亚里士多德修辞学三种劝说模式在说服行为中的应用

亚里士多德的修辞学对说服这一行为具有重要意义。在说服他人的过程中，恰当使用逻辑诉诸（logos）、人格诉诸（ethos）和情感诉诸（pathos）这三种修辞劝说模式，晓之以理，动之以情，有利于最终达到说服。

In this paper, study objects are raw and dilative tussah silk. By means of measuring and analyzing the fiber＇s diameter, linear density, diameter coefficient, thickness and fullness, this paper focuses on the influence of dilative technology on tussah silk＇s fiber and fabric. The results include the following three aspects： the diameter coefficient of dilative tussah silk fiber is increased by 10.35%,dilative tussah heather silk is thicker and fabric fullness is improved by 9%.

An Analysis of the Factors Impacting Employee＇s Specific Investment

Based on the relationship of the specific investment and the employee demission, an empirical study has been conducted focusing on the factors influencing the employee turnover and the specific investment. Objectives define the boundaries of complex engineering system. It is a hard work to identify the specific objectives of a complex engineering system. The objectives system development needs a complicated process, from nix to prototype, and to final definition. The total process will cover the following course： from chaos to well-ordered; from qualitativeness to combination of quantitativeness and qualitativenss, then from qualitativeness to quantitativeness （ a recurrent process）, expert experience and theoretical science, rationality and sensibility, synthesis analysis and meta-synthesis, routinization and non-routinization. Such process is explicit in phase development yet overlapped ; mutually confined yet mutually independent ; permeated conflicts yet pregnant in harmony. This article explores the complexity of Sutong Bridge＇ s objectives development and the process of meta-synthesis in the Sutong Bridge engineering.
