针对网络舆情监测过程中,其舆情监测的精度和准确性的问题,设计了一种基于相对权重的网络舆情监测算法和系统.详细阐述了舆情监测系统组成结构,对所设计的舆情监测算法进行了重点分析,给出了舆情监测中主要的计算函数,以及舆情监测算法实现流程.最后通过测试表明,笔者设计的舆情监测系统,对事件的监测精度达到84%以上,具有较高的监测能力.  相似文献

GB/T4754—2017《国民经济行业分类》的代码编制方法为基于整数数字顺序编码,在金融工程的舆情监测项目中进行数据挖掘、机器学习时存在编码数量扩展、层级扩展、属性扩展等问题。根据国民经济行业分类的差别化整数数字顺序编码方式,提出一套基于数据结构的分类编码方法,进而提出采用CSV、XML格式文件进行存储和读取,在舆情监测项目中采用C++语言编制针对CSV格式文件的国民经济行业分类编码的读取程序,并形成XML树状结构。采用基于数据结构的编码方式,具有良好的扩展性,可有效实现编码层级扩展、编码数量扩展、编码属性扩展,能广泛用于数据存储、读写、交换,具有较好的通用性,对于些国民经济统计、分类、存储及金融工程的数据挖掘、机器学习等项目具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

从大数据可视化分析的视角,审视了政府舆情监测分析工作,以解决新形势下舆情服务质量及效率提升的问题;通过对舆情监测分析主体、环境、手段、呈现形式的现状进行探讨,设计了政府舆情监测分析可视化模型与可视化方案;指出政府舆情监测分析可视化概念体系包含机理层、模型层、应用层、支撑层4个层次;以监测信息为信息分类对象,选取单指标推动力结构模型为可视化数据结构表达模型;将舆情分析指标设定为舆情总量、舆情推动力、舆情增速及百分比;通过数学公式将舆情总量及推动力指标按照维度分解到从节点的推动力、增速与百分比上;将舆情总量与分解后的一级维度和二级维度进行叠加制定建模方案;选择静态数据以多视图关联交互为可视化方案的呈现形式.  相似文献

为提高高校网络舆情的可识别性和预警实时性,提高网络舆情热点分析的准确性,论文设计了一个高校网络舆情热点发现模型.包括网络舆情信息采集、预处理、中文分词、特征选择、文本分词和聚类分析.考虑到网络舆情的不确定性和模糊性,提出了一种基于信息熵和密度改进的K-Means聚类算法的网络舆情相似度分析方法,此方法可以对网络热点和危机事件进行聚类和识别.实验结果表明,该方法能够快速获得网络舆情,具有较高的聚类准确率,证明了论文提出的模型的可行性与有效性,可为高校网络舆情监测和识别提供重要的技术支持.  相似文献

随着微博、抖音、贴吧等新兴网络社交媒体的发展,大量用户开始喜欢使用这些平台进行发布和获取信息,因此累积了大量舆情数据。为了能够及时监测网络舆论动向,更好的维护互联网的安全运营和网络安全,针对实时微博数据,研究设计了一种基于SnowNLP的微博网络舆情分析系统。该系统由舆情数据采集、舆情数据分析和舆情数据可视化组成,能够实现微博数据文本挖掘、网络舆情数据情感分析、舆情数据与关键词匹配结果统计等功能,并能够对微博内容情感分析结果、用户等级、内容分词结果等进行可视化展示。实验测试结果表明:本系统功能运行正常,同时验证了设计方案的可行性和有效性。系统在网络舆情监测领域具有重要的应用价值。  相似文献

将结构型钢纤维(SF)、碳纤维(CF)及纳米炭黑(NCB)作为多相导电材料加入混凝土中,研究了多相导电材料对混凝土开裂后的力学性能、导电性能及裂缝扩展自监测性能的影响.建立了混凝土梁的受拉区表面电阻变化率(FCR)与裂缝张开位移(COD)之间的关系.结果表明:导电相材料的加入能够显著提高抗弯强度与弯曲韧性;多相导电材料对弯曲性能及裂缝扩展的自监测性能具有正混杂效应;电阻变化率与裂缝张开位移呈线性关系.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
