对巨磁电阻锰氧化物材料(1-x)La2/3Ca1/3MnO3/(x)YSZ(钇稳定氧化锆)—(1-x)LCMO/(x)YSZ系列样品低温下电阻率行为进行了研究.(1-x)LCMO/(x)YSZ的R-T曲线低温拟合系数的分析结果表明,在低温下电阻率行为式ρ=0ρ ATa BTb中,b=5是合理的,T5代表电子-声子散射项.  相似文献

水泥混凝土路面板角脱空的有限差分分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
分别对水泥混凝土路面板角脱空的悬臂板模型以及考虑基层缓冲作用的脱空面板进行了有限差分分析。比较了二者的假定条件和计算结果之间的差异,并与传统的结构计算结果作了横向比较。计算结果表明,假定脱空路面板为悬臂板时,由于传统的结构计算方法未考虑荷载的偏心作用,计算结果比有限差分法计算所得的悬臂板模型计算结果要小得多。在考虑基层材料的有限差分计算中,由于基层材料的缓冲作用,板中的拉应力和位移明显减小,但路基土中有一定的拉应力存在,必须设法提高路基土的强度。  相似文献

为提高板底脱空注浆的效果并优化施工工艺,研究了板底脱空注浆加固的机理,进行了2孔、3孔、4孔、5孔注浆的注浆压力现场试验及单次注浆和不同间歇时间下的二次注浆的对比试验.在试验结果的基础上,对不同注浆布孔方案下注浆压力及间歇时间对第二次注浆的压力的影响规律进行了分析.研究结果表明,随着布孔数量的增多,平均注浆压力将减小;对跑浆严重的板块应采取二次注浆,两次注浆时间间隔以6h为宜;对连续注浆板采用2孔注浆,单块裂缝板采用3孔注浆,单块注浆板采用4孔注浆来代替5孔注浆方案.  相似文献

文章研究了分析双负媒质平板成像规律的一种方法,双负介质的介电系数和磁导系数均为频率的函数,使本构关系在时域成为卷积关系,这就给应用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法计算双负媒质平板中波的散射和传播带来困难;因此将Z变换理论应用到双负媒质中的FDTD计算当中,对麦克斯韦方程做了修改,使得FDTD计算式独立于双负媒质函数,并给出双负媒质中与频率有关的FDTD表达式;数值仿真了电磁波与双负媒质平板的相互作用,详细讨论了双负媒质平板透镜成像理论,并提出了一种球差更小的平板透镜系统.  相似文献

根据损伤力学原理,用双臂电桥测量电阻的方法,研究了珠光体球墨铸铁的疲劳损伤演变规律。结果表明:球墨铸铁的疲劳损伤变量随疲劳周数呈指数规律变化;根据这个规律,可以计算出临界损伤变量为0.45;电阻变化对球墨铸铁的疲劳损伤比较敏感;疲劳的开始阶段,电阻的变化是由基体组织中点缺陷产生与聚合引起的,这并不反映材料的真实损伤。  相似文献

Using the d.c. four-probe method, the electrical resistivity of high-purity liquid Sb has been accurately measured as functions of temperature. It is observed that the resistivity of liquid Sb changes abnormally with increasing temperature, which is very different from that of simple liquid metals. Based on the reported structure factor at several temperatures, the results obtained in this work have been discussed and interpreted qualitatively according to Ziman theory. The analysis suggests that the existence of short-range order structure near the melting point can account for the abnormal phenomenon observed in the resistivity of liquid Sb, in which semimetal-metal transaction takes place in the melting process. At the same time, the progress of the structure change of liquid Sb with temperature has also been pointed out  相似文献

采用无电极电阻率测定仪测定混凝土的电阻率,分析了混凝土电阻率与其水化过程的关系及矿物掺合料对混凝土电阻率的影响.试验结果表明,根据混凝土的电阻率发展特征,混凝土的水化过程可分为四个阶段:溶解期、凝结期、硬化前期和硬化的减速期;掺入矿物掺合料降低混凝土的电阻率变化速率,其影响程度与矿物掺合料的品种和掺量有关.  相似文献

The western Yunnan area is a natural laboratory with fully developed and best preserved Tethyan orogen in the world. Seismic tomography reveals a slab-like high velocity anomaly down to 250 km beneath the western Yunnan Tethyan orogen, to its west there is a low-velocity column about 300 km wide. In the region from Lancangjiang to Mojiang an obvious low velocity in the lower crust and uppermost mantle overlies on the slab. Synthesizing the available geological and geochemical results, the present paper demonstrates that this slab-like high velocity anomaly is a part of the subducted plate of Yangtze continental segment after the closure of Paleotethys. The collision of India and Eurasia continent starting from 50–60 MaBP might trigger thermal disturbance in the upper mantle and cause the uprising of asthenosphere, in that case the subducted Yangtze plate could be broken off, causing Cenozoic magmatic activities and underplating in the Lancangjiang-Mojiang region.  相似文献

