微带平衡混频器

本文介绍了我们研制的１０ｃｍ波段和２２ｃｍ波段微带平衡混频器，其中２２ｃｍ波段混频器的噪声系数是ＮＦ≤６ｄｂ：隔离比是Ｄ≥２０ｄｂ；信号支路的驻波比是　＜１．５。Ｓ波段混频器的噪声系数是ＮＦ≤７ｄｂ；隔离比是Ｄ≥１７ｄｂ；信号支路的驻波比是　≤１．６。为了进一步改善混频器特性，我们将电桥做成圆形，并且将其两输出臂之一增长了四分之一波长。（混频器的噪声系数内包括了中放级的噪声系数ＮＦｉｉ≈１．５ｄｂ）．     

太白米愈伤组织的诱导

把太白米小鳞茎基部０．１－０．５ｍｍ处切口，接种于ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ １ｍｇ／Ｌ＋２．４－Ｄ１ｍｌ／Ｌ＋ＺＴ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＺＴ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上，置黑暗中培养，小鳞茎能脱分化产生大量愈伤组织，诱导率在９５％以上，且生长迅速。     

小儿肾病综合症合并高凝状态抗凝治疗前后血D-二聚体变化的临床意义

肾病综合征（ＮＳ）患儿常有血液高凝状态,血栓形成及栓塞倾向,抗凝治疗可以改善高凝状态,阻止纤维蛋白的进一步沉积。本文通过对１８例血Ｄ－二聚体＞１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＮＳ患儿抗凝治疗的观察,探讨了抗凝治疗前后Ｄ－二聚体变化的临床意义。１对象及方法１．１对象１９９６～１９９７年住院诊为ＮＳ的患儿,且静脉血Ｄ－二聚体＞１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ者共１８例,男１２例,女６例,年龄３～１２周岁,病程２周～１年。其中单纯性ＮＳ１０例,肾炎性ＮＳ８例。１．２方法抗凝治疗以肝素静脉滴注为主,剂量为每天１００ｕ／ｋｇ,辅以活生了口…     

风信子2个品种鳞片植株再生能力的比较研究

供试风信子为Delft blue和Janbos２个品种。结果表明：Ｊanbos的再生能力比Ｄelft blue强，Ｄelft和Ｊanbos的最佳培养基分别为ＭＳ附加ＢＡ２．５mg／Ｌ、ＩＡＡ０．５mg/L、ＮＡＡ２．０mg/L和ＭＳ附加ＢＡ２．５mg／Ｌ、ＩＡＡ１．０mg/L、ＮＡＡ１．5mg/L     

高速光纤通信系统特性研究

分析了高速ＩＭ／ＤＤ光纤通信系统的传输特性，对光通道色散影响和光源相位噪声影响进行了分析，结果表明当光源相位噪声较大时，系统的误码率－平均接收光功率曲线将出现“饱和”现象。对高速光发射机、光接收机技术等进行了深入的研究，通过选择激光器最佳工作状态，设计并完成了２．５Ｇｂ／ｓ光发射与光接收模块，并对２．５Ｇｂ／ｓ光纤传输实验系统的测试结果进行了分析。实现了１０９ｋｍ常规单模光纤的无中继传输，工作波长为１５５０ｎｍ，采用内强度调制／直接检测（ＩＭ／ＤＤ）方式，误码率为１－１０时接收机灵敏度为－３１．５ｄＢ（以１ｍＷ为零电平）。利用ＥＤＦＡ克服光纤的损耗后，无再生中继传输距离达到１８０ｋｍ。     

虎眼万年青不同形态发生途径激素调控的初步研究

用虎眼万年青鳞片外植体在ＭＳ培养基上实现了不同形态发生途径的激素调控。结果显示，生长素和细胞分裂素两类激素的不同组合和浓度搭配都是影响形态发生途径的关键因素，甚至前者更为重要。就最佳激素组合和浓度搭配而言，ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＫＴ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ分别诱导体细胞胚和不定芽直接发生；２，４－Ｄ４．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＢＡ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ诱导愈伤组织；２，４－Ｄ０．１ｍｇ     

