选健康猕猴20只分成三组:Ⅰ正常组,Ⅱ高脂血症组、Ⅲ橡胶种子油+高脂血症组。造型五个月后分别测定血清和红细胞内的血脂。试验结果提示:橡胶种子油除可抑制高胆固醇及高脂饮食所诱发的血脂升高的程度外,可以减少血清内脂质向红细胞的侵入或促进红细胞内的胆固醇外移,这可能是橡胶种子油抗动脉粥样硬化的原理之一.  相似文献

Specific to the vertebrate embryo, the neural crest is a transitory structure whose constituent cells migrate extensively through the developing animal and ultimately give rise to many distinct cell types, including the components of the peripheral nervous system. The earliest clear indices of their differentiation have so far been detected only when cells from the crest have reached their destination. This is exemplified by the acquisition of the ability to synthesise and store catecholamines; absent from crest cells before and during their dorso-ventral migration, this ability appears concomitantly with their aggregation into the primary sympathetic ganglia. The chronology of cholinergic maturation, however, is less well defined. Appropriate biochemical markers are demonstrable as soon as parasympathetic or enteric ganglia are formed, but the lack of a suitable cytochemical method is a major obstacle to the identification of any cholinergic cells before then. Although acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is present in migrating neural crest, choline acetyltransferase (CAT), the enzyme catalysing acetylcholine (ACh) synthesis, is a much more relevant correlate, and definitive evidence for cholinergic differentiation should include the demonstration of ACh-synthesising activity in intact cells or their extracts. Membrane-bound phosphoinositides are signalling molecules that have a key role in vesicle trafficking in eukaryotic cells. Proteins that bind specific phosphoinositides mediate interactions between membrane-bounded compartments whose identity is partially encoded by cytoplasmic phospholipid tags. Little is known about the localization and regulation of mammalian phosphatidylinositol-3,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(3,5)P2), a phospholipid present in small quantities that regulates membrane trafficking in the endosome-lysosome axis in yeast. Here we describe a multi-organ disorder with neuronal degeneration in the central nervous system, peripheral neuronopathy and diluted pigmentation in the 'pale tremor' mouse. Positional cloning identified insertion of ETn2beta (early transposon 2beta) into intron 18 of Fig4 (A530089I17Rik), the homologue of a yeast SAC (suppressor of actin) domain PtdIns(3,5)P2 5-phosphatase located in the vacuolar membrane. The abnormal concentration of PtdIns(3,5)P2 in cultured fibroblasts from pale tremor mice demonstrates the conserved biochemical function of mammalian Fig4. The cytoplasm of fibroblasts from pale tremor mice is filled with large vacuoles that are immunoreactive for LAMP-2 (lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2), consistent with dysfunction of the late endosome-lysosome axis. Neonatal neurodegeneration in sensory and autonomic ganglia is followed by loss of neurons from layers four and five of the cortex, deep cerebellar nuclei and other localized brain regions. The sciatic nerve exhibits reduced numbers of large-diameter myelinated axons, slowed nerve conduction velocity and reduced amplitude of compound muscle action potentials. We identified pathogenic mutations of human FIG4 (KIAA0274) on chromosome 6q21 in four unrelated patients with hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy. This novel form of autosomal recessive Charcot-Marie-Tooth disorder is designated CMT4J.  相似文献

运用固流耦合理论对某矿东四采区11-2煤远距离下保护层开采过程中的被保护煤层(13-1煤层)卸压保护边界进行数值模拟分析,以数值分析结果为基础对被保护层边界范围内的煤岩及瓦斯动力参数现场测试,通过研究结果发现,在目前大规模运用底板穿层钻孔情况进行抽采的条件下,沿用的前苏联细则规定关于近水平煤层卸压角的数据偏保守。该研究结果能为类似近水平煤层条件下保护层开采确定被保护煤层的边界提供参考。  相似文献

为了确定晋城矿区保护层开采的卸压保护范围,采用相似模拟、现场实测的方法,研究了保护层开采过程中被保护层的竖向变形规律,得出了保护层开采的有效卸压范围,为相似条件下保护层开采及被保护层巷道布置提供依据。研究表明:保护层开采后,被保护层煤体出现明显的竖向变形,沿工作面推进方向上依次分为压缩区、膨胀区、卸压膨胀区、膨胀区、压缩区;沿煤层上山方向的有效卸压保护角为81.6°,下山方向的有效卸压保护角为79°,走向有效卸压保护角为67.7°;在工作面后方37 m以远,3#煤体膨胀逐渐趋于稳定膨胀值为93 mm,膨胀率为1.55%,煤体卸压充分。  相似文献

从液压阻尼器动力学模型入手,考虑油液含气量对油液压缩性的影响,建立了带定压活门的液压阻尼器动力学模型.对阻尼器在不同激振下的阻尼力及等效阻尼进行了数值仿真,仿真结果表明理论结果与实验值符合,验证了该模型的准确性.对不同含气量时阻尼器的响应进行计算,证实了油气混合会降低液压阻尼器的阻尼力和等效阻尼.将理论模型用于预估双频激振下的阻尼器等效阻尼,发现高频背景振动使低频小幅值扰动的等效阻尼严重下降,而对低频大幅值扰动等效阻尼的影响则要小得多.  相似文献

应用多种抗疟药物治疗恒河猴肝囊原虫血症 ,初步筛选出对肝囊原虫血症有疗效的药物。实验结果表明 ,蒿甲醚和奎宁对猴外周血液中的肝囊原虫配子体有一定的抑制和杀灭作用 ,能暂时缓解或消除猴的原虫血症。通过对猴在服药前后的血液生化指标变化的测试表明 ,实验所用药物对猴没有产生不良影响。  相似文献

针对如何使图像中的浮雕效果更具有立体感的问题,设计了关于图像的5阶细胞神经网络(CNN)的浮雕算法研究的方案,研究了该算法对于图像的立体化处理的过程,对于同一图像分别采用5阶CNN、3阶CNN算法和拉普拉斯算法进行对图像的立体化处理,并比较了几类算法的优劣.实验表明,基于5阶CNN浮雕算法更接近现实,直观效果更好,在实现图像的实时处理中,能够有效地生成具有艺术效果的浮雕图像.同时,将其应用在遥感图像的处理工作中,取得了很好的效果.  相似文献

调查了1 722只健康实验猴,检出弯曲菌阳性率为56.91%,调查结果显示,食蟹猴和恒河猴弯曲菌阳性率没有显著差异;实验猴弯曲菌的感染与年龄有关,未成年猴弯曲菌阳性率极显著地高于成年猴;实验猴弯曲菌阳性率在干燥饲养环境极显著地低于潮湿环境.同时对部分菌株,用K-B法进行了药敏试验,用APICampy System进行了分类鉴定.  相似文献

目的:观察甘利欣治疗抗结核药药物性肝炎的临床疗效.方法:将48例抗结核药引起的药物性肝炎患者随机分成治疗组27例和对照组21例.治疗组给予甘利欣治疗4周,对照组给予能量合剂治疗4周,观察治疗前后临床症状和血生化指标的变化.结果:治疗组患者的临床症状和肝功能改善情况显著优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:甘利欣有很好的保肝、降酶作用,未见不良反应.  相似文献
