设计一种有机电致发光显示(OLED)的驱动控制电路,实现320×240×RGB像素点全彩色视频图像显示。本文采用AL320C视频解码与显示控制芯片,在获得视频信号的同时,还可以获得控制信号,简化了OLED显示屏的驱动控制难度。本设计电路简单、成本低,实验表明显示效果良好,为各种便携式系统显示前端的设计提供参考。  相似文献

为了支持并利用有机发光二极管(OLED)显示技术,设计了一种适用于96×64无源OLED(PM-OLED)的显示控制与驱动芯片。该芯片可以实现6.5万彩色显示和256级对比度调节,驱动方法采用了脉冲幅度调制(PAM)。芯片不但集成了数字和模拟电路,而且兼容高电压和低电压同时工作。测试结果表明:在低压电源为3V、高压电源为12V的情况下,当列驱动单元输出电流为100μA时,驱动电路和显示屏的整体模块功耗约为770mW,所设计的控制与驱动芯片能够正确显示彩色图像。  相似文献

根据LED显示屏的工作原理,提出了一种基于FPGA的大屏幕LED图文显示屏控制系统设计方案。系统采用移位芯片74HC595构建驱动电路,通过串行方式输出驱动信号,利用FPGA构建核心控制电路,采用Verilog HDL语言编写程序,完成显示汉字数据的读出,按照串行方式产生行、列扫描信号和控制信号,动态扫描并驱动LED显示屏。实验测试结果表明:系统可以实现汉字滚动显示,整个系统外围电路简单,易于扩展。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
