颈动脉狭窄MRA和彩色多普勒超声对照研究

分析和比较ＭＲＡ 和ＣＤＦＩ诊断颈动脉狭窄的准确性,评估ＭＲＡ 作为颈动脉影象检查的诊断价值．３５ 例颈动脉ＭＲＡ 全部在Ｓｉｅｍｅｎｓ Ｍａｇｎｅｔｏｍ Ｉｍｐａｃｔ １ ．０ 磁共振机器上扫描,ＭＲＡ扫描序列为２ 维时间飞跃技术颈动脉狭窄均经ＣＤＦＩ确诊ＣＤＦＩ用Ａｃｕｓｏｎ１２８ 彩色双功能多普勒诊断仪ＭＲＡ 清晰地显示正常颈动脉的颈内动脉、颈外动脉及颈动脉分叉轻度颈动脉狭窄ＭＲＡ 表现为沿血管壁的信号丢失血流信号中断是颈动脉狭窄的特征,中度颈动脉狭窄伴有狭窄后扩张,重度颈动脉狭窄则狭窄后血管细窄颈动脉血流消失并无血流重现是血管闭塞特异征象ＭＲＡ 分级颈动脉狭窄程度和ＣＤＦＩ一致性良好ＭＲＡ 评价颈动脉非常有价值,是诊断颈动脉狭窄的一种有特征性的新方法     

不同途径给药及联合应用血液灌流对表阿霉素血浆、组织浓度的影响

探讨不同途径给表阿霉素（ＥＰＩ）的优劣和血液灌流（ＤＨＰ）对ＥＰＩ的吸附能力。方法：观察肝癌病人肝动脉和外周静脉持续输注ＥＰＩ后外周血浆ＥＰＩ浓度的改变,并应用ＤＡＣ－ｒｅｓｉｎＤＨＰ吸附ＥＰＩ的临床研究。结果：肝动脉给药能降低外周血浆ＥＰＩ浓度（Ｐ＜００５）及血浆高峰浓度（Ｐ＜０００５）,而两组ＡＵＣ的差别不明显（１∶１０５）。ＤＡＣ－ｒｅｓｉｎＤＨＰ对ＥＰＩ有明显吸附性能,吸附率达６７％。结论：局部给抗癌药优于全身给药,ＤＡＣ－ｒｅｓｉｎＤＨＰ对ＥＰＩ有明显吸附性能

水工CAD专用图形库的研制与开发

基于 Ａｕｔｏ Ｃ Ａ Ｄ Ｒ１４ 软件平台，应用 Ｏｂｊｅｃｔ Ａ Ｒ Ｘ 与 Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｃ＋＋ ５０ 语言，研制和开发了一个水工 Ｃ Ａ Ｄ 专用图形库该系统包括绘图环境设置、水工图形库制作、坝体绘制、水工专用标注、水工专用填充、水工专用线型、水工专用表格、可视化编辑等等该系统使用方便，并能进行进一步的开发和扩展     

鱼中高温激活蛋白酶的提取纯化

以市售鱼为原料，进行其高温激活蛋白酶（ＨＴＡＰ）的提取纯化通过抽提、高速离心分离、ＤＥＡＥ－ＴＯＹＯＰＥＡＲＬ６５０Ｍ离子交换色谱、ＳＥＰＨＡＣＲＹＬＳ２００凝胶过滤等方法，把ＨＴＡＰ从鱼中分离提取出来运用ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）法对分离提纯的ＨＴＡＰ纯度进行鉴定，并通过此法测出了该ＨＴＡＰ的分子量为３９０００     

当归注射液对兔主动脉平滑肌细胞中增殖细胞核抗原表达的影响

目的：观察当归注射液对平滑肌细胞（ Ｓ Ｍ Ｃ） 中增殖细胞核抗原（ Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ） 表达的影响。方法：用免疫组织化学 Ｌ Ｓ Ａ Ｂ 法检测培养的兔主动脉 Ｓ Ｍ Ｃ 中 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 的表达,同时测定培养液中超氧化物歧化酶（ Ｓ Ｏ Ｄ） 、脂质过氧化物（ Ｌ Ｐ Ｏ） 、前列环素（ Ｐ Ｇ Ｉ２） 及环磷酸腺苷（ｃ Ａ Ｍ Ｐ） 的含量。结果：当归注射液能增加 Ｓ Ｏ Ｄ 活性,降低 Ｌ Ｐ Ｏ 和升高 Ｐ Ｇ Ｉ２ 、ｃ Ａ Ｍ Ｐ 水平,抑制 Ｓ Ｍ Ｃ 中 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 的表达（ Ｐ＜ ００５ ～００１） 。结论：当归有抑制 Ｓ Ｍ Ｃ 增殖的作用。     

母线布置CAD系统

母线槽是现代电力传输设备,遍布于高层建筑和工矿企业的输配电系统中,其空间布置图必须绘制成三维图形,手工绘图较为困难为此我们专门研制了一个母线布置ＣＡＤ系统—ＡｕｔｏＢＵＳ,较好地解决了这个问题该系统是一个以规则库为基础的、以搜索算法为核心的高度智能化的ＣＡＤ系统,本文介绍该系统的总体设计思想和主要功能     

5种新分离细菌的分子鉴定及分类

测定和比较了５种新分离细菌的１６ＳｒＤＮＡ序列,并对其进行分子鉴定和分类．结果表明：Ｆ５７７１和Ａ５６０８为棒杆菌属（Ｃｏｒｙｎｅｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍ）的２个新种;ＬＣＤＣ８９０５５是１种放线菌,与Ａｃｔｉｎｏｍｙｃｅｓｐｙｏｇｅｎｅｓ遗传距离较近;而ＬＣＤＣ８７０８０和ＣＤＣｇｒｏｕｐＡＮＦ１ｌｉｋｅ则分别为Ａｎｅｕｉ和Ｔｕｒｉｃｅｌａｏｔｉｔｉｄｉｓ菌的不同菌株．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
