文章采用三维有限元方法分析计算了几类同轴电缆、多股导线同轴电缆以及偏心电缆的三维磁场和电感参数;采用有限元商用软件包ANSYS,基于磁场能量法计算得到几种不同形状的同轴电缆、多股导线同轴电缆以及偏心电缆在不同参数下的单位长度自感参数;基于能量摄动法计算得到同轴电缆在不同参数下的单位长度自感参数和单位长度互感参数,并进一步分析得出电感参数变化规律.有限元法与解析方法计算结果的一致性验证了有限元法计算的正确性.该方法简单易行,且计算精度很高,可用于计算规则或不规则形状的同轴电缆以及偏心电缆等各类电缆的电感参数.  相似文献

通过对经典自感实验电路的分析,指出了电感电路中往往存在着过电压现象.通对电感电路细致的分析表明,在含电感线圈电路两端并联一适当容量的电容,使电感电路两端电压呈指数规律衰减,能量快速在电阻上耗散,过电压现象可得到有效克服.  相似文献

针对于硅基集成电路中螺旋电感的建模、分析和设计提出了一种新的优化设计方法.在分析了已有的对称型电感和锥型电感结构之后,针对电感在高频时的物理特性和电感的具体结构,结合两种结构的优点,提出了更加合理的锥型对称电感,使得螺旋电感的电感值、品质因数、差分特性和自激振荡频率都有了显著的提高.本优化方法尤其适合高性能全差分电路设计过程中对高性能电感的要求.本优化设计选取典型的单层正方形螺旋电感作为测试对象,工作频率2.439 GHz,芯片面积最大值限定为250μm×250μm.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
