本文采用无水乙醇浸泡提取制得浸膏,再将浸膏加水混悬后依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,制得各种提取物。用柱层析、高效液相色谱等进行分离,得到两种单体化合物,经1HNMR鉴定并与文献对照,确定一种为xanthinosin,另一种为β—谷甾醇。  相似文献

左羟丙哌嗪作为一种国内尚未进口和生产的药物,对其合成工艺的研究,可为工业生产该种药物打下基本的技术基础。该工艺用苯胺、二乙醇胺在酸性条件下,对220℃左右环合制得苯基哌嗪;环氧氯丙烷用10%的硫酸开环成3-氯-1,2-丙二醇;然后将这两种中间体在乙醇溶液中回流,制得消旋体羟哌丙嗪,再用酒后酸拆分制得左羟哌丙嗪。通过该方法可以制得产品,总收率达9.5%。并通过结构鉴定,确证其为左羟丙哌嗪。  相似文献

<正>本试验研究了一种化学活化剂,对松炭的活化过程有较好的促进作用。正交试验结果表明,松炭用一种化学药剂的溶液处理时,对制得活性炭的脱色力有特别显著的影响。松炭用化学药剂溶液处理制得的活性炭的脱色焦糖溶液的透光率为96.5%,对0.15%亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色力为22ml/0.1g炭。  相似文献

为研究胆木浸膏片的消炎功效 ,用毛细血管通透性、耳肿胀、跖肿胀、慢性肉芽肿、解热等方法对胆木浸膏片进行了药理研究 ,结果表明 :胆木浸膏片对冰醋酸所致的小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性增加和二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀具有非常显著的抑制作用 ,并显著抑制大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀形成和棉球性慢性肉芽组织增生 ,对伤寒Vi多糖菌苗所致的家兔双高峰体温升高有解热作用 .提示胆木浸膏片是一种多环节作用的抗炎药 .  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
