异龄差不嘎蒿地上生物量的分配格局

主要研究了科尔沁沙地中,同一生境(流动沙地)条件下不同龄级(3,4,5龄)差不嘎蒿的生物量分配格局．采用收获法选取了90株(每个龄级30株)差不嘎蒿,分别测定每个样株的冠幅、高度、单株重、生殖枝重、营养枝重和种子产量,并计算了生殖比、营养比和种子比．结果表明：流动沙地中的差不嘎蒿以无性繁殖为主;种子的生物量分配与植株地上总生物量及植株年龄之间存在正相关;差不嘎蒿在地上资源(生物量)的分配过程中存在明显的负耦联关系．     

G304线实验路段植被调查及植物防沙体系的建立

对G304试验路段(k450～k468)两侧进行了植被及生态环境调查．结果表明，小叶锦鸡儿、差不嘎蒿均是建群种，差不嘎蒿同时又是优势种，小叶锦鸡儿为亚优势种．试验路段植被总盖度30％～40％，草群明显地表现出上、中、下三层层次结构．调查区共有高等植物25科46属61种．群落演替表现小叶锦鸡儿、差不嘎蒿种群保持着原生植被的建群种、优势种地位，处在进展演替阶段，始终表现着顶级植被的特征．调查发现，试验路段风蚀沙化较重．提出了植物防沙体系的优化组合方案．     

红枣中营养、药用有效成分多糖的分离与提纯及其鉴定

对陕北地产红枣中营养、药用有效成分多糖进行了分离与纯化，并做了纸层析和红外光谱鉴定．确证其由D-( )-木糖和D-( )半乳糖所组成。     

蒙药嘎古拉-4味汤散药理作用的初步研究

目的：初步研究嘎古拉-4味汤散的镇痛、镇静、抗炎作用．方法：用热板法和扭体法实验，观察其镇痛作用；用戊巴比妥钠对小鼠睡眠时间的影响实验，观察其镇静作用；对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症模型的影响实验．观察其抗炎作用．结果：嘎古拉-4味汤散对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应和热板法所致疼痛刺激有明显的镇痛、镇静作用；对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症没有明显的预防和治疗作用．结论：初步研究结果表明，嘎古拉-4味汤散具有明显的镇痛、镇静作用，但没有显著的抗炎作用．     

高效液相色谱法测定嘎日迪-5味丸中绿原酸的含量

目的：建立测定蒙药嘎日迪-5味丸中绿原酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法．方法：用ODS C18色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（11．5：88．5：2），检测波长318nm，流速为1ml／min．以外标法测定了嘎日迪-5味丸中绿原酸的含量．结果：绿原酸在4．5～22．5μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系．平均回收率为98．1％，RSD=2．2％（n=5）．结论：本法简便，可靠，可作为蒙药嘎日迪-5味丸的含量测定方法．

不同种群羊草幼苗对渗透胁迫的反应和生理生态适应

用聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)对内蒙古不同生境3个羊草种群(阿巴嘎、白音锡勒、嘎松山)进行渗透胁迫(-0．5Mpa，-1．0Mpa)．结果表明：各种群羊草对轻度胁迫(-0．5Mpa)反应不敏感，叶片含水量和膜透性与对照差异不显；随胁迫强度增大和胁迫时间的延长，叶片相对含水量、根系活力、叶片生长速率均有不同程度的下降；相反，膜透性增大，脯氨酸大量积累，根冠比增大；脯氨酸积累、质膜相对透性与叶片含水量呈显负相关(r＝-0．716l，r＝-0．8212)．不同地理种群羊草对渗透胁迫在时间和强度上的反应具有一定差异．阿巴嘎种群膜伤害程度较小、叶片含水量变化缓慢、脯氨酸积累量小、根冠比增大更显、维持较高根活力和叶片生长量，其抗旱性强于其它两个种群．白音锡勒种群和嘎松山种群对渗透胁迫的反应相近．     

一个药用野生稻异源单体附加系在减数分裂时期的GISH分析鉴定

异源单体附加系是从亲缘关系较远或属间的一个物种单条染色体附加到另一个物种中．栽培稻珍籼97B与药用野生稻Hy18杂交与连续回交，在BC2后代中得到一个药用野生稻单体附加系．生物素标屺的药用野生稻总DNA作为探针，未标记的栽培稻总DNA封阻，对其异源单体系减数分裂染色体进行基因组原位杂交．FISH结果表明，在栽培稻（AA，2n=24）基因组中附加了一条药用野生稻染色体，并鉴定为第8号染色体．研究表明，药用野生稻异源单体附加系的建立为药用野生稻的基因组学和遗传学的研究提供一个新的操作平台．而GISH技术在水稻远缘杂交育种中是最准确有效的染色体鉴定方法．在水稻育种改良中具有重要应用前景．     

河北省药用苔藓资源的初步研究

对河北省药用苔藓资源进行了野外调查与研究，首次报道了药用苔藓植物28种。隶属于15科21属，占河北苔藓植物总种数的11．48％．列出28种药用苔藓植物的分布及其药用功效，为进一步开发河北省苔藓植物资源和中草药资源提供新的资料．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