将某工地的三种土体(淤泥、粉质粘土和砂土)分别与一定量的水泥砂浆混合制备水泥土试样,测试不同龄期和不同掺量水泥土的电阻率,并分析其相关关系.研究发现,水泥土电阻率随龄期、水泥掺量和强度的增大而增大,并且,所制备的水泥土电阻率按淤泥、粉质粘土和粉砂的顺序依次增大.用本文建立的水泥土电阻率计算公式,可以计算不同龄期和不同掺量时水泥土电阻率值,进一步换算可得水泥土无侧限抗压强度值.  相似文献

通过分析脱空产生和形成的机理以及板底脱空图式来确定脱空识别的研究方向.采用弹性地基板模型分析了落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)荷载作用下水泥混凝土路面的弯沉规律。回归得到了板角脱空范围与地基类型、地基刚度半径、路面板角弯沉比(FWD荷载作用于板角和板中时弯沉之比)之间的近似关系式,建立了通过比较实测弯沉比与理论弯沉比的水泥混凝土路面板底脱空的识别方法.工程实践表明,采用方法判别水泥混凝土路面板角脱空状况是可行的.  相似文献

通过测试重塑黄土固结过程中不同电流频率下的横向和竖向电阻率,分析了其电阻率结构特性参数(平均结构因子、平均形状因子与各向异性系数)的变化规律,结合微结构的变化探讨了其机理。试验结果表明:重塑黄土固结过程中,竖向电阻率随着竖向压力的增加先减小,减小过程集中在初始阶段(0p≤50kPa),超过这一压力范围后,竖向电阻率呈上升趋势;横向电阻率随着竖向压力的增加先增大后减小,最后呈增大趋势;平均结构因子与平均形状因子均随竖向压力的增加先增大后减小,最终呈增大趋势;各向异性系数随竖向压力的增大先快速减小,并最终趋于稳定;各个电流频率下的电阻率参数值变化规律相似,但数值大小有异。  相似文献

采用自行研制的高温电阻测试仪,分别测定电极石墨和不同TA含量形稳粒子增强剂的TiB2复合涂层的电阻率.研究结果表明:在960℃时,不添加TA的TiB2复合涂层的电阻率为30.3 μΩ·m,比国家标准对铝电解用半石墨阴极碳块的电阻率的要求值低,可以用于实际生产;添加TA会使TiB2复合阴极涂层的高温电阻率增大,TA最大添加量不能超过6%.  相似文献

通过测试原状黄土固结过程中的电阻率,研究了固结压力和电流频率对电阻率参数的影响规律。结果表明:原状黄土固结过程中,随着压力的增大,横向电阻率增大,竖向电阻率、平均结构因子、平均形状因子和各项异性系数先减小后增大;随着电流频率的增大,平均结构因子和平均形状因子先快速下降后逐渐趋于平稳,各向异性系数先快速上升后缓慢上升;建议类似研究的电流频率范围采用50 k Hz~1 MHz为宜。  相似文献

The electrical resistivity of the as-consolidated and coarse-grained bulk gadolinium(Gd) metals was studied in the temperature range of 3-315K.The experimental results showed that with decrease in the grain size of Gd grains from micrometer to nanometer range,the room temperature electrical resistivity increased from 209.7 to 333.0 μΩcm,while the electrical resistivity at the low temperature of 3K was found to increase surprisingly from 16.5 to 126.3 μΩcm.The room temperature coefficient resistivity(TCR) values were obtained as 39.2×10-3,5.51×10-3 and 33.7×10-3K-1.The ratios of room temperature to residual resistivity [RRR=ρ(300K)/ρ(3K)] are 2.64,11.0,respectively,for the as-consolidated samples at 280℃ and 700℃ with respect to that of the coarse-grained sample.All results indicate the remarkable influence of the nanostructure on the electrical resistivity of Gd due to the finite size effect and large fraction of grain boundaries.  相似文献

Seismic tomography reveals that a subducted ancient block has been preserved beneath the Moho of the Dabie-Sulu orogenic belt. Taking into account of geological and geochronological data, we inferred from the tomographic images that the Yangtze block was subducted northward beneath the Sino-Korean block and broken off at the depth <200 km during 200—190 Ma. The slab breakoff of the Yangtze block is the most important dynamic mechanism to control the exhumation of UHP rocks.  相似文献

为探究养护龄期、硫酸钠含量、交流电频率等因素对水泥土电阻率的影响,首先用数字交流电桥测量水泥土试块的阻抗模并计算出电阻率,然后根据3因素3水平正交试验予以分析.结果表明:影响水泥土电阻率变化的主次因素依次是养护龄期、硫酸钠含量、交流电频率;水泥土电阻率随着养护龄期的增长而增加,随着硫酸钠含量和交流电频率的增加而减小.  相似文献
