中部地区工业反哺农业的战略思考

工业反哺农业是构建和谐社会的要求,是打破“三农”问题产生根源的二元社会经济结构的要求,是扩大内需、促进经济持续、快速增长的要求,是发展农业生产、保障粮食安全和提高我国农产品国际竞争力的要求,我国经济发展总体上已经到了工业反哺农业、城市支持农村阶段,具备了工业反哺农业的能力。而中部地区多数是农业大省,尤其是要重视自身的差异,在工业反哺农业问题上要有新的思路和途径。     

中部地区经济发展与人力资源开发关系研究

中部六省是我国重要的工业、农业和能源基地,但近年来"中部塌陷"给宏观经济运行带来隐患。本文结合"中部崛起"战略构想,从区域经济的角度出发,运用新增长模型,分析中部地区经济发展与人力资源的相互关系,并给出中部崛起战略下人力资源开发的对策。     

孙中山长江流域开发思想及其现实意义

长江流域是我国文明发祥地之一,也是近代以来经济欠发达的地区。孙中山在护法战争失败后蛰居上海,在思考未来中国出路的过程中,提出了系统而完整地推进长江流域经济发展的庞大计划,包括建设东方大港,整治扬子江水路及河岸,建设内河商埠,改良扬子江现存水路及运河等内容。这些构想对我国现今长江流域的经济开发仍有重要的借鉴价值与指导意义。

苏南地区14个县级区域是我国经济最发达的县域经济地区,通过阐述休闲产业的内涵,分析了苏南县域经济发展休闲产业的有利条件,构想了苏南县域经济可发展休闲农业、休闲旅游业、休闲房地产业、休闲体育健身业等休闲产业类型,提出苏南县域经济发展休闲产业必须要转变社会观念,开展休闲与消费、休闲与经济、休闲与产业的研究与教育;要将人文内涵与休闲产业有机结合,开发特色休闲产品;要增加休闲产业高级要素的投入,提升休闲服务水平;要加强休闲产业基础设施和生态环境建设,不断提高和增强休闲承载力及有效供给。     

站在新起点,发展中国特色的现代农业

我国进入现代农业大发展时期“推进现代农业建设”,是我国“十一五”期间农业发展的重大战略方向。提出这一战略,基于重要的宏观背景：我国人均GDP已超过1000美元;中国经济已经进入了工业反哺农业、城市支持农村的新阶段;农业生产矛盾的主要方面已经从保障供给逐步转向适应需求;

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
