高校教师也要追求课堂教学语言的艺术美

本文通过对大学教师授课语言现状的分析，认为大学教师也应该追求授课语言的艺术美。主要追求使用普通话、使用生动形象的语言、使用充满激情的语言、使用情感丰富的语言、使用准确节奏的语言、使用幽默风趣的语言。     

例谈运用AfterEffects制作流动光效果

一、前言 流动光线是影视节目包装中常用元素之一。流动光线效果的制作方法很多，比如可以使用插件制作，也可以使用相关软件直接制作。所使用的制作软件也不胜枚举，比如可以使用二维软件Photoshop制作，使用三维软件3DMax、Maya等制作，也可以使用后期合成软件AfterEffects和Combustion等进行合成。本文将结合实践教学，谈一下如何使用AfterEffects直接制作流动光线的方法。     

对图书馆合理使用制度思考

多主体协同的网络个人信息使用控制方案研究

随着互联网应用的不断深入,网络个人信息安全保护面临的问题日益突出,个人信息作为一种重要的网络资源,既需要合理的使用,又需要进行有效的安全保护。针对个人信息使用与保护涉及多个权利主体,并在使用控制过程中具有显著动态性的特征,引入UCON_(ABC)(Usage Control,Authorizations,Obligations,Conditions)模型,通过细分个人信息使用控制中的主客体及其属性,并基于UCON_(ABC)的授权、责任、条件等使用控制策略,设计多主体协同的网络个人信息使用控制模型,给出预先使用控制和过程使用控制两种类型的使用控制方案,以期为网络个人信息使用控制提供新的建议。     

共享自动驾驶汽车使用意愿模型及其影响因素

为了构建共享自动驾驶汽车(shared autonomous vehicles，SAV) 的使用意愿模型并分析其影响因素，通过使用时机和使用频率来体现公众对SAV的使用意愿；采用验证性因子分析将态度潜变量转化为潜变量得分，以此将态度潜变量引入传统的有序Logit模型；提出SAV使用意愿的有序Logit模型构建方法，并建立基于个人属性、通勤特征、态度潜变量的SAV使用意愿模型.研究发现:是否使用过滴滴拼车、工作单位停车费、自动驾驶态度对使用时机和3种价格(1，2，3元/km) 下的使用频率有显著影响；使用过滴滴拼车、工作单位收取停车费、支持自动驾驶的群体倾向于频繁地、更早地使用SAV出行；公众期望以1元/km或 2元/km即不超过目前滴滴拼车的价格使用SAV.     

社会化媒体用户使用行为影响因素实证分析

通过对微信用户使用行为的问卷调查,获取社会化媒体用户使用行为信息,尝试将整合型技术接受与使用模型理论、感知风险理论、媒介丰富度理论和使用满足理论相结合构建理论模型,对影响社会化媒体用户使用行为的各方面因素进行实证分析.通过SPSS和AMOS软件进行结构方程模型分析发现,该理论模型解释度较高,对社会化媒体用户使用行为给出了比较全面的解释.结果表明,技术接受因素、内容资源因素和使用满足因素对社会化媒体用户的使用行为有正向影响,而感知风险因素对社会化媒体用户的使用行为有负向影响.     

能量管理策略与员工工作结果关系的潜在剖面分析

基于努力-恢复模型和自我损耗理论，运用潜在剖面分析(LPA)，对企业中522名员工在工作中的能量管理策略类型进行了划分，并进一步对采用不同类型能量管理策略的员工在工作幸福感和工作绩效方面的异质性进行检验.研究表明，员工在工作中使用的能量管理策略包括回避能量使用型、工作能量使用型、休闲能量使用型和积极能量使用型4种类型.相比较而言，工作能量使用型和积极能量使用型员工的工作幸福感和工作绩效水平最高，且在结果上没有显著差异，休闲能量使用型次之，回避能量使用型最低.     

大学生社交焦虑与手机互联网使用行为的关系:手机社交网络使用偏好的中介

采用交往焦虑量表、大学生手机移动互联网服务使用偏好问卷和大学生手机移动互联网过度使用行为问卷对1 488名大学生进行测试。结果发现:大学生社交焦虑水平与手机互联网过度使用行为差异显著高(P0.01),高社交焦虑大学生的手机互联网过度使用行为均显著高于低社交焦虑的大学生;社交焦虑、手机社交网络使用偏好和手机互联网过度使用行为3者间呈显著正相关(r=0.097~0.761,P0.01),社交焦虑和手机社交网络使用偏好均能显著正向预测手机互联网过度使用行为;手机社交网络使用偏好在社交焦虑与手机互联网过度使用行为间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的16.0%。可见社交焦虑既可直接又可间接通过手机社交网络使用偏好对大学生手机互联网过度使用行为产生影响。     

剩余电流保护装置原理及使用

剩余电流保护装置(RCD)是在低压配电线路上经常使用的一种保安电器,虽然安装使用方法简单,但在现场使用时并不是每个使用者都能规范安装使用及按要求进行试验,更有一些使用者甚至不清楚其工作原理。根据笔者多年进行现场培训及使用剩余电流保护装置的体会,谈谈剩余电流保护装置的工作原理及使用中的一些问题。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
