用共沉淀法制备了高比表面积的MgO-CeO2复合氧化物,考察了表面活性剂和沉淀剂等对MgO-CeO2复合氧化物的影响,结果表明,在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)存在的条件下,采用NaOH为沉淀剂,可以制得比表面积为200m^2/g、粒径为5nm左右的纳米MgO-CeO2复合氧化物,并且形成了Mg0.1Ce0.9O2-δ固溶体-焙烧温度超过400℃以后,MgO-CeO2晶粒容易长大,使得比表面积下降。  相似文献

采用反向滴定共沉淀法制备铈铁钇复合氧化物(Ce1-xFexYzO2-λ)载体,然后用等体积浸渍法负载活性组分Cu,研制铜基铈铁钇复合氧化物(Cuy/Ce1-xFexYzO2-λ)催化剂.实验结果表明:Ce:Fe:Y摩尔比为0.9:0.1:0.05、Cu负载量为3%时,制得的Cu3%/Ce0.9Fe0.1Y0.05O2-λ催化剂对CO、NO和C3H6的转化反应具有良好的催化活性,在该催化剂上CO、NO和C3H6的起燃温度(T50)分别为100℃、234℃和258℃,完全转化温度(T90)分别为183℃、318℃和350℃;由于Fe和Y能与Ce氧化物形成稳定的立方晶固溶体,载体表面不出现Fe、Y或Cu物种晶相聚集的现象,Ce与Fe和Y之间的良好协同效应有利于提高催化活性和热稳定性,因此Cu3%/Ce0.9Fe0.1Y0.05O2-λ催化剂性能良好.  相似文献

以Li2SO4和Ce0.9Ca0.1O1.9为原料,混合制成复合电解质.实验表明,Li2SO4Ce0.9Ca0.1O1.9复合电解质在中温区(500~650℃)具有较高的导电率,以此材料制成的燃料电池的开路电压可达1.0v左右,明显高于以Ce0.9Ca0.1O1.9为电解质的燃料电池的开路电压,在550℃左右具有10mW/cm2以上的最大输出功率密度,但在更高的温度下性能有所下降,且电极性能尚待改进.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了不同钛含量的铜铈钦复合氧化物催化剂(Cu0.1 Ce0.9-xTixO2,X =0~0.3 (采用微反-色谱评价装置考察了 Cu0.1 Ce0.9-xTixO2催化CO氧化反应的活性,并采用氮吸附/脱附,X-射线衍射以及程序升温还原等技术对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,适量Ti(x≤0.15)的加入,提高了 Cu0.1 Ce0.9-XTiXO2催化剂中CuO的分散度,从而提高了其催化活性。而当Ti含量过高(x=0.3 )时,Cu0.1 Ce0.9-XTixO2催化剂中CuO的分散度反而降低,从而导致其催化活性显著降低。  相似文献

采用常规和改进的柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备了Ce0.8Nd0.2O2-δ复合氧化物,通过XRD、TG-DSC和Raman对复合氧化物的结构进行表征.结果表明,改进的柠檬酸Sol-Gel法可制得晶粒更小的纳米Ce0.8Nd0.2O2-δ复合氧化物,N-800样品的平均晶粒仅为15.8nm,说明改进的方法有利于提高样品的抗烧结能力.两种Ce0.8Nd0.2O2-δ复合氧化物中均出现了归属于由氧缺位的不对称振动产生的位于550cm-1附近的Raman谱峰,表明固溶体的生成有利于促进氧缺位的形成.  相似文献

为研究复合材料氧离子导电体的导电特性,采用化学共沉淀法制备Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9-La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85纳米复合粉体,并获得复合陶瓷材料.通过X线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的物相组成与微观结构进行分析,利用交流阻抗测试研究材料的离子导电性.研究结果表明:煅烧复合粉体的平均晶粒尺寸为15 nm;复合材料的导电性均明显高于复合组元的单相材料的导电性;La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85中La2O3过量3%(质量分数)的复合材料体现最好的导电性,在700℃时的导电率为0.106 S/cm.通过交流阻抗谱分析晶粒、晶界特性,探讨复合电解质材料的导电机理.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了Zn0.9Ni0.1O纳米棒.运用X射线衍射分析表明样品中不存在镍及镍的氧化物,镍进入晶格中取代了部分Zn原子的位置.SEM显示煅烧温度是影响其形貌的主要因素.随着温度的升高,样品形貌逐渐从棒状变为颗粒状.样品的磁学性能由振动样品磁强计测量,发现在室温下存在明显的铁磁性,并且通过M-T曲线得到Zn0.9Ni0.1O居里温度为575 K左右,表明其磁性来源于稀磁半导体.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备一系列钙钛矿复合氧化物La0.9Mg0.1Cr1-xMxO3(M为Fe、Cu和Ni),并考察其催化性能.同时利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射等分析方法,表征催化剂性能与结构之间的关系.实验结果表明:750℃焙烧制得的La0.9Mg0.1Cr0.8Cu0.2O3具有良好的三效催化性能,在该催化剂上C3H6、CO和NO的起燃温度T50较低,分别为229℃、202℃和286℃;完全转化温度T90分别为325℃、247℃和348℃;500℃转化率分别高达91.1%、99.3%和93.9%.La0.9Mg0.1Cr0.8Cu0.2O3具有良好的钙钛矿晶体结构,晶粒为纳米级,热稳定性高,所以催化性能良好.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
