铸造凝固模拟技术已广泛的应用于生产实践中,随着计算机硬件条件的改善,铸造过程数值模拟技术有了长足的进步,国内外铸造CAE软件不断完善并对实际生产起着越来越重要的作用。本文介绍了铸造过程数值模拟技术的一些基本的思路和原理;并给出了华铸CAE软件在压铸中的一些应用实例,从而辅助工艺人员进行工艺优化,指导实际铸件生产。  相似文献

利用基于MAGMAsoft的铸造CAE技术,对阀盖铸件的热节部位,冒口的补缩能力等进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果,找出原工艺热节和铸造缺陷产生的原因,并通反复修改工艺参数对原工艺进行优化改进,得到较为理想的工艺方案.结果表明,基于MAGMAsoft的CAE技术大大缩短了试验周期,提高了铸造质量,节省了原材料.  相似文献

针对形状记忆合金材料(SMA),提出了一种修正的Wilde本构模型,给出了FS(Flagshaped)模型耗能参数的计算方法.利用Open Sees软件提供的二次开发平台,基于修正Wilde模型及FS模型,分别开发了相应的新材料,并在材料层次上进行了验证.结果表明:两种材料的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明所编写的新材料具有较高的模拟精度;修正Wilde模型与FS模型相比,其分析精度更高,但计算效率较低.  相似文献

在本文中,基于粉末注射成形CAE技术,采用部分因子实验设计法, 结合moldflow 软件对粉末注射成形的注射过程进行数值模拟,确定了各参数及起交互作用对坯件质量的影响程度的预测。并以此为基础,在丰庆FC-80型注塑机进行工艺实验,研究了压力、速度、时间之间的关系及其最优工艺参数组合。结果表明,温度、压力、填充速度、时间之间存在着显著的交互作用并超过了单个工艺参数的影响,实验条件下的最优工艺参数组合和数值模拟的结果较为一致,将CAE技术与实验相结合,可在较少的分析次数下获得优化工艺,从而改善了制品质量。  相似文献

对已建立的拟薄水铝石直管气流干燥系统数学模型,采用Matlab语言调用标准四阶 Runge-Kudra法进行数值模拟,给出高精度的数值解,现有烘干机的测试实验表明模拟结果与测试数据一致.对于多自变量参数干燥优化方程,以模拟方程为基础,确定相应的目标函数,采用多次正交试验法进行模拟试验,逐渐逼近最优值,最终获得了最优值,给出实际干燥系统的最优方案,其最优参数在实际应用中效果良好,并对参数匹配规律进行了分析.这些将为开发新的气流干燥系统提供有效的优化设计依据.图3,表8,参13.  相似文献

针对制造高质量叶片锻件的材料热变形问题,采用热模拟试验及数据回归拟合的方法建立了某43"汽轮机叶片材料的高温流变应力方程.采用所建立的方程,使用软件DEFORM3D对叶片锻造过程进行了数值模拟和正交试验分析.应力方程计算结果表明,所用材料在高温压缩下的流变应力符合双曲正弦函数关系.试验分析结果表明,凸台直径对叶片锻造质量的影响最为显著,叶根过渡处圆角与摆料位置的影响其次,叶冠过渡处圆角的影响最小,据此对锻造工艺参数进行了优化.生产实践表明:采用优化后的参数可降低载荷,使尺寸公差保持在3mm之内,从而提高了产品质量,减小了材料成本,降低了锻造次数,提高了材料利用率和生产效率,这对叶片材料及模锻件的国产化具有重要意义.  相似文献

基于通用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立火灾下混凝土板柱结构的计算模型,采用不同规范中混凝土和钢筋热工参数的取值,对现有试验中的温度场及位移曲线进行模拟分析对比,在此基础上,对实际工程进行模拟分析.分析结果表明:按照美国规范选取材料的热工参数时得到的温度值最高,按照欧洲规范取值时次之,按照中国规范取值时最低;按照中国规范选取材料热工参数和材料力学参数时,模拟的混凝土温度-时间曲线和位移-时间曲线与试验吻合较好;模拟的实际工程呈现冲弯破坏的趋势,与现有试验有所差别.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
