为研究体外反搏对不同情况下剪切应力参数的影响,对18条开胸犬实时测量颈主动脉,头臂干和胸主动脉等处的血流量,计算出各处剪切应力的变化,结果表明,急性心肌缺血和体外反搏可以使剪切应力的平均值,变化范围和变化速率发生变化,即改变了剪切应力的脉动性。  相似文献

提出了一种求解二维耦合流场的有限差分数值模拟新方法,避免了求解压力Poisson方程。对振动力场作用下聚合物熔体在单螺杆挤出机螺槽内的流场进行了数值计算,得到了不同时刻螺槽内聚合物熔体的流动速度与剪切应力分布。结果表明,振动将导致螺槽内聚合物熔体的流动速度与剪切应力周期性变化,当振动扰动系数较大时,螺槽展开方向甚至会出现瞬时压力反流.最后,通过剪切应力的分布曲线证明本研究所得结果的正确性。  相似文献

建立了一个适用于体外反搏机理性研究的仿真模型。其中以动物实验数据为依据建立起来的心肺部分模型使整个模型形成了自动闭合系统,自然满足质量守恒定律,从而克服了原有模型的非闭合性。这一模型合理地考虑了动脉和静脉在体外反搏压力作用下的塌陷现象,使其适应研究体外反搏的要求。初步的仿真实验结果表明,该模型可以描述在体外反搏作用下的血液动力学状态.为研究体外反搏的血液动力学效果和作用机理提供了有效手段。  相似文献

通过观察体外反搏提高舒张压在心、脑及肠系膜动脉中的不同表现,发现体外反搏更能有效提高冠状动脉及脑动脉灌注压,而在小肠系膜动脉中压力则表现波动性较大.结果表明体外反搏更有利于提高心脑血管的灌注.  相似文献

针对一种新型双螺杆捏合机流场动力学特性进行数值模拟,建立双螺杆捏合机流场数值仿真模型,依据计算流体动力学(CFD)理论,对非牛顿流体进行三维、等温稳态数值分析,研究其在不同转速及中心距条件下压力场分布、速度场分布、最大剪切应力、物料流动速率等特性。研究结果表明:随着转速不断提高,流场最大压力、流量流动速率、最大剪切应力都会随之增大;螺杆转子对流场的最大剪切应力值随中心距的增加先增大后减小,而流动速率随中心距的增加不断增加,但当中心距增加到一定值后,流动速率会出现负值,物料出现严重回流,导致捏合机无法正常工作。研究结果为双螺杆捏合机结构参数的设计优化以及性能预测提供理论依据。  相似文献

通过观察20例冠心病患者体外反搏前后的纤溶状态,显示冠心病患者的血浆组型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)水平与血管壁释放t-PA能力均降低。纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)则活性升高。说明体外反搏能使冠心病患者纤溶状态得到改善,t-PA释放能力反搏后得到提高(P<0.05)。  相似文献

以拟塑性流体为研究对象,针对剪切应力与剪切速率的非线性关系给数值计算带来的困难,提出了一种适用于拟塑性流体三维流动的高精度有限体积算法。采用幂律模型作为拟塑性流体的本构方程,通过给定非均匀的初始速度场和限定表观黏度数值变化的范围,消除了应力计算时可能出现的"零障碍"和"无穷大障碍"奇点问题。计算了长直方管和大曲率弯管中拟塑性流体的层流流动,验证该计算方法在幂律流体三维流动数值模拟中的可靠性。长直方管计算结果中给出了不同流动指数的摩擦因子系数和广义雷诺数之间的关系,与前人的实验数据和数值研究结果均吻合良好。  相似文献

目的研究混凝土与混凝土接触摩擦特性,得到混凝土与混凝土接触面剪切应力与剪切位移变化关系,为相似剪切破坏问题的数值计算提供依据.方法采用直剪试验和数值计算两种方法对混凝土与混凝土间的接触摩擦响应进行分析,对试验进行数值计算,并与试验结果进行了对比分析,利用PPR内聚力模型来描述接触面的接触摩擦响应.结果接触面剪切应力随剪切位移变化过程可分为弹性变形阶段、塑性硬化变形阶段和理想塑性变形阶段;剪切应力达到峰值后,接触面仍处于较高的应力状态,局部位置会出现应力集中态和局部破坏.Archard非线性摩擦幂次准则能够较好地描绘出混凝土与混凝土接触面剪切应力峰值与轴向应力的关系.结论数值计算剪切应力随剪切位移变化关系曲线与试验结果基本吻合.在轴向荷载较小时数值结果与试验结果存在较小差异.PPR内聚力模型能够较准确地反映剪切破坏问题中剪切应力随剪切位移变化中各阶段的响应,可用来描述相似剪切破坏过程.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
