四川省的教育投资对经济增长的贡献计量分析

教育对经济增长有直接贡献和外溢作用.本文利用菲德模型对四川省教育投入对经济增长的直接作用和外溢作用进行了估计,发现本省教育投入对经济增长贡献率高,但外溢效应并不明显,而资本和劳动力要素投入贡献不显著.说明政府在加强对教育系统投入的同时,还要提高资本和劳动力的使用效率,以及从分发挥好教育的外溢效应.     

教育投资对经济增长的贡献计量分析——以江苏省为例

教育对经济增长有直接贡献和外溢作用。文章借鉴于菲德模型,在收集1991-2007年江苏省经济发展数据的基础上,对教育在江苏经济增长中的外溢作用进行了量化分析。由实证结果可知,教育对江苏经济增长的外溢作用是巨大的,研究结果同时表明江苏教育部门与经济中其他部门相比生产力较低。同时对如何提升江苏教育工作水平,进一步加大教育对经济增长的促进作用给出了几点建议。     

我国科教投入对经济增长贡献率实证分析:1979-2006

基于互谱分析方法,分别计算了改革开放以来(1979年-2006年)中国国家财政科技投入与教育投入对我国经济增长贡献率。实证分析结果表明:(1)1979-2006年间,中国国家财政科技投入对经济增长的平均贡献率为12.66%;(2)国家财政科技投入在短期内超前于经济增长,对经济增长具有引领作用,而从长期看,国家财政科技投入还落后于经济增长变化;(3)国家财政教育投入对经济增长的长期影响作用更明显,平均贡献率为12.97%;(4)国家财政教育投入在短期超前于经济增长,而从长期看,经济增长变化超前于国家财政科技投入。     

教育对经济增长的影响:基于重庆市的实证分析

教育与经济增长具有一定的正相关关系,教育的改善能在一定程度上促进经济的增长。基于重庆市1997-2003年的统计数据,运用回归分析法,从教育投入和受教育程度两个方面实证了教育能为经济的增长做出贡献,并以此说明重庆市教育发展计划的正确性。     

教育的公共产品属性与政府责任

教育作为混合产品具有公共产品属性,层次越低,这种属性越大.因此政府理应承担相应资金投入的责任.尤其是对义务教育的投资责任.由于受教育者的易流动性,使教育具有较大的外溢性,造成县乡投入与收益的不相称.因此,提高义务教育资金中高层政府财政投入权重是极为必要的.

东莞市经济增长与高教投资因果关系的数学模型

运用最新发展的时间序列经济计量方法对东莞市1992～2010年的教育投入在实际经济增长中的作用进行实证分析,证明东莞市教育投入与实际经济增长之间互为格兰杰因果关系,并长期稳定地存在着协同互动的均衡关系。     

基于空间面板数据模型的河南省固定资产投资经济效应研究

固定资产投资在经济快速发展的过程中一直扮演着举足轻重的作用.本文运用空间面板数据分析方法,通过建立空间面板数据模型来研究2002-2011年河南省18个地区固定资产投资所产生的空间经济效应.研究表明：河南省固定资产投资不仅对投资所在地具有强大正向直接经济效应,而且还存在着显著的空间外溢性,其中新乡的空间外溢性最强,洛阳、南阳、周口、驻马店、平顶山、郑州和开封等地区次之;而三门峡、商丘、信阳和济源的溢出效应则较弱.为了追求更加稳健的经济增长,相关部门可适当调整各地区的固定资产投入,以产生更大的经济效益.     

基于经济社会学的角度试析本科生的教育投入与收益

高等学校的根本任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才,发展科学文化,促进社会现代化建设。它的中心工作是教学工作。学校的教育、教学、管理等方面决定了本科生的质量,起着关键性主导作用,同时,学生自身也起着作用。笔者从经济社会学的角度研究教育的投入与收益,分析得出,学校与个人都有着双重的教育责任。

利用柯布一道格拉斯生产函数模型,根据近九年内蒙古的经济发展,固定资产投资和教育投入情况,分析了教育投入对经济增长的影响。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
