层间反铁磁耦合磁性多层膜结构的统计模型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以s=1/2的层状Ising模型为基础,建立一个描述层间反铁磁耦合的有限层磁性薄膜的统计模型.应用变分累积展开(VCE)方法的一阶近似,导出了系统自发磁化强度、序参量、临界温度、磁化率的表达式,及其随层数L的变化关系.讨论了有外场存在时,系统对外磁场的响应,并且作了数值计算.  相似文献

通过对EuSr2Ru1-xNbxCu2O8体系的结构、磁化强度和电阻进行观测,结果发现:EuSr2Cu2O8样品呈现超导电性和铁磁性共存,其超导临界温度为Tc^onset≈35K,Tc(ρ=0)=10K,铁磁相变温度为TM=130.2K;Nb部分替代Ru同时导致铁磁相变温度和超导临界温度的下降,前者进一步说明了EuSr2RuCu2O8体系中磁有序权来源于Ru的磁矩,而超导临界温度的下降则是由于CuO2平面载流子浓度下降所致。  相似文献

用Monte-Carlo模拟方法研究了非磁性掺杂下二维Ising系统的相图.在平面四角点阵上,以晶格Ising模型为框架,在周期性边界条件下详细观测了不同非磁性物质掺杂浓度下系统磁化强度和磁畴生长随温度变化的关系,并根据有限尺寸标度理论得到其相变温度.结果发现:当掺杂浓度较低时,存在铁磁与顺磁间的相变;而掺杂浓度较高时,在仅考虑近邻作用下系统无铁磁相.当考虑次近邻相互作用时,发现相变温度将升高.另外考察了不同掺杂浓度下的自旋密度关联.  相似文献

三维Ising模型是统计力学中的一个非常重要的模型,在描述三维Ising模型的配分函数中引入集团权重因子n可以得到新的临界指数和普适类,但人们尚不清楚集团权重因子对其他晶格结构中的Ising模型的影响。本文尝试研究另外一种几何结构,层状含集团权重Ising模型,通过将着色算法和Swendsen-Wang算法相结合给出高效的集团演化方法,计算出的磁化强度m、磁化率χ、比热Cv和宾德累积量Q,并拟合出临界指数yt和ym以及其它指数α,β,γ,δη,υ。由于拓扑结构不同,尽管双层模型在n=1.5时也是一级相变,但临界指数与三维模型有所差别,表明两者属于不同的普适类。n=3时,能量直方图的双峰结构和磁滞回线表明双层模型发生一级相变,和三维晶格的结论一致。此外,本文发现了之前工作尚未注意到的现象,n≥3时,系统发生的是铁磁到反铁磁之间的几何相变。本文的结果对于理解统计力学自旋模型有一定的促进作用。  相似文献

基于交替自旋Ising—Hamiltonian模型,用量子转移矩阵方法,研究了不同外场条件下准一维基于有机分子亚铁磁体磁化率的结构序参量.对磁化率一的研究表明:双自由基和单自由基的交替有机自旋链的亚铁磁自旋排列等效于有效自旋S=1/2的铁磁相互作用链,双自由基有机高分子对具有单一成分的有机基于分子亚磁体具有绝对优势.量子Monte Carlo方法和精确对角化方法的计算结果两者相符,且与某些实验结果定性相符.  相似文献

讨论了A1相p波超导态与铁磁态共存时超导电性对铁磁性的影响,发现自旋三重态的库珀配对能够增强铁磁序参量。即使在磁性序参量非常微弱的情况下,铁磁转变的温度Tm也不会低于超导转变温度Tc。当Tm和Tc重合时,磁性转变呈现一级相变的特征。系统的比热在相变点处显示了跳跃性的变化。预期本文的理论模型可以用来描述铁磁超导体UGe2的性质。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
