H2O2溶液对钛种植体表面的处理

The surface treatment is important for titanium and its alloys as promising candidates for dental implantation due to their bioinert surface. Titanium surface samples were modified using H₂O₂ solution at different times up to 72 h to boost their bioactivity. According to the results of the field emission scanning electron microscopy test, some nanostructures are formed on the surface of treated titanium samples and increased in size by increasing the time of treatment up to 24 h. After 24 h of application, the sharpness of nanostructures decreased and the micro-cracks and discontinuity in the coating surface increased. The results of the X-ray diffraction study and Raman spectroscopy revealed that anatase (TiO₂) was formed on the surface of treated titanium samples. The peak intensity of Raman spectroscopy increased with an improvement in treatment time of up to 24 h and then decreased due to the discontinuity of the coating. Full wettability and ability to form apatite were reached at 6 h of treatment. It is clear that the treatment time has a significant effect on the surface treatment of titanium using the H₂O₂ solution.     

Study of the Relationship Between the Organizational Climate and the Campus Ethical Issues of Universities across the Taiwan Strait

The study applied the approach of empirical studies to select 176 teachers in 9 universities in Taiwan and Inland in China to deliver questionnaires. The study intended to explore the influence of organizational climate on campus ethics and its diversity between the universities across the Taiwan strait. The study explored that the organizational climate in the universities across the Strait was not ethically high. Yet, the universities in Inland emphasized more on campus restraint in teachers‘ behavior, job performance and their sense of belonging to the school. The study result demonstrated that improving leadership of the universities could enhance teachers‘ identification with their schools and could promote the level of campus across the Strait.

Effect of TiO_2 Addition to the Microwave Absortion Property of Polyaniline Micro/Nanocomposites

1 Results Recently,conducting polymers as molecular wires have attracted considerable attention because of their long conjugated length,metal conductivity and promising potential application in nanodevices.It is important to manipulate the synthesis parameters or additives used in order to produce conducting polymer showing moderate conductivity,magnetic and dielectric properties that could enhance its microwave absorbing and shielding properties.As nano-material possessing moderate conductivity,dielectric and magnetic property,novel hexanoic acid (HA) doped PAni micro/nanocomposites containing TiO2 (30 nm) and Fe3O4 (1 μm) were prepared by template free method.The composites were then characterized by FTIR,X-ray diffraction,TGA and SEM analysis.The conductivity,dielectric,magnetic and microwave absorption properties of the composites were also investigated.The resulted nanorods/tubes shown in the SEM images indicate that PAni micro/nanocomposites exhibited polymerization through elongation.

Analysis of the Protein Electrophoresis Patterns of Curvularia Lunata in Maize and Immunological Detection of the Pathogenic Culture

Twelve isolates of Curvularia lunata and six related species from maize or other host plants are examined for the analysis of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) patterns of their soluble proteins,Differences exist significantly among different species and the same species.There is a special protein band for Curvularia at relative mobility value 0.177(Rf 0.177) and a special protein band for C.lunata at Rf 0.225,Two kinds of rpimary antibodies to C.lunata are used to indirect ELISA and Avidin-Biotion-peroxidase Complex(ABC) immunoassay to evaluate their detecting sensitivity and specificity,The sensitivity of ABC immuno- assay is higher than indirect ELISA.APAbs to C.lunata is special to C.lunata.

Study on the interaction between Jak3 and IL-2R γ using the yeast two-hybrid system

Both interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptor γ subunit and non-receptor tyrosine kinase Jak3 play important roles in IL-2 physiological functions. Jak3 has been known to bind IL-2Rγ and the interaction is very important for IL-2 signaling. In order to find the domains directly involved in the interaction between IL-2Rγ and Jak3, various deletion mutants have been constructed and their interaction has been studied using the yeast two-hybrid system. Results show that the JH3-JH7 region of Jak3 N-terminal can bind to intracellular domain of IL-2Ry directly and the intact structure of JH3-JH7 region is necessary for this combination. In addition, the region from 305 to 317 amino acid residues near the C-terminal of IL-2Ry plays a critical role in this interaction .
