基于在甲醛存在条件下,酸性介质中,高锰酸钾氧化单宁酸产生较强的化学发光反应,结合流动注射技术,建立了单 宁酸的流动注射化学发光测定方法。该法的化学发光强度在单宁酸的浓度为8. 0×10~(-8) ~5. 0×10~(-6) mol/L 范围内呈良好的线 性关系,检出限为5. 0×10~(-8) mol/L(S/N=3) ,测定的相对标准偏差为2. 7%(N=11) 。该法用于测定几种啤酒中微量的单宁酸 测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

研究了在碱性介质和阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,牛血红蛋白催化鲁米诺-铁氰化钾的化学发光行为和化学发光反应的条件,提出一种流动注射-化学发光法测定牛血红蛋白的新方法.该方法测定牛血红蛋白的线性范围为5.18×10-10~1.29×10-6mol/L,r2=0.998 5;检出限(RSN=3)为1.2×10-10mol/L;回收率为(100±10)%;dRSD≤5%(n=6).  相似文献

在酸性条件下,高锰酸钾氧化硫酸庆大霉素(Gentamicin sulphate)产生微弱化学发光,而甲醛的存在可以对该化学发光有增敏作用。该化学发光强度随硫酸庆大霉素浓度的增加而增强,并由此建立一种甲醛-酸性高锰酸钾化学发光体系快速测定硫酸庆大霉素的方法。在优化条件下,硫酸庆大霉素在5.0×10~(-5)~5.0×10~(-4 )g/mL的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,ΔI=3.338 24 c-7.379 34(R~2=0.995 3),方法检测限为1.5×10~(-5 )g/mL(S/N=3),并对3.0×10~(-4 )g/mL的硫酸庆大霉素10次平行测定,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%。并将建立的流动注射化学发光分析方法应用于硫酸庆大霉素注射液中硫酸庆大霉素的含量测定,方法简单,结果令人满意。  相似文献

在酸性条件下,Ce(Ⅳ) 氧化Ru(bipy)2 3生成Ru(bipy)3 3,同时氧化氧氟沙星生成中间态的自由基,Ru(bipy)3 3和中间态自由基接触后能产生强烈的化学发光.利用该反应,将Ru(bipy)2 3固定在阳离子交换树脂上,结合流动注射分析技术,建立了一种测定氧氟沙星的流动注射化学发光传感器.结果表明,氧氟沙星浓度在2×10-7~8×10-6 mol/L(r=0.999 3)范围内与化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,检出限为6×10-8 mol/L (3σ),对5×10-6mol/L的氧氟沙星测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%(n=11).该传感器成功地用于血清样品中的氧氟沙星的测定.  相似文献

化学发光微流动注射芯片检测雨水中的过氧化氢   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料上利用激光雕刻微流动注射通道和控制时间进样的模式,并将分离系统(离子交换树脂)引入到微流动注射系统中,结合luminol Co2 H2O2化学发光体系,建立了化学发光微流动注射芯片在线测定过氧化氢的方法.结果表明,采用该方法测定H2O2的线性范围为1×10-4~2×10-7mol/L,检出限为9 5×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差RSD=2 9%(c=1×10-5mol/L,n=11).与常规的流动注射化学发光分析法相比,该芯片具有简单、操作方便、灵敏度高、分析速度快、尤其是耗样量少等特点,已应用于雨水中过氧化氢的测定.  相似文献

基于在碱性介质中,苯甲酸对ZnSe QDs增敏后的碱性鲁米诺-KIO_4体系的化学发光有抑制作用,建立流动注射化学发光分析方法测定苯甲酸的含量.在最优条件下,体系化学发光强度的猝灭值与苯甲酸的质量浓度在1.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-5) g/mL内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.7×10~(-8) g/mL(3σ).对1.0×10~(-6) g/mL的苯甲酸标准溶液平行测定10次,相对标准偏差为1.02%(n=10).该方法用于水样中苯甲酸的检测,加标回收率为92.7%~107.1%.讨论体系的化学发光机理.  相似文献

为了拓展流动注射化学发光法在食品检测中的应用,利用草醛能够增敏NaOH介质中高锰酸钾—鲁米诺化学发光体系的发光信号的特点,建立了化学发光测定香草醛的方法。文中考察了介质浓度、发光试剂浓度等因素对发光体系信号的影响,确定了测定香草醛的最佳条件:介质NaOH浓度为0.20 mol/L,高锰酸钾浓度为3.0×10-5mol/L,鲁米诺浓度为7.0×10-5mol/L。在优化实验条件下,体系的发光强度与香草醛浓度在5.0×10-8~3.0×10-6 g/mL内呈线性关系,标准曲线:ΔI=7.188 3×108C(g/mL)+71.767 4(r=0.994 2)。对5.0×10-7g/mL的香草醛平行测定11次,相对偏差为1.3%,其检出限为1.1×10-8g/mL。建立了测定香草醛的流动注射化学发光法新方法,并成功地测定了片剂中香草醛的含量,回收率为98%~104%。  相似文献

在碱性介质中,阿奇霉素对luminol-KIO4化学发光体系有显著的抑制作用.基于此,提出了一种流动注射化学发光测定阿奇霉素的新方法.对检测条件进行了优化.样品检测速率为109个/h.在优化条件下,阿奇霉素的线性范围为3.0×10-8~9.0×10-6mol/L,相关系数r=0.994,检出限(RSN=3)为1.6×10-8mol/L.对3.0×10-7mol/L的阿奇霉素溶液进行11次平行测定,其RSD为3.8%.将提出的方法成功应用于阿奇霉素胶囊中阿奇霉素含量的测定.  相似文献

结合流动注射技术,将低压离子色谱与化学发光联用检测痕量硫离子.在最佳实验条件下,硫离子浓度在 4.0×10-2~1.0 mg/L范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系;检测限(3σ)为5.0×10-3mg/L;相对标准偏差为 0.5%(n=11,0.10 mg/L S2-).该方法用于环境水样中S2-的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

基于CuFe_2O_4纳米粒子能显著增强Luminol-EDTA体系的发光,首次建立了Luminol-EDTA-CuFe_2O_4 NPs化学发光新体系。紫外吸收光谱和化学发光光谱表明纳米CuFe_2O_4注入Luminol-EDTA体系后,未生成新发光物质,结合纳米CuFe_2O_4的特性,提出了CuFe_2O_4 NPs参与Luminol-EDTA体系可能的发光机理。研究发现芦丁能抑制Luminol-EDTACuFe_2O_4 NPs体系的化学发光,结合流动注射技术,将此化学发光体系应用于芦丁片中芦丁含量的测定。在优化实验条件下,芦丁浓度在2×10~(-8)~2×10~(-5) mol/L范围内芦丁浓度的对数和相对化学发光值呈线性,芦丁浓度检出限(LOD)为1.21×10~(-9) mol/L。将本方法应用于芦丁片中的芦丁含量测定,回收率为97%~102%,RSD为2.54%(c=1×10~(-7) mol/L,n=11)。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
