参归升白口服液的稳定性研究

依据化学动力学方法，采用恒温法对参归升白口服液的贮存期进行了预测，采用比色法进行定量分析，实验数据经统计学处理，求得室温（２℃）条件下，以总黄酮为指标，参归升白口服液的贮存期为４．３０年。     

五根汤口服液稳定性试验研究

目的：对五根汤口服液的加速稳定性及长期稳定性进行考察。方法：根据加速稳定性及长期稳定性实验方法,检测五根汤口服液的性状、PH值、相对密度。采用TLC法对其主要成分葛根、红花、大黄、山豆根、板蓝根进行鉴别。40℃±2℃,相对湿度为75%±5%的条件下放置6个月,温度为25℃±2℃,相对湿度为60%±5%的条件下放置24个月期内外观性状,测定、PH值、相对密度、微生物及其主要活性成分葛根、红花、大黄、山豆根、板蓝根的变化;采用高效液相色谱法检测口服液中葛根素的含量变化。结果：密封贮存24个月期内五根汤口服液的外观性状、PH值、相对密度、微生物等变化均在合格范围内,其主要活性成分葛根、红花、大黄、山豆根、板蓝根稳定,口服液中葛根素的含量几乎无变化。结论：五根汤口服液直接接触药品的包装材料能够保证制剂在有效期内质量稳定。     

补肾益寿颗粒的稳定性研究

采用加速实验与留样观察相结合的方法研究补肾益寿颗粒的稳定性．实验结果表明，以蛇床子素为指标，采用温度系数法（Ｑ１０法）预测其２５℃条件下的有效期为３．１年；以淫羊藿甙和蛇床子素为指标，在３８±１℃、相对湿度７５％贮放６个月，其含量仍大于或等于标示量（零月含量）的９０％．故本品室温贮存期可暂定为２年．此结果与室温留样观察法结果基本相符．     

榛子饮料浓缩液脂肪氧化动力学与贮存期预测

以过氧化值为研究指标，对以榛子为主要原料的植物蛋白饮料主剂的贮存期进行了研究。分析探讨了主剂在贮存期间的品质损失与时间的关系，分别考察了恒温和变温下主剂的贮存寿命，建立了主剂贮存期预测的动力学模型。     

雪胆口服液的制备及热加速评价

目的:优化雪胆口服液制备工艺.方法:以雪胆甲素为评价指标,采用正交设计优化口服液提取工艺并考察所制备样品的稳定性.结果:最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度60℃,提取时间4h,提取次数4次,料液比1∶8,在此条件下制得口服液中雪胆甲素含量最高为10.56mg/mL.结论:雪胆口服液制备方法简单且产品质量稳定;雪胆甲素含量测定方法灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好.     

乌鸡白凤口服液扶正固本作用的动物实验观察

目的 :观察乌鸡白凤口服液的益气养血功能 ,比较乌鸡白凤口服液与乌鸡白凤丸二种剂型的作用差异。方法 :观察药物对急性小白鼠血虚模型的影响及对小白鼠急性应激反应的影响。结果 :乌鸡白凤口服液能显著促进失血小鼠 RBC,Hb值的恢复 ,能显著提高小鼠的抗应激能力 ,延长小白鼠常压缺氧死亡时间及延长小白鼠游泳时间。乌鸡白凤丸也是具有相似的作用。结论 :乌鸡白凤口服液具有补气养血 ,升高血红蛋白 ,提高红细胞值的作用     

药物贮存期的热分析动力学

目的研究了药物的热稳定性,快速、科学、经济地预测药物的有效贮存期.方法用TG-DTG热重法测定药物的热降解曲线,用Coats-Redfern积分法求算出热降解反应为一级反应时的动力学参数活化能E和指前因子A,根据所得到的动力学参数求算出药物在贮存温度-室温(25℃)下降解反应速率常数k,进一步探讨药物已知有效期与反应速率常数k的负对数pk的相关性.结果市售药物有效期与热分析动力学方法求算得到的(室温25℃)pk存在相关性,根据市售药物贮存期可将药物室温(25℃)下pk划分为3个区间药品的有效期在1.5a或2a,定为区间Ⅰ,pk＜7.5;药品的有效期为3a,定为区间Ⅱ,7.5＜pk＜11;药品的有效期为4a或5a,定为区间Ⅲ,pk＞10.5.结论根据室温(25℃)下降解反应速率常数k和药物有效期的相关性,通过热分析动力学求算法可初步预测未知药物贮存期.     

赶黄草口服液质量标准研究

在探索赶黄草口服液的制备工艺基础上,进行赶黄草口服液的质量标准研究。采用第一次加入药材量12倍量的水煎煮2h,第二次加入药材量8倍量的水煎煮1h,过滤,合并滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.02,加乙醇至醇含量为80%,静置1d后回收乙醇,活性炭作为助滤剂,蔗糖为调味剂,灌封于20mL易折塑料瓶中,水浴式热压灭菌(125℃/0.125MPa,20min)后制得赶黄草口服液。对其性状、相对密度、pH值进行检查,采用薄层色谱(TCL)对该制剂中没食子酸进行鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法测定指标成分没食子酸的含量,得回归方程为:y=51.976x-0.015 7(R2=0.999 2),在0.012 4~0.062 0mg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好。制备的赶黄草口服液各项指标均符合《中国药典》2010年版的有关规定,没食子酸含量为2.94mg·mL~(-1),平均回收率为98.0%,RSD值为1.42%。该制剂制备工艺简单可行,通过其质量标准研究,为建立赶黄草口服液的质量标准提供依据。     

耐碱性酚醛树脂清漆的合成与性能

针对酚醛树脂耐碱性差，贮存稳定期短的弱点，通过苄醚化酚醛树脂的合成，得到一种耐碱性和贮存稳定性十分优良的热固性酚醛树脂。该树脂能耐70℃下的30％的NaOH溶液，贮存期在一年以上。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