用HPLC－FLD法测定粮食中痕量硒

论文提出了以２，３－二氨基萘（ＤＡＮ）为荧光试剂，用高效液相色谱－荧光检测系统（ＨＰＬＣ—ＦＬＤ）测定痕量硒（Ｓｅ）的方法．对ＤＡＮ－Ｓｅ化合物的形成和萃取条件和ＨＰＬＣ—ＦＬＤ分高测定条件进行了系统的研究．在实验条件下，ＤＡＮ—Ｓｅ的保留时间为１．７ｍｉｎ，检测限为５．３ｎｇ，测定范围５～２００ｎｇ．并应用该方法测定了几种常见的粮食中的含硒量，标准偏差为３．０～６．５ｎｇ，回收率为８８．８～１０４．０％．     

近交系NJS小鼠的生物学特性研究Ⅰ．繁殖性能与生长发育的观察

对作者培育的近交系ＮＪＳ小鼠的繁殖性能与生长发育进行观察，结果表明：ＮＪＳ小鼠的基代虽来源于ＫＭ远交群，但由于高度近交和定向选择，其产仔、泌乳等繁殖性能已大大下降。有关繁殖性能指标为：配产间隔２５．９±４．５／ｄ、胎间隔４７．１±１１．４／ｄ、窝产仔数７．６±２．６／只、离乳仔数６．２±２．３／只、离乳率８０．５±２５．２／％、初生个体重１．５５±０．１２／ｇ、泌乳力４４．６７±１７．１２／ｇ、离乳个体重１０．３５±０．９５／ｇ。３０、６０、９０日龄雄鼠个体重分别为：１７．０±２．１／ｇ、２７．８±１．７／ｇ、３１．８±２．１／ｇ，雌鼠分别为：１５．８±０．９／ｇ、２３．５±１．４／ｇ、２５．５±１．６／ｇ。与其他近交系相比较，ＮＪＳ小鼠的繁殖性能与Ｃ＿（５７）ＢＬ／６近似，比ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ、ＤＢＡ／２显著高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。离乳前后ＮＪＳ小鼠的生长速度与ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ近似，比Ｃ（５７）ＢＬ／６、ＤＢＡ／２显著快（Ｐ＜０．０１）。     

骆驼刺高效离体植株再生体系的建立

通过对络驼刺（Ａｌｈａｇｉ ｐｓｅｕｄａｌｈａｇｉ Ｄｅｓｖ）不同外植体来源、不同培养基及激素配比的比较,建立骆驼刺培养高效再生植株实验体系。表明骆驼刺下胚轴切段在含１．５￣２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ２,４－Ｄ和０．５￣１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ的ＭＳ培养基中１００％诱导愈伤组织,在含１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ ６－ＢＡ和１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ的ＭＳ培养基上愈伤组织分化成苗,转至含２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ ＩＢＡ和０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＮＡＡ的ＭＳ培养基上成根得到完整再生植株,组织学观察表明植株再生主要为器官发生途径,染色体稳定遗传。     

杂种石斛兰组织培养的研究

本文用引进的泰国石斛兰熊猫１号（ＰＡＮＤＡＮｏ．１）与熊猫２号（ＰＡＮＤＡＮｏ．２）杂交，并将杂交种子经组织培养，获得无病毒试管苗结果表明：在附加６－ＢＡ０．１～１ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＮＡＡ０．５～１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的改良ＫＣ及改良ＭＳ培养基上，原球茎的发生率达９０％以上，增殖８～１０倍．生根壮苗培养阶段，以附加５％～１０％马铃薯提取液和５％～１０％香蕉汁（不加任何激素）的处理效果最佳．用冷开水代替蒸馏水，食用白糖代替试剂蔗糖，对杂交石斛兰试管苗的生长无明显影响．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
