空心板梁桥"单板受力"病害机理及其加固处治研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
首先建立了6种跨度空心板梁桥的梁单元模型,分析得出荷载横向分布规律.通过对一10 m跨度桥梁实体模型的数值分析,讨论了桥梁"单板受力"病害产生的原因,并提出了4种加固方案.然后通过比较分析底板竖向位移、横向应力以及等效应力;综合各方案的优缺点,确定了最优加固方案,为"单板受力"病害的防治提供了理论依据.最后提出了增加结构横向刚度、保证施工质量等措施,以期能有效地防治"单板受力"病害.  相似文献

利用ABAQUS软件建立装配式斜交空心板桥的有限元模型,通过实桥荷载试验验证了该模型的准确性,并分析了影响铰缝强度的不利荷载作用,结果显示负梯度温度场和车辆荷载的共同作用会导致桥梁铰缝开裂。为避免只在桥梁底板施加横向预应力使铰缝上缘出现拉应力的风险,提出在空心板底面和顶面的直线部位及斜端部三分之一处分别施加横向预应力的炭纤维板加固方案。仿真结果表明,该方案能增强各空心板之间的横向传力作用,避免了单板受力,提高了装配式斜交空心板桥的整体承载性能,加固效果明显。  相似文献

为推动新型分离式空心板梁桥的工程应用,提出针对该桥型的荷载横向分布系数计算方法。选取主梁间距、桥梁跨径、桥宽和梁高作为影响桥梁横向受力性能的参数,采用ABAQUS有限元软件计算不同参数组合的分离式空心板梁桥结构在单车道和多车道荷载作用下的弯矩和剪力横向分布状况,探究关键参数对荷载横向传递的影响规律;通过非线性回归分析法拟合得到弯矩和剪力横向分布系数在不同荷载工况下的计算公式。实桥算例验证结果表明,该方法计算结果可信,具有一定的安全度,能够较好地满足工程设计的要求。  相似文献

目的推导一种装配式空心板桥铰缝损伤后跨中截面荷载横向分布系数的计算方法,解决装配式空心板梁桥铰缝损伤程度量化评估问题.方法基于传统铰接板梁法理论,以铰缝抗剪刚度的大小来表征铰缝的损伤程度,引入了一个空心板铰缝协同工作系数φ,并建立了其与铰缝抗剪刚度的模型关系以及与铰缝剪力抗力值、剪力效应值的功能函数关系,从而在正则方程中考虑铰缝损伤对荷载横向分布系数的影响,得到装配式空心板梁桥铰缝损伤的评估模型,计算其跨中截面荷载横向分布系数,并与实桥数据、有限元法(ANSYS)及传统铰接板梁法的计算结果进行对比.结果铰接板梁法计算结果与实桥数据相比其相对误差在5.9%~20.5%;ANSYS有限元法计算结果误差在2.7%~4.4%;修正铰接板梁法计算结果最大相对误差仅为2.7%.结论量化评估方法能够较好地适用于装配式空心板梁桥荷载横向分布系数的计算,计算结果与实桥数据较为接近,为实际工程中装配式空心板梁桥受力状况的评估可提供参考.  相似文献

目的提出弹性支撑无推力框架计算方法,以提高宽幅装配式箱梁桥荷载横向分布系数计算的准确性与适用性.方法通过计算装配式箱梁桥在单位荷载作用下的应变能,基于能量比拟原理,得到其对应的弹性支撑无推力框架及其刚度参数;再利用平面杆系有限元计算弹性支撑无推力框架柱的荷载横向分布系数,从而得到宽幅装配式箱梁桥各主梁的荷载横向分布系数;以贵州某一宽跨比为0.87的装配式箱梁桥为背景,分别采用G-M法、ANSYS有限元数值方法、弹性支撑无推力框架计算法计算,并与实桥荷载试验计算结果进行比较分析.结果等效弹性支撑无推力框架计算得到的荷载横向分布系数与荷载试验法结果较为接近,误差在10%以内,与G-M法、ANSYS有限元数值方法计算结果相比,不仅精确度高且更加方便高效.结论等效弹性支撑无推力框架模型能准确计算大宽跨比装配式箱梁桥荷载横向分布系数,且对于一般宽跨比装配式箱梁桥具有较好的适用性,满足工程实际要求.  相似文献

桥面铺装既是保护层又是桥面结构的共同受力层,其质量优劣关系到桥梁质量与运营安全.采用有限元理论分析计算寨河桥桥面和空心板梁共同受力的力学性能,深入分析了桥面结构的破坏机理,建立相应的理论体系,将寨河桥现场静载试验数值与理论计算数值的结果对比分析,验证了有限元薄板理论分析桥面结构的可行性.利用设置桥面横向预应力的技术,增强桥面的横向联结刚度,改善空心板梁与桥面板的共同受力性能.最终为桥面铺装的设计与施工提供了理论基础和可靠的试验技术指标.  相似文献

以某斜交空心板连续梁桥为工程背景,进行实桥拼宽后的应变和位移监测以及非线性有限元分析,研究混凝土收缩徐变对斜交空心板梁桥拼宽结构受力性能的影响.研究结果表明:利用ABAQUS计算得到的收缩徐变对斜交空心板梁桥的结构受力性能的影响,与实测结果较为吻合;斜交空心板拼宽桥梁中,新桥收缩徐变会导致中跨跨中梁底纵横向应变显著增加,收缩徐变对拼宽斜交桥位移的影响,以横向位移最大,纵向位移次之,竖向位移最小.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
