福建和溪亚热带雨林凋落物及残留物研究

探讨福建和溪亚热带雨林凋落物产量和地表残留物累积及其动态．结果表明；该雨林年凋落物量为７５５．４３ｇ／ｍ２（年变率为１．１７），其中叶为５１７，３５ｇ／ｍ２，枝为１９１．７５ｇ／ｍ２，花为２１．７６ｇ／ｍ２和果为２４．５７ｇ／ｍ２．影响凋落物月分布的主要因素是降雨及植物的物候期．月凋落物量（ｙ）与月降雨量（１）呈正相关（ｙ＝４６．２８９４＋０．１２０６ｙ，，ｒ＝０．５１０４，ｄｆ＝３４，ｐ＜０．０１）．林地残留物现存累积量随季节的不同而异，平均为４２６．２０ｇ／ｍ２（年分解常数Ｋ＝１．８７），其中叶３０７．６４ｇ／ｍ２，枝１０６．７７ｇ／ｍ２，花０．６０ｇ／ｍ２和果１１．１９ｇ／ｍ２．     

大鳞鲃形态特征测量与分析

对乌兹别克斯坦引进的大鳞鲃鱼3^＋龄，1^＋龄，1-龄共11尾的形态性状进行测量，结果表明，全长／体长为1．16～1．22，体长／体高为5．00-5．57，体长／头长为4．50～5．33，体长／尾柄长为4．69～6．15，头长／吻长为3．14～3．38，头长／眼径为4．64～12．5，头长／眼间距为2．43～2．82；背鳍Ⅱ为7～8，腹鳍Ⅰ-Ⅱ为8～9，胸鳍工为13～18，臀鳍Ⅰ-Ⅱ为5～6，尾鳍为20～24，侧线鳞为72～73，鳃耙为20-28，咽齿3行，脊柱数量44-45，无幽门盲囊，尾鳍形状正尾型，鳔2室。     

中国柞蚕小杏黄、鲁红和青六号品种幼虫体色基因分析(英文)

通过对鲁红、小杏黄和青六号品种杂交试验，查明了中国柞蚕幼虫体色红色、黄色、黄绿的受控基因和遗传方式．鲁红为杂合体，基因型为Ｒ／＋Ｙ／ＹＧ／Ｇ，纯合体Ｒ／ＲＹ／ＹＧ／Ｇ在卵期致死．小杏黄纯合体基因型为ｒ／ｒＹ／ＹＧ／Ｇ．青六号纯合体基因型为ｒ／ｒ＋ｒ／＋ｒＧ／Ｇ．鲁红和青六号体色有两对基因差异．基因Ｇ、Ｙ、Ｒ位于不同染色体上，基因间存在互作，Ｇ表现型为黄绿色，Ｇ、Ｙ共存表现型为黄色，Ｇ、ｒ、Ｒ共存表现型为红色     

黄粉虫对血清总胆固醇及甘油二酯的作用

利用黄粉虫的幼虫含较多亚油酸成分，喂正常迪卡公鸡，并对它的血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯的作用进行研究．试验动物随机分成３组，Ｉ组为对照组，Ⅱ组为黄粉虫幼虫组，６ｇ／ｄ，Ⅲ组为复方亚油酸乙酯丸组，１丸（含亚油酸乙酯３００ｍｇ）／ｄ，实验期１８ｄ．结果表明，血清总胆固醇，Ⅱ组为（２．７３±０．２６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ⅲ组为（２．８３±０．３１）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，均明显低于对照组（３．４０±０．６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１）．血清甘油三酯，Ⅱ组为（０．４０±０．１３）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ⅲ组为（０．３６±０．１１）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，均明显低于对照组（（０．９±０．３）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１）．试验说明用黄粉虫的幼虫喂迪卡公鸡有显著降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯作用．     

武夷山甜槠群落的生物量和生产力

主要讨论武夷山先峰岭５１龄甜槠群落的生物量和生产力．测定结果表明：１９９２年１２月甜槠群落的现存生物量为４０７２８．１ｇ／ｍ２，其中地上部为３５０８２．０ｇ／ｍ２，占总量的８６．１４％，地下部为５６４６．１ｇ／ｍ２，占１３．８６％．甜槠群落１９９２年的净初级生产量为１３８１．６ｇ／ｍ２·ａ，其中凋落物产量为３７９．２０ｇ／ｍ２·ａ，占净初级生产量的２７．４５％．而用于植物自身生长的存留量为１００２．４ｇ／ｍ２·ａ，占７２．５５％．甜槠群落的生物量累积比为２９．４８，已达成熟林的比率关系．     

三光气界面缩聚法合成高分子质量聚碳酸酯

以双酚A（BPA）和三光气（BTC）为单体，在水／CH2Cl2两相体系中，通过界面缩聚的方法合成了高分子质量的聚碳酸酯（PC）．讨论了单体摩尔配比、氢氧化钠用量和油相浓度对聚合物分子质量的影响．在三光气／双酚A／NaOH摩尔比为1.25／3．00／7．50，油相浓度为0．2mol／L时，得到特性黏度为3.41dL／g的PC．用FT—IR确定了聚合物的结构．PC的玻璃化转变温度为158．5℃，TG结果表明，高分子质量的PC起始分解温度为402℃，具有很好的热稳定性．     

聚丙烯酰胺在油砂中滞留量的测定

采用KSCN作示踪剂，测定了辽河油田油砂对聚丙烯酰胺（HPAM）在58℃的滞留量．实验表明，HPAM的浓度越大，油砂对它的滞留量越大．当NPAM的浓度为1.0g／L，0.75g／L，0．5g／L时，滞留量分别为33．5mg／kg，26．1mg／kg，12．7mg／kg．     

野大麦组织培养及植株再生的研究

以野大麦成熟胚为外植体，接种于MS 2，4-D2．0mg／L KT0．2mg／L NAA0．5mg／L Su3％的培养基中，诱导愈伤组织；然后在培养基MS 2，4-D2．0mg／L KT0．2mg／L NAA1．0mg／L Su3％上进行继代培养，每次继代时间为20天左右；再用MS KT2．0mg／L NAA0．2mg／L Su1．5％进行分化，分化率达80％以上．     

出口滋补酒中总糖的分光光度测定法

建立了出口滋补酒中总糖的分光光度测定法．该方法线性范围为０．０１ｍｇ／ｍＬ～０．４０ｍｇ／ｍＬ，平均回收率为９９．２％～１０１．２％，检出限为０．００５ｍｇ／ｍＬ．与经典的滴定法相比较，结果令人满意．     

厦门东屿白骨壤群落生物量和能量

讨论了厦门岛西海域海沧镇东屿的白骨壤群落的生物量和热值、群落各组分的能量分布状况。结果表明：该群落为单种组成的群落，其生物量现存量为４３４６．０９ｇ／ｍ￣２，各组分分配比是：侧根最多，占３６．０２％；多年生枝次之，占２１．４６％；幼枝较少，为０．３３％；幼苗根最少，仅占０．１１％。群落各组分干重热值相差较大，其中叶最高１８．２７ｋＪ／ｇ；主根居次，为１７．８５ｋＪ／ｇ。幼枝较低，１６．１１ｋＪ／ｇ；幼苗根最低为１３．９０ｋＪ／ｇ．群落的能量现存量为７０５５３ｋＪ／ｍ￣２，其中地上部占４７．５４％，地下部占５２．４６％。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
