厌氧─好氧一体净化器处理生活污水的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了厌氧─好氧一体化污水净化装置处理生活污水的启动及运行特性,试验表明装置在自接种条件下启动,二周内可达到稳定的处理效果,出水COD<100mg·L-1.正常运行,HRT>6.2h时,COD去除率大于85.2%,BOD5去除率大于88.6%,出水水质满足国家的污水排放标准,NH3—N在10.6mg·L-1左右.  相似文献

本研究采用酸析木质素、电化学法及生物处理相结合的草浆蒸煮废液处理新工艺。废液pH3.0时,大部分木质素酸析沉降,CODCr去除率52.9%。酸析木质素后的废液采用铁作牺牲阳极,石墨作阴极的电化学处理法,废液中S2-的去除率达82.6%,Fe3+浓度达31.6mgL-1。后续处理采用活性污泥法,利用废液中Fe3+对生物反应过程的特殊刺激作用和絮凝作用,强化生物处理,出水水质:CODcr291mg·L-1,BOD294mg·L-1,SS23mg·L-1。  相似文献

就BaO质量含量1.0%-3.7%,TiO2质量含量1.5%-4.0%,炉渣二元碱度(CaO/SiO2)0.95-1.15的高炉渣脱硫能力进行了研究。结果表明:在实验条件下,炉渣脱硫反应是二级反应;炉渣硫分配系数Ls随二元碱度提高而提高;渣中TiO2为3%时,Ls有一峰值。  相似文献

对主同效、低毒副作用的皮肤吸收药物的促透剂氮酮(azone)促进抗肿瘤药物的药效进行了研究。结果表明,10mg.L^-1的azone能提高阿霉素对CHO细胞的杀伤力18倍,以荧光显示剂DPH标记CHO细胞膜试验证明,10mg.L^-1的azone能明显提高CHO细胞膜的通透性,促进抗肿瘤药物的吸收。用^3H标记的阿霉素进行示踪研究,10mg.L^-1azone能使阿霉素在CHO细胞内的积累增加2倍  相似文献

CaCl2溶液能提高小麦苗的SOD活性,尤其以20mg/L、50mg/L溶液最为有效。最佳处理次数与所用浓度有关,较低浓度溶液(20mg/L)处理5次,较高浓度溶液(50mg/L、100mg/L)处理1次。浇根和喷叶一样也能提高SOD活性。CaCl2溶液喷洒麦苗使SOD同工酶出现新的谱带。  相似文献

对香石竹切化瓶插期不同配方的效果进行了对比实验。以蒸镏水为对照CK,自制配方中的5号94%S+500mg/L CA+200mg/L 8-HQ+0.02% CaCl2+0.02%KCl)、8号(5%S+300mg/L 8-HQ+100mg/L B9)对香石竹的效果最好,可延长6~8天。以4号美国保鲜剂为CK,5号、8号对香石竹的保鲜期可延长2~3天。又对香石竹花瓣衰老过程中总糖、可溶性蛋白、SOD活  相似文献

用不同浓度外源Ca2+ 对水稻种子进行处理,探讨钙对水稻幼苗生长的影响. 结果表明:低浓度(0.25~0.5 m m ol·L- 1)Ca2+ 处理的水稻幼苗干物质重及健壮度均高于对照,其中以0.5 m m ol·L- 1 Ca2+ 处理效果最显著,水稻幼苗干物重及健壮度分别比对照高9.7% 和8% ;0.25 m m ol·L- 1Ca2+ 处理的叶绿素含量均略高于对照;加钙处理水稻幼苗根系活力高于对照,过氧化氢酶活性也高于对照.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
