文章采用Fura-2荧光指示剂法研究了稀土离子跨红细胞膜的作用,结果发现,即使在很低的浓度下也能检测到稀土离子的跨膜现象,说明该方法在研究稀土离子对完整红细胞的生物效应时是非常有效的.  相似文献

对纯镍及其表面离子注镧样品在900℃空气中的恒温氧化规律进行研究.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对NiO膜的微观形貌和结构进行测试.用激光拉曼(Raman)光谱仪和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对2种样品表面氧化膜的应力状态进行测量.用次级离子质谱仪(SIMS)对氧化膜内元素Ni、O和La的深度分布情况进行测量.结果表明:离子注镧显著降低了镍的恒温氧化速率,细化了表面NiO膜的晶粒尺寸;同时将氧化膜的生长由注镧前Ni2+阳离子的向外扩散转变为注镧后O2-阴离子的向内扩散为主.X射线衍射和激光拉曼光谱测量均反映出注镧引起的膜内应力降低效应,并且结合氧化膜内应力深度分布的不均匀性及膜生长过程中存在的稀土元素效应,对2种应力测量结果之间存在的偏差进行了细致分析.  相似文献

高钙镁油藏钙镁离子对聚合物溶液黏度的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
 针对江汉油田某区块回注污水钙、镁离子质量浓度高的特点,以耐温抗盐型聚合物为研究对象,研究了高钙镁条件下钙镁离子对聚合物溶液黏度的影响。通过分析一价阳离子(Na+、K+)与二价阳离子(Ca2+、Mg2+)对黏度影响的定量关系,提出了等效矿化度和等效阳离子量的概念,可作为高钙镁条件下聚合物溶液黏度评价的指标。为了降低钙镁离子对黏度的影响,向溶液中加入钙、镁离子络合剂(柠檬酸钠)提高聚合物溶液的黏度。实验结果表明,柠檬酸钠虽然不能完全消除钙镁离子对黏度的影响,但它具有较高的络合能力,溶液增黏效果较好。本研究为高钙镁油藏聚合物驱技术提供了理论指导。  相似文献

本文通过单晶X-射线衍射方法考察了六元瓜环(Q[6])与系列镧系金属离子在硝酸镉(Cd(NO3)2)存在条件下的相互作用。实验结果表明:(Q[6])只与镧系金属中的镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)四种离子配位,形成1∶1的配合物,而与其余的稀土金属离子不发生直接配位作用,这一特性有可能用于轻稀土离子与重稀土离子分离的应用。  相似文献

以硝酸镧为原料,在较低温度下用水解沉淀法合成了镧的氢氧化物溶液,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了超细的氧化镧粉体。通过反应温度、pH值、超声时间等条件的改变研究了在不同反应条件下形成的溶胶颗粒度的变化规律。运用粒度分析、差热、X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、透射电镜等多种分析测试方法对干凝胶的分解过程及最终形成的超细氧化镧进行了分析和表征。  相似文献

稀土掺杂TiO2薄膜的制备及光催化特性   总被引:20,自引:0,他引:20  
用Sol-gel法制备出一系列镧系离子掺杂的TiO2薄膜,经X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱表征该TiO2薄膜,并研究了其光催化活性. XRD研究结果表明:镧系离子掺杂TiO2薄膜的XRD与未掺杂薄膜的XRD基本一致. 在控制实验条件下,主要为锐钛矿型晶型. UV-Vis吸收光谱表明:当λ>360 nm时其吸光值低于0.4,并测得薄膜的厚度.光催化降解罗丹明B的实验表明,掺杂稀土离子的TiO2薄膜的光降解效率高于未掺杂的TiO2薄膜. 当n(La)=0.5%,n(Eu)=0.7% ,n(Er)=0.8% (n为摩尔比)时的降解效率达到最大. 而不同镧系离子在最佳掺杂量时的光降解效果为:La3+>Eu3+>Er3+.  相似文献

从离子在电磁场作用下的基本运动方程出发,对在不同频率和幅值的外场作用下跨膜离子的运动特性进行了数值分析,揭示了离子发生谐振的外场参数条件.指出离子谐振时动能随时间迅速增长,并且在离散的谐振点上,离子动能的增长速度随交变磁场幅值的增大而增大,离子由谐振运动能够获得很大的动能,通过能量转换,可能导致磁生物效应的发生.  相似文献

自然状态下细胞跨膜通道开放后,离子在化学梯度力和膜电场力作用下运动,形成离子电流,维持细胞正常的电生理特性.在外电场作用下,离子通道暴露于感应电磁环境中.作为电生理活动基础的各种离子.在电磁力作用下,其运动状态受到影响,直接导致离子电流值的改变.为量化分析这一作用机理,可根据离子通道的物理性质将其等效为圆柱导体,建立通道的电学模型并推导离子电流密度的分布函数.分析可知,在外加交变电场作用下,细胞膜离子通道电流的径向密度分布发生了变化,越靠近通道壁,离子电流密度越大,即产生趋肤效应。进而影响跨膜通道对离子的通透性。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了稀土镧铁氧体。考察其对稀土离子La3+吸附性能,并用偶氮胂Ⅲ直接吸光光度法对其进行吸附性能测试。详细探讨了温度、pH值、超声时间和镧离子浓度对稀土镧铁氧体吸附性能的影响,结果表明:稀土镧铁氧体对La3+离子吸附的适宜条件为:吸附温度T=45℃,溶液pH=6.00,La3+离子的初始浓度10 mg/L,用量5.517g/L,吸附时间超声45 min即可达到吸附平衡;该条件下吸附效果较好Qmax=0.921 6 mg/g其吸附行为符合吸附动力学方程,同时满足Langmuir和Freundlich等温式。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
