手与前臂系列轴型岛状皮瓣的显微解剖和临床应用研究

本研究选取30具经福尔马林液固定的成人尸体标本，计60只上肢，加上新鲜手标本10只，共计70只上肢标本进行解剖．重点研究了第2掌背动脉，第1掌背动脉，掌背皮神经及其伴行血管。研究成果：（1）阐明了国入第二掌背动脉出现率100％，起始部外径平均129mm；血管长度平均7．08mm，呈典型的干状血管；（2）第一掌背动脉60％在掌指关节水平呈网状分布，起始部口径仅为外gsmm，提出术中必须带较阔的篇膜组织2（3）报道了国人掌背皮神经分布情况，各分支支幅，证实了皮神经伴行血管数量，口径与皮神经支幅成正比关系，长宽比例达48：1．为手部皮瓣…     

甲状腺上动脉和喉上神经的应用解剖

为甲状腺手术中结扎甲状腺上动脉时防止喉上神经损伤提供形态学依据 ,对 86例甲状腺上动脉和喉上神经的发出、走行、分支、分布和两者的伴行关系进行了解剖观测 ,结果发现 ,(1)甲状腺上动脉 84 88%起自颈外动脉 ,起始处外径为 2 2± 0 8(1 1～ 3 4)mm ,起始点至甲状腺上极的长度为 (3 1± 1 3)cm .(2 )喉上神经均起自迷走神经下神经节 ,起始处横径为 (2 0± 0 4)mm ,在舌骨大角处分为内支和外支 ,外支在甲状腺上极上方 (0 9± 0 4)cm处与甲状腺上动脉分离 .(3)在上、中段甲状腺上动脉与喉上神经密切伴行 ,在下段上部分离 ,喉上神经外支入环甲肌点在平甲状腺上极处相距 (7± 3)mm .可见 ,施甲状腺手术结扎甲状腺上动脉宜在甲状腺侧叶上极或在甲状腺实质内进行 ,可有效避免喉上神经的损伤     

上海地区淡剑夜蛾发生规律及其防治

淡剑夜蛾一年发生4—5代,以老龄幼虫在草坪根部表面层越冬．1龄、2龄、3龄、4龄、5龄、6龄幼虫头壳宽分别为0．33±0．13mm,0．60±0．07mm,0．93±0．10mm,1．28±0．20mm,1．66±0．10mm,1．92±0．13mm．幼虫期总食叶量为52．17cm^2．雌雄性比1：1．24．在室外喷雾2000倍20％杀灭菊脂、2000倍20％米满、4000倍20％除虫脲、2000倍10％除尽、4000倍5％氯氰菊酯、1000倍25％灭幼脲三号和6000倍1％阿维菌素7d后的校正死亡率分别在85．60％-96．20％．     

上海地区杨小舟蛾生物学特性及其防治

2003～2004年研究了上海地区为害杨树的杨小舟蛾的生物学特性,该虫1年发生5代,以蛹越冬,1,2,3,4龄幼虫头壳宽度分别为（0．08±0．02）mm,（0．14±0．13）mm,（0．17±0．01）mm,（0．26±0．02）mm．雌雄性比1：1．32．初孵幼虫耐饥力平均为（1．50±0．80）d．在室外喷雾2000倍20％杀灭菊脂、3000倍30％乙酰甲胺磷、1000倍25％灭幼脲三号和6000倍1％阿维菌素7d后的校正死亡率分别在91．24％,91．78％,82．30％,81．87％．     

1175例健康体检血脂检测分析

1996年6—7月期间，我们对石河子市机关亨受公费医疗人员进行了一次健康体检，40岁以上的人员血脂（TC．TG，HDL—C）检测。人数为1175人（男876人，女299人，男：女=2．93：1．00），平均年龄为53．50±3．26岁，最大者85岁。TC检测结果均值为4．44±0．84mm0l／L，TG为1．47±0．79mm01／L，男女性别间和工人干部之间统计学处理无差异。TC高于正常值者占6．3％，TC值高于正常值者为31．06％，HDL－C低于正常值者占1．96％。值此作者提出要采取多种形式，普及防治知识，改变不良生活方式和生活行为，增强群众的自我保健意识，坚持锻炼，合理饮食，定期进行血压．血脂等方面的检查．将血脂控制在正常范围，把心脑血管疾病的发生率降到最低程度。     

