E-Navigation系统中的MIP-AIS技术

为解决内河与沿海非公约适用船舶的避碰和安全航行问题,弥补现有基于VHF通信方式的AIS系统在该领域应用的缺陷,提出一种基于公众移动IP网络的AIS技术(MIP-AIS).研究实现基于MIP-AIS技术的两种船舶自动识别模式-S-C模式和S-S模式,以及其对通信网络带宽的需求模型.仿真试验与实际系统的实现均表明:MIP-AIS技术可经济可靠地提供沿海船舶与内河船舶之间以及船舶和MIP-AIS控制中心之间的信息交互;基于S-S模式的船舶自动识别系统的信息传输性能优于基于S-C模式,但是前者的船载终端设备的复杂度要高于后者.     

基于AIS的船舶三维显示与避碰系统研究

介绍了基于AIS的船舶三维显示与避碰系统的功能特点和关键技术.通过研究多分辨率地形绘制技术和海浪运动模型等虚拟现实技术,实现三维海床的实时绘制和逼真海面的模拟生成.通过对AIS报文解析,获取周边船舶的位置和态势信息,最终实现了海床、海面和周边船舶组成的三维场景一体可视化;并通过在逼真的海上三维场景上叠加显示AIS信息和避碰辅助决策信息,更直观有效地保障了船舶航行安全.     

航标信息系统的研究

应用计算机、现代通信、GIS、GPS、AIS和Web等技术,实现了基于海上航标遥测遥控、航标信息发布的综合航标信息系统,该系统集成度高,特别实现了航标动态信息的WEBGIS发布,系统的实现为航标管养提供了有力的手段.为船舶及涉海部门及时、准确、方便获取海上交通信息提供了技术保障,本文从技术实现角度,对系统做了简要介绍.     

应急协调避碰决策的AIS语音播报

为进一步完善AIS自动播发信息的功能,在文献[1]基础上,基于微软语音库,通过C++编程,实现了语音播报AIS短信息功能.实验结果表明,此方法与船舶智能避碰辅助决策支持系统软件相结合,可将产生的应急协调避碰决策信息,通过语音的方式清晰准确播报,进而使船舶驾驶员能够迅速获悉协调避碰信息,及时采取有效行动,达到避碰目的.     

浅谈AIS监控系统在长江引航安全中的作用

随着现代化科技的发展,AIS被船舶广为应用,在AIS基础上的AIS监控系统越来越多的被应用到引航监控、海事监管、代理和船舶公司调度等各个领域.在船舶安全和提高工作效率等方面发挥着重要的作用,也是引航实现"智能引航"必不可少的技术.引航中心AIS监控系统是通过对船舶动态监控利用安全预警、安全信息收发、轨迹回放、视频监控等功能实现对引航船舶安全监控,从而提高和完善其对引航安全的作用和效率,减少引航违章、违法和事故发生.     

基于AIS的航标助航信息服务系统

为了使船舶航行更加安全,采用自动识别系统技术、网络电子海图技术、无线通信技术及数据库技术,利用监测的航标数据及AIS船舶数据,结合航标基础数据,在WEB-ECDIS航标助航信息管理平台上,整合其他航标助航信息,通过AIS电文6、8、12、14、21进行发布,以实现航标助航信息服务.     

郑和一号船舶引航系统的设计与实现

为提高引航调度工作效率,保障引航船舶操纵工作更加安全,通过分析引航业务实际需求,采用了基于高分辨率影像、PDA（Personal Digital Assistant）嵌入式、WIFI（Wireless Fidelity）和GPRS（General Packet Radio Service）通讯等先进技术,构成了郑和一号船舶引航系统.该系统为船舶引航工作提供了更加直观的调度平台和航行导航设备.系统通过公网（Internet）或局域网（LAN）的网络通讯接收来自AIS通讯服务端传来的海域内所有船舶动态信息,实时在系统海图窗口中更新显示,同时为用户提供了基于多比例尺电子海图或多分辨率遥感影像,并可叠加航道、航标、锚地、泊位、地名以及水深点等多维助航要素数据,进行显示、查询、监控等操作功能,从而为船舶引航调度提供辅助支持.     

E-Navigation架构下船舶引航系统

为了提高引航调度效率,保证船舶操纵安全,应用E-Navigation系统架构研发了新型船舶引航系统.该系统采用多分辨率遥感影像、IHO-S57国际标准电子海图等地理空间数据,综合应用了AIS、公网3G及实时海流观测等技术.通过实例,证实该系统是可行的.     

北斗RDSS在海洋工程数据传输中的应用

海洋一直是传统通信技术的最大盲区.因为缺乏有效的通信手段,造成船岸之间信息交流困难,高度信息化的海上工程船舶成为漂浮在海上的信息孤岛.北斗卫星导航系统将导航与通信集成,为解决船岸一体化提供了可行的技术途径.本文基于北斗RDSS(Radio—Determina—tion Satellite Service,卫星无线电测定业务)短报文通信原理,提出了北斗集群数传解决海洋工程船大数据量传输的技术方案.通过制定通信协议,建立有效的数据处理算法和压缩算法,将包含船机状态数据、施工工况数据、船位信息等数千个物理量实时发送到岸上指挥中心,实现了海上作业的船岸一体化,为海上作业船舶的生产调度和业务管理提供了信息技术保障.     

AIS在海事调查处理中的应用

为了提高人们对AIS技术在帮助调查和处理海事方面的认识,介绍了福建省辖区的海上交通事故情况及AIS对海事调查的影响,并分析了AIS在调查处理包括船舶碰撞、船舶搁浅、海洋污染和船舶肇事逃逸等不同类型的海事中的应用.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
