目的探讨不同孕周胎盘早剥对妊娠结局的影响.方法回顾分析上海交通大学医学院苏州九龙医院88例不同孕周胎盘早剥患者胎盘早剥发生的类型、相关危险因素及母婴结局.结果 88例胎盘早剥在孕中期与孕晚期发生胎盘早剥的比例是15 73,孕晚期重型胎盘早剥发生率为8.95%,诱因与妊娠期并发症、胎膜早破、外伤及产程中使用宫缩剂等有关;孕中期重型胎盘早剥发生率为15.38%,诱因与外伤、胎膜早破、医源性等因素有关.结论孕中期重型胎盘早剥发生率高,病情凶险,预后相对较好;孕晚期轻型胎盘早剥发生率高,应及时诊断处理,从而降低围生儿的死亡率,改善母婴结局.  相似文献

目的:探讨胎盘早剥的诊断与治疗情况.方法:回顾性分析内蒙古民族大学附属医院收治的18例胎盘早剥患者的临床表现、诊断、治疗及母婴预后情况.结果:18例胎盘早剥患者产前诊断10例,疑诊4例,误诊4例.15例以剖宫产终止妊娠,3例经阴道分娩,子宫切除0例,无1例产妇死亡,新生儿存活15例(包括双胎1例),死亡4例(包括胎死宫内2例),围生儿死亡率11.76%.结论:胎盘早剥严重危及母婴生命,一旦确诊应尽快采取措施终止妊娠,防止并发症的发生及提高围生儿存活率.  相似文献

目的探讨胎盘早剥的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法选择我院2006年1月~2009年10月发生胎盘早剥的产妇98例进行回顾性分析。结果一般资料提示胎盘早剥显性出血者是隐性出血者及混合性出血者的8倍,胎盘早剥者轻型数是重型数的4倍,胎盘早剥孕周小于37周者是大于37周者的3倍。病因资料提示高血压与血管病变者占病因数半数多,机械性因素者占1/4多。结论胎盘早剥对母儿的预后取决于对胎盘早剥的处理是否及时与恰当,应及时发现和诊断胎盘早剥,并迅速处理。  相似文献

目的:探讨严重母婴ABO血型不合新生儿溶血症的早期诊断和治疗的可行性。方法:所有孕妇及基配偶于产前检测ABO血型。对于丈夫为A、B或AB型的O型血孕妇、则加测IgG抗A和抗B抗效价;新生儿出生后,留取脐带血进行抗人球蛋白试验、抗体释放试验和血清游离抗体测定。一旦确诊,立即采取光照疗法等,以降低胆红素。结果:46例患者狂后4-6h内确诊,并给予及时干预,无一例发生胆红素脑病。结论:早期诊断和治疗母婴ABO血型不合新生儿溶血病,可避免胆红素脑病发生。  相似文献

目的:分析醉酒后颅内出血的诊治特点。方法:对泰山医学院附属医院从2004年7月~2008年10月收治醉酒后颅内出血的80例患者的急诊救治情况进行回顾性分析。结果:80例患者处理及时,诊断明确,无一漏诊、误诊。结论:醉酒后易掩盖脑出血的典型症状,增加了误诊率和死残率,而及时行头部CT检查,尽早应用脱水药物及纳洛酮,可给进一步治疗赢得时间,减少误诊率和死残率。  相似文献

产妇一对一陪同属于保健新模式,它使产妇从进入产程到产后两小时得到一名助产士不问断的全产程陪护,为其提供专门的服务:即负责其全产程的观察和接生,并包括在产前、产时及产后给产妇生理、心理、情感上的支持及产后母乳喂养指导等卫生科普知识教育。这项业务的开展,克服了旧的助产模式中助产士8小时工作制度带来产程观察不连贯、产程处理不及时的弊端,使产妇得到更多高质量的护理服务,确保了母婴平安。  相似文献

目的:分析脑干梗塞的临床资料,探讨其中发病机制,诊断和防治方法,以及预后。方法:根据20例脑干梗塞临床资料,参阅有关文献,分析脑干梗塞发病机制,探讨其诊断方法,预后以及如何进行防治。结果:在20例脑干梗塞中,既往有高血压、动脉硬化史者11例,脑血栓5例,短暂性脑缺血2例,糖尿病2例,脑出血1例和心肌梗塞1例。结论:高血压,动脉硬化是脑干梗塞的最常见原因;病变发生的部位及进行脑CT检查的时间可能影响CT影像的真实性;脑干梗塞治愈率低,死亡率及病残率高。为此应积极治疗原发病,避免诱发因素,及时抢救,精心护理。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