猪卵母细胞第一极体排出与否对其早期胚胎发育的影响

探讨猪卵母细胞第一极体排出与否对其体外受精和孤雌激活后早期发育的影响．从屠宰场收集猪卵巢卵母细胞,体外成熟培养42-46h后分为3组：排出第一极体组、没有排出第一极体组和对照组（不挑选第一极体卵母细胞）,进行体外受精或化学孤雌激活之后放入胚胎培养液进行体外培养,分别于第48h和第168h统计分裂率和囊胚率．①体外受精后,有极体组的卵裂率略高于无极体组和对照组的卵裂率（62．19％±6．99％vs55．40％±6．80％和56．33％±8．17％）,各组间没有显著差异（P〉0．05）;囊胚率分别为4．87％±3．77％,2．33％±1．34％和3．50％±2．96％,有极体组明显高于无极体组（p〈0．05）,对照组与其它两组没有显著差异（p〉0．05）．②化学激活后,有极体组的卵裂率高于无极体组和对照组（75．45％±1．35％vs64．81％±2．07％和69．64％±2．51％,p〈0．05）;有极体组的囊胚率也高于无极体组和对照组（24．54％±4．34％vs12．96％±3．99％和18．75％±1．87％,p〈0．05）．排出第一极体卵母细胞比没有排出第一极体卵母细胞的发育能力强,但没有排出第一极体卵母细胞经体外受精或人工激活后也可以发育到囊胚阶段．     

吉首产白蕾磨Clitocybe candida氨基酸分析

本文报道了用邻苯二甲醛（OPA）-β-巯基乙醇衍生化、反相梯度洗脱、荧光检测分析法对吉首产白蕾蘑（ClitocybeCandidaBres）子实体的十六种氨基酸含量检测结果，其氨基酸总量为24mg／100mg（干品），必需氨基酸组分齐全，含量为8.67mg／100mg，占氨基酸总量的36．1％。该检测法分离效果好，平均回收率达95％，氨基酸保留时间的变异系数平均为1．0±0．4％，其含量变异系数平均为2．8±0．7％，在10pmol－2nmol范围内，线性关系系数平均为0．987±0．008.     

几种脊椎动物脑重的比较

从比较解剖生理学的角度对鲫鱼（鱼类）、蟾蜍（两栖类）、大壁虎（爬行类）、家鸽（鸟类）、小白鼠（哺乳类）5种脊椎动物的绝对脑重和相对脑重（脑重占体重的百分比）进行了比较．结果：（1）绝对脑重（g）：鲫鱼0．467±0．051,蟾蜍0．103±0．017,大壁虎0．257±0．023,家鸽2．032±0,167,小白鼠0．415±0．011．（2）相对脑重（％）：鲫鱼0．128±0．001,蟾蜍0．151±0．042,大壁虎0．344±0．044,家鸽0．682±0．098,小白鼠1．399±0．130．提示：绝对脑重与动物的进化地位无必然联系,但相对脑重这项指标基本可反映动物的进化地位,即：一般来说,脑重占体重的百分比越大,动物的进化地位越高．进一步表明：脊椎动物脑的相对重量比其它器官的相对重量更能代表脊椎动物的进化地位．     

体育系与普通系女生身体成份与PWC_(170)的测试分析

65名女大学生身体成份和PWC170的测试结果表明，体育专业女生与普通专业女生的体脂百分比无统计学差异（19．8％±4．05对18．8％±3．76，P＞0．05）。而在PWC170体育组高于普通组（458.4±139.21kg·m·min-1对379．88±113．01kg·m·min-1P＜0.05），但两组均低于国际标准（640kg·m·min-1），提示本校女生的体能在下降。     

半导体激光(650 nm,5 mW)血管内照射对人外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的影响

报道了用半导体激光进行血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）治疗１３例患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的影响．发现照射前ＰＣＤ为（５．４７±３．６５）％，第一次照射后为（７．１±３．１６）％，第五次照射后为（１６．７１±９．５）％．两者均有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
