工业遗产改造中的体验式场所设计策略——以上海为例

工业遗产是城市工业发展的缩影,是一种新型的文化遗产。在当代的工业遗产改造中,为了保留工业遗产特有的文化内涵,建筑师不约而同地构筑了大量的体验式场所,让现在的使用者体验到当时的历史、文化和情感。本文在对上海市工业遗产改造案例调研的基础上,从空间设计和特性塑造两个角度探讨了体验式场所的设计手法。     

工业遗产的保护和利用

随着后工业时代的文明不断冲击着工业社会,新兴产业开始逐渐取代工业社会,产业类历史建筑及地段的保护性改造再利用已经成为当今城市发展建设面临的一个迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文通过对工业遗产的初步研究,探讨了工业遗产的内涵和工业遗产的保护必要性以及工业遗产保护的途径、重新利用的设计思想和方法等。

呼和浩特钢铁厂工业遗产保护与再利用研究

通过文献搜集与整理、实地考察与访谈及专家咨询等方法,梳理了呼和浩特钢铁厂的历史发展脉络及现存状况,探索适合呼钢工业遗产保护与再利用的可行性模式.根据呼钢的实际情况,借鉴国内对工业遗产价值的评价方法和工业遗产保护与再利用的成功案例,提出以工业博物馆为主体的综合改造模式,对工业博物馆单体改造及工业园区整体规划方案进行了系统阐述,并给出工业博物馆的设计方案.     

让工业遗产活起来、动起来

近一个半世纪的工业发展史为我国积累了丰富的工业遗产资源。但是,随着科技的进步和城市改造的加速,我国的工业遗产破坏较为严重,保护和利用的形势不容乐观。直到2006年4月18日,以"重视并保护工业遗产"为主题的中国工业遗产保护论坛在江苏无锡举行,社会各界才真正意识到我国工业遗产资源的价值,工业遗产的保护和利用也开始成为一个崭新的话题进入主流话语体系。然而,在实际工作中依然困难重     

对工业遗产改造过程中一些矛盾的思考

在面对经济全球化而导致产业结构调整的情势下，我国许多曾经给所在的城市创造了巨大价值的工厂变成了工业废弃地。在改造某些有着多元“价值”的工业遗产的过程中，我们将遭遇多方面的矛盾。通过对这些矛盾的思考，将有助于系统地改造工业遗产。     

工业建筑遗产保护与再利用及其项目风险评估

分析了工业建筑遗产保护与再利用的背景、目的和现状,阐述了开展工业建筑遗产保护与再利用项目风险评估的必要性;进一步分析了风险管理的现状和发展趋势,论证了开展工业建筑遗产保护与再利用项目风险评估的可行性;并提出了工业建筑遗产保护与再利用项目风险评估的初步设想。     

从经济和文化双重视角考察工业遗产的价值框架

 在中国，工业遗产保护是一项与城市更新直接相关的紧迫课题。基于文化经济学之父戴维·思罗斯比的文化经济学理论，建立了一个从文化和经济双重视角思考的工业遗产价值框架。整合了工业遗产本身内涵的价值和外延的价值，提出工业遗产具有“固有价值”和“创意价值”，其中固有价值是遗产本身所具有的内含价值，创意价值是改造和再利用后新创造的价值。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
