我国上市公司融资成本及其影响因素的灰关联分析

考虑到少数据和非典型分布等特点,运用灰关联分析法对我国上市公司资本成本影响因素进行考察,结果表明我国的上市公司有偏好股权融资、实施相对保守的负债融资策略的倾向。

一、上市公司资本结构的特征资本结构,是指构成企业长期资本的所有者权益与负债的比例情况。同时,它也从侧面反映了企业的融资方式及其不同的组合类型。按照资金来源不同,企业的融资方式一般有3种,即债权融资、股权融资和内部融资。上市公司应综合考虑资金成本、税收、风险、法律、筹资能力、投资机会等多种因素来选择适合的融资方式,形成合理的资本结构。然而,同     

河南省上市公司融资结构及其优化问题研究

根据河南省2008—2010年52家上市公司财务数据,采用样本逐步回归分析,分析了融资结构及其影响因素的关系.结果表明:河南省上市公司权益资金比例较高,债务资金较低,并且债务资金中流动比例偏高,财务风险大;盈利能力和资本运营能力和资本结构负相关;近三年河南省上市公司ROE呈下降趋势,导致负债比例一定程度的上升.

我国国有企业资本结构的调整与优化

资本结构的调整与优化，主要是通过负债水平的变动引致资本筹资成本变动，使企业的资本结构最佳。我国国有企业在融资时，应充分考虑负债融资、股权融资的利弊以及资本成本对企业经营的影响，避免过分依赖外部融资，忽视内部资源积累；避免对股权融资的过度偏好，忽视权益资本与债务资本的比例。在确定企业的最佳负债比率时，还应充分考虑企业收益能力和负债比率的关系、经营风险与财务风险的关系、资本结构与资产结构的关系，合理确定融资方式和融资规模，对资本结构进行合理决策和优化调整，以降低财务风险和资本成本，使企业总价值最大。     

债务融资对公司经营绩效的影响研究

以2010~2012年我国深沪两市的A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,实证检验负债融资对公司经营绩效的影响,以及公司产权性质对二者关系的影响,结果表明：负债融资水平与公司经营绩效呈显著负相关关系;与非国有控股公司相比较,国有控股公司中负债融资水平与公司经营绩效的负相关关系更强。这一结果说明我国上市公司的负债融资对公司经营绩效有显著的负向影响,负债资本的公司治理功能并未得到有效发挥,与西方负债融资治理理论预期相反。     

浅析我国上市公司资本结构的优化

资本结构的合理性一直是财务理论和实践中人们十分关注的问题。我国资本市场发展尚不健全,融资约束条件也比较多,形成了我国上市公司特殊的资本结构和融资偏好。近几年,我国上市公司在大量进行股权融资之后,只有部分公司的经营业绩有所改善,大部分公司的经营业绩并没有得到提高,甚至,有不少公司的经营业绩还逐年下降,从中暴露出我国上市公司的资本结构存在不合理性,不利于上市公司的长远发展,且对我国资本市场的进一步完善有一定影响。因此,如何优化我国上市公司的资本结构,提高上市公司的经营业绩,成为急需解决的问题。根据我国上市公司资本结构具有资产负债率偏低、负债结构不合理、股权融资偏好等现状,分析了我国上市公司资本结构形成的原因,在此基础上,重点探讨了优化我国上市公司资本结构的对策建议。     

论增量分析法在上市公司融资结构形成分析中的应用

本文打破传统资本结构研究以存量分析为主的束缚,以增量分析为突破口,实证地研究了我国上市公司融资结构,得出我国上市公司融资以外源融资为主、内源融资为辅,并呈现负债融资、保留盈余、股权融资、折旧融资的顺序特征。这一特征既有别于优序融资理论,又有别于上市公司“圈钱”的说法。     

我国上市公司股权融资偏好的原因及其影响

上市公司融资决策是财务管理研究的热点问题之一。目前在我国上市公司的融资结构中,外源融资所占比重较大,且以股权融资为重,表现出了"轻债券融资重股权融资"现象。文章主要从我国上市公司融资偏好展开,分析了股权偏好的表现、原因、影响。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
