吉林省小城镇建设人居环境问题的研究与对策

随着城镇化进程的加快,吉林省将有相当数量的人口将从乡村进入城镇,从而带来生活、生产方式的巨变,甚至是居住地点的改变。针对如何促进、引导小城镇可持续发展建设,从小城镇现状的调查研究着手,在剖析了人居环境存在的主要问题后,从土地、环境、城镇建设及住房建设方面提出了建议。     

社会主义现代化新型乡镇的布局原则

随着我国社会主义新农村建设步伐的加快，乡村城市化已是大势所趋。布局规划现代化乡村小城镇的研究已迫在眉睫，经过系统深入的研究，建设社会主义现代化新型乡镇应遵循：宏观着眼，区域协调；量力而行，讲求实效；统筹兼顾，平衡发展；因地制宜，合理布局；依靠群众，科学建镇；深化改革，持续发展六大布局原则。     

徐州市小城镇发展质量水平与格局研究

基于新型城镇化内涵，构建小城镇发展质量评价指标体系，利用熵值法和 GIS 空间分析研究徐州小城镇发展质量的水平与格局。结果表明：徐州小城镇发展整体质量水平较高；具有鲜明的核心外围式和沿主要交通带分布的格局特征；在整体和局部上有正向空间关联特征，但大部分乡镇表现为无显著性空间相关性，城郊地带的小城镇发展相对缓慢，县城对周边乡镇的辐射带动弱，县城边缘成为小城镇发展质量低谷地带。     

三峡库区重庆段乡村转型协调空间格局特征

【目的】在社会和经济全面转型发展过程中,乡村转型及转型各因素之间的协调性是乡村城镇化和乡村研究的热点问题,研究这一问题对新型城镇化和新农村建设有着非常重要的意义。【方法】以三峡库区重庆段13个区县的403个乡镇为研究对象,从人口、土地、农业技术等3个方面提取得到乡村转型度、乡村转型耦合度和乡村转型协调度的指标,综合系统研究三峡库区重庆段403个乡镇乡村转型各要素之间的耦合协调性。【结果】三峡库区重庆段大多数乡镇呈转型低度耦合协调状态,较好的协调耦合状态主要位于在万州、长寿、涪陵、江津等重要区县的街道及城郊镇。双因子耦合协调中,人口与土地的耦合协调优于人口与技术、土地与技术的耦合协调。【结论】人口-土地-农业技术三要素在乡村转型发展中呈不同步的发展,库区的乡村转型和发展需要通过政策调控、合理的城镇化为引导。

浅谈小城镇建设中存在的问题

党的“十六”大明确提出了加快小城镇建设，走中国特色的城镇化道路，实现小康社会。小城镇大战略，这是国家城市化总体战略中的一个重要构成部分。近年来，我国小城镇建设工作取得了比较显著的成绩，但客观地讲，由于缺乏这方面的经验，在其发展建设过程中还存在着不少问题亟待解决。

达州市城镇化发展道路研究

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
