation of OCS on these oxides were identified with in situ DRIFTS and IC. The reaction mechanism and kinetics were also discussed. It is found that the reaction mechanism on these mineral oxides is the same as that on Al2O3 for the same final products and the intermediates at room temperature. Namely, OCS can be catalytically oxidized to produce surface SO4^2- species and gaseous CO2 through the surface hydrogen thiocarbonate (HSCO2-) and HSO; species. The activity series for heterogeneous oxidation of OCS follows: Al2O3 ≈ CaO 〉 MgO 〉 TiO2 ≈ ZnO 〉 Fe2O3 〉 SiO2. The specific area, basic hydroxyl and surface basicity of these oxides have effect on the reactivity. This study suggests that heterogeneous reactions of OCS on mineral dust may be an unneglectable sink of OCS.  相似文献

A novel type of ZnO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics sealing to Kovar in electronic packaging was developed, whose thermal expansion coefficient and electrical resistance are 5.2×10-6/℃ and over 1×1013 Ω·cm, respectively. The major crystalline phases in the glass-ceramic seals were ZnAl2O4, ZnB2O4, and NaSiAl2O4. The dielectric resistance of the glass-ceramic could be remarkably enhanced through the control of alkali metal ions into crystal lattices. It was found that crystallization happened first on the surface of the sample, leaving the amorphous phase in the inner, which made the glass suitable for sealing. The glass-ceramic showed better wetting on the Kovar surface, and sealing atmosphere and temperature had great effect on the wetting angle. Strong interracial bonding was obtained, which was mainly attributed to the interracial reaction between SiO2 and FeO or Fe3O4.  相似文献

采用微乳法制备复合氧化物Co3O4/Bi2O3纳米粒子, 用TG-DTA, XRD, XPS和FT-IR对其表征, 以甲苯为气相有机污染物研究Co3O4/Bi2O3的光催化活性. 结果表明, 微乳法制备的Co3O4/Bi2O3粒子光催化活性优于纯氧化铋; 活性的提高程度与n(Co) ∶n(Bi)有关, 其最佳配比为0.02 ∶1; 光催化活性随焙烧温度升高而增大, 750 ℃焙烧的样品催化活性最好.  相似文献

Multiphase Fe-oxide thin films are fabricated on glass substrates by a facing-target sputtering tech- nique. X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveal that Fe, Fe3BO4, γ -Fe2BO3B and FeO coexist in the films. High resolution transmission electron microscopy shows the well-defined colum- nar grain structure with the unoxidized Fe as the core and iron-oxide as the shell. The low-field positive and high-field negative magnetoresistances coexist in such a system at room temperature, which can be explained by considering a shell/core model. Nonlinear current-voltage curve and photovoltaic effect further confirm the tunneling-type conduction.  相似文献

A novel type of composite absorber,i.e.Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4/MWCNTs composites(0%,1.7%and 5%MWCNTs),with microwave absorption properties was successfully fabricated by a facile hydrothermal method.The preparedα-Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4nanoparticles displayed rod-shaped morphology.The complex permittivity and permeability of the Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4/MWCNTs composites distinctly increased,furthermore,with the introduction of MWCNTs,the Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4/MWCNTs composites exhibited fine microwave absorption performance with strong absorption and wide absorption band.In particular,for Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4/1.7%MWCNTs composite with an absorber thickness of 2.5 mm,the reflection loss(RL)reached a minimum of-44.1 d B at 10.4 GHz and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL-10 d B)covered 3.3 GHz.The enhanced microwave absorption performance of the Fe_2O_3/Fe_3O_4/MWCNTs composites was attributed to the high dielectric loss and improved impedance matching which was closely related to the rod-shaped morphology of Fe_2O_3,Fe_3O_4and the introduction of MWCNTs.  相似文献
