掺杂Fe对SrBi2Nb2O9介电性质的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
报道了掺杂Fe可使SrBi2Nb2O9介电和铁电性能得以改善而且可降低陶瓷的烧结温度.采用传统的烧结工艺制备了陶瓷样品,XRD和SEM分析表明SBFN仍具有层状钙钛矿结构,掺杂Fe导致SrBi2Nb2O9陶瓷样品的烧结温度降低约100℃.居里温度从406℃升高到453℃,并且介电常数在居里温度下从1150升高到1409.居里温度和居里温度下介电常数提高都表明自发极化增强,该现象归因于较小Fe^3 掺杂扩大了正离子的“rattling空间”.  相似文献

研究了在不同的预合成和烧结条件下,Li1/2Ln1/2TiO3(Ln=Sm,Nd)的微波介电性能.当Ln=Sm,预烧温度为1000℃,烧结温度在1200~12500℃,样品的微波介电性能好.典型值为εr=52,Qf=2280GHz;当Ln=Nd,烧结温度在1200~12500ε,预烧温度为1000ε或950℃的样品εr、Qf值较高,典型值为εr=80,Qf=2100GHz.  相似文献

以溶胶凝胶方法制备的SiO2修饰的碳纳米管(SiO2-CNTs)为载体材料,利用微波辅助加热化学还原方法制备了Pt-SiO2-CNTs纳米催化剂.分别利用扫描电子显微镜和能量散射谱仪对Pt-SiO2-CNTs纳米颗粒的表面形貌和元素组成进行了表征.在酸性介质中,通过循环伏安法研究了Pt-SiO2-CNTs纳米催化剂对乙醇氧化的电催化性能.与商用催化剂PtRu/C(E-TEK)相比,在相同的催化剂栽量和实验条件下,Pt-SiO2-CNTs催化剂比PtRu/C(E-TEK)催化剂对乙醇氧化具有更好的催化活性和抗CO中毒能力.  相似文献

改善阳极水管理是碱性阴离子交换膜(AEM)燃料电池重要的研究课题.在质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)阴极研究中,发现改变催化层内部结构能够有效改善阴极的水管理能力,然而目前关于AEM燃料电池催化层相关研究较少.本研究针对AEM燃料电池阳极水分布特点,利用Pt/C和PtRu/C催化剂在碱性条件下氢氧化反应(HOR)的活性差异,设计了双层催化剂结构.当活性较高的PtRu/C层靠近气体扩散层,活性较低Pt/C层靠近AEM时,双催化层形成与单一催化层水分布相反的活性梯度,能够有效改善水分布,在测试温度为30℃和100%相对湿度时,获得较高峰值功率密度88.1 m W/cm~2.研究成果为碱性膜燃料电池的阳极催化层结构设计提出一种新思路.  相似文献

对微波烧结Fe-2Cu-0.6C粉末冶金材料进行探索性研究,研究不同烧结温度下微波烧结样品的性能和显微组织,并与相同温度下的常规烧结样品进行对比.研究结果表明:与常规烧结相比,微波烧结可得到较高的烧结密度以及较高的抗拉强度和伸长率,两者的洛氏硬度相当;微波烧结样品在1150℃时性能最佳,密度为7.20g/cm3,抗拉强度为413.90 MPa,洛氏硬度为HRB75;微波烧结样品具有良好的微观结构,即小的、近圆形且均匀分布的孔隙结构,从而也有利于获得细小的晶粒和较高的致密度;微波烧结与常规烧结相比,样品具有更多片状和粒状珠光体,能显著改善其性能.  相似文献

制备条件对钙钛矿型BaZrO3储存NOx能力的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用改进的柠檬酸络合溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿型BaZrO3催化剂,考察了焙烧温度、吸附温度及SO2浓度对BaZrO3样品富氧条件下的NOx储存性能(NSC)的影响;对其储存的NO2进行程序升温脱附(TPD-MS)测试,并通过BET比表面测定、X射线衍射等方法研究了催化剂的结构及其对性能的影响.结果表明:750℃下焙烧的BaZrO3的比表面积为84.0m^2/g;900℃下焙烧的BaZrO3的烧结程度较高;BaZrO3是主要的NOx吸附中心,750℃焙烧制得的BaZrO3的NSC比900℃焙烧制得的高;BaZrO3样品储存NOx的最佳温度在400℃左右.  相似文献

用固相反应法在不同烧结温度下制备了Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3陶瓷样品,研究了烧结温度对Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3陶瓷结构、介电和铁电特性的影响.运用XRD进行物相分析可知,Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3陶瓷样品为正交结构,主衍射峰与纯相BiFeO3一致,烧结温度在870℃以上时样品有良好的结晶度,电阻率达到108Ω?数量级.在一定的温度区间内,介电常数随烧结温度的升高而增大.在低频区830℃烧结的样品的介电损耗比较大,而对应于870℃和900℃两个烧结温度的样品介电损耗有了明显的减小;在高频区介电损耗对烧结温度的依赖性不大.样品的交流电导率随烧结温度的升高而增大.在900℃烧结的Bi0.7Ba0.3FeO3样品的Pr值可达到113.11μc/cm2,远大于纯相BiFeO3.通过Ba2+的A位掺杂进一步提高了纯相BiFeO3的介电、铁电性能.  相似文献

利用化学还原法合成了4种不同Pt/Ru原子比例的合金型PtRu/C、核壳型Ru@Pt/C及Pt/C直径相近的纳米金属催化剂。结果表明:Ru@Pt/C、PtRu/C催化剂纳米金属粒子的直径平均约为9~11nm,Ru@Pt/C呈核壳型结构;Ru@Pt/C电催化氧化甲醇机理较为符合电子效应机理,PtRu/C电催化氧化甲醇机理较为符合电子效应与双功能机理共同作用机理,催化机理的明确为新型催化剂的研发和改性提供了坚实的理论依据。  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了La0.67Ca0.33Mn1-xFe2O3(0≤x≤0.2)系列样品.实验研究了Fe离子掺杂稀土锰氧化物La0.67Ca0.33MnO3的电输运性质、微观结构和导电机制.结果表明:样品高温下导电遵从Mott变程跳跃机制;相同温度下烧结的样品,体系电阻率急剧增加,绝缘-金属转变温度T1M向低温方向移动.相同Fe替代含量的样品,在1200℃、1250℃、1300℃3个不同烧结温度下,晶格常数c变化不大,晶格常数a、b和晶胞体积随着烧结温度的升高而减小,晶体颗粒和体系电阻率随着烧结温度的升高而增大,绝缘一金属转变温度T1M向高温方向移动.  相似文献

采用水热法合成了BaCe0.85Y0.15O3-α陶瓷样品的粉体,在较低温度(1550℃)下烧结得到了致密陶瓷样品,烧结温度比通常的高温固相法的烧结温度(1650℃)降低了100℃.对产物形成过程及微结构进行了DSC—TGA、SEM及XRD等表征.结果表明,约在1029℃时样品已基本形成单相钙钛矿结构.采用交流阻抗谱、氢浓差电池及氢的电化学透过(氢泵)等方法测试了样品300℃~600℃的质子导电性.结果表明,样品在300℃~600℃氢气气氛中几乎为纯质子导体,在600℃时的质子电导率为1.18×10^-2S·cm^-1.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
