T—T势在短程区的推广

利用文献［１］提出的计算电子相关能方法，考虑到分子间相互作用时电子的相交效应，提出一种计算分子间相互作用势的新方法，并且计算了Ｈｅ－Ｈｅ相互作用势。     

T滴状性质和拟T滴状性质

(X,T)是可分离的拓扑线性空间,B是X中的非空有界闭凸集,提出了B有T滴状性质和B有拟T滴状性质的概念.(X,T)是F re′chet空间,T1是T的相容拓扑,则B有T1滴状性质当且仅当任意关于B的流有T1收敛的子列及B有拟T1滴状性质当且仅当任意关于B的无限流作为集合有T1聚点.     

中枢记忆性T细胞和效应记忆性T细胞

免疫记忆是适应性免疫应答的重要特征,其细胞学基础的阐明是疫苗开发和疾病预防的关键。近年来的研究表明,记忆性T细胞可以被进一步划分为中枢记忆性T细胞和外周记忆性T细胞2个亚群,它们的分布和功能迥异,在生物学特性上也不尽相同。二者关系的深入探讨对于免疫记忆的认识和疾病防治均具有重大的理论和实践意义。     

急性白血病T淋巴细胞及其亚群的研究

应用McAb检测31例急性白血病患者外周血T细胞及其亚群的改变。结果表明总T细胞(T_1)、T辅助细胞(T_4)和T抑制细胞(T_8)百分率均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01～0.001),且伴有T_4:T_8值的下降(P<0.05)。经化疗缓解后,部分缓解组T细胞及其亚群均恢复正常,完全缓解组T_4细胞仍稍低于正常值(P<0.05)。化疗无效组T细胞及其亚群的改变与未治疗组类似(P>0.05)。急淋T-ALL型时,外周血T细胞及其亚群的改变与一般白血病表现不同,其T细胞标记及T_4:T_8值反而增高。病情缓解时逐渐恢复正常急淋其它型患者,其T细胞及亚群的改变与急非淋患者类似。结果提示,动态观察T细胞及其亚群变化,有助于对白血病患者疗效及预后的判定。

T3-Ti receptor triggering of T8+ suppressor T cells leads to unresponsiveness to interleukin-2

T3-associated disulphide linked heterodimers (Tin) comprised of clonally unique alpha-chains of molecular weight (MW) 49,000-54,000 and beta chains of MW 43,000 have been identified as the antigen receptors on human cytotoxic effector and inducer T-lymphocytes. Crosslinking of Ti molecules by either the appropriate nominal antigen/MHC specificity or anti-clonotypic monoclonal antibody results in clonal expansion of such cells via induction of IL-2 receptor expression, endogenous IL-2 release and IL-2-IL-2 receptor interaction. To determine whether analogous antigen receptor molecules and autocrine growth mechanisms are utilized by suppressor T-cells, we produced an anti-clonotypic monoclonal antibody against a non-cytotoxic T8+ suppressor T-cell, T8AC6, which defines a T3-associated disulphide-linked heterodimer of similar molecular weight to the above clonotypes. We find that Te-Ti triggering of suppressor clones (T8AC6, T8AC7 or T8RW) does not result in IL-2 production or T-cell proliferation and in contrast to inducer clones, also leads to a transient IL-2 unresponsive state. We suggest that such T3-Ti receptor mediated autoregulation of suppressor T-cell growth is necessary in the facilitation of initial inducer T-cell activation following antigenic perturbation.

在“分离性公理T0,T12,T1,T112,T2,T212,T3,T312,T4具有关系T4■T312■T3■T212■T2■T112■T1■T12■T0,反之不成立”的基础上,从定义出发,利用归纳法及连续函数的等价性研究“T3■T234■T212”,并给出两个重要反例,证明了T234空间的一些性质,使分离性公理更加完善.     

解密T90制

“T90”的英文全称是“Trend 90 Uni-Level”，翻译成中文可以叫做“超势90阶层制”。T90是阶层制的一种，创建于上世纪90年代，其诞生时间甚至比双向制还晚，美商公司FORMOR是这种制度的代表。

A cell autonomous function of Brachyury in T/T embryonic stem cell chimaeras

Developmental genetics has shown that the Brachyury (T) gene has a key role in mesoderm formation during gastrulation in the mouse. Homozygous embryos have a defective allantois, degenerate or absent notochord and disrupted primitive streak and node. The neural tube is kinked and somite formation interrupted. The T gene has been cloned and is expressed during the early stages of gastrulation, being restricted to the primitive streak region, nascent mesoderm and notochord. Neither the sequence of the gene nor its expression pattern define its developmental function. To study the cell autonomy of the T mutation we have isolated and genetically characterized embryonic stem cell lines and studied their behaviour in chimaeras. T/+ embryonic stem cells form normal chimaeras, whereas T/T in equilibrium with +/+ chimaeras mimic the T/T mutant phenotype. The results indicate that the T gene acts cell autonomously in the primitive streak and notochord but may activate a signalling pathway involved in the specification of other mesodermal tissues.
