为了研制推靠式旋转导向工具,研发了一套推靠控制系统。该系统由单总线电路、非接触单元、测量单元、液压单元和主控电路五部分组成,能通过单总线接收电能并与井下中控双向通信,基于电磁感应原理实现旋转部分与非旋转部分之间的非接触电能传输与信号传输,按照地面系统下传的指令利用力矢量分解原理计算三个翼肋油缸液压力大小,使用压力传感器测量翼肋油缸中的实际液压力并对液压力进行闭环控制。对研制的推靠控制系统进行了初步实验,验证了该系统的电能信号传输功能、推靠控制功能、耐高温及抗振性能等。研制的推靠控制系统达到设计目的,满足进一步实验的需求。  相似文献

红外线人体感应单片机控制语音留言系统是由红外线人体感应模块、单片机控制系统及语音模块三部分组成.它主要是解决了对感应信号方向的识别,并对信号进行分析和处理,最终控制语音模块实现其功能.该系统的设计目的就是能够起到给人们语音提醒的作用,这一功能的实现类似于人们常见的电话留言装置.  相似文献

为了改善高海拔低压环境中人体的缺氧状况,研制了一种基于单片机控制的便携高原呼吸器系统.呼吸器由气泵电机、进/出气阀门、压力传感器和单片机控制系统及供电设备组成,结构简单轻便.该系统通过气泵电机将空气加压到适合人体的标准气压,单片机检测压力传感器信号,控制进、出气阀的开通和关闭来实现呼吸过程.通过高原实验对比,呼吸器能够很好地调节人体心率和血氧饱和度.  相似文献

为了测量服装作用于人体的压力,设计了一款基于SOPC技术的自定义IP核.IP核主要由ADC控制逻辑和FIFO组成,分别由VHDL硬件描述语言和SOPC Builder软件提供的LPM模块实现.实验结果表明,该自定义IP核设计可行,能够实现对服装压力的连续采集.  相似文献

为自主研制随钻地层压力测量工具,研制了一套随钻地层压力模拟试验装置。装置由井眼环境模拟系统、模拟测量短节、操作控制系统和辅助系统四部分组成。该装置能够模拟地层压力环空压力之外,还可以提供高温高压试验环境。该装置可实现地层压力和环空压力0.1~70 MPa可调,控制精度0.1 MPa,环空压力上升梯度约为1.25 MPa/min,地层压力上升梯度约为1.56 MPa/min,温度范围为室温~125℃,温度控制精度1℃,温度上升梯度平均为1.6℃/min。并选用了两种不同渗透率岩心对随钻地层压力测量模拟试验装置进行试验,结果表明模拟装置各模块工作可靠,所测压力曲线能够反映地层压力参数。该装置为检验原理样机性能、揭示改进方向提供了技术支撑。  相似文献

针对人体脉搏信号采集时不客观及噪声源过多的缺点,以微振动测试技术为依据,研制了由计算机控制、以应变式传感器为核心的多路脉搏信号采集系统,该系统旨在在确定的取脉压力下,采集到多路清晰的脉搏信号.该系统以应变式传感器为核心,通过调节气囊控制取脉压力,探头与人体直接接触,可以直接采集多处位置微振动信号.同时由于人体微振动的信号特点,在不同的信号采集环境下,需要对信号进行分析处理.选择使用经验模式分解及小波分析对信号进行处理,提取了人体微振动信号中的有用信息.结果表明,在不同取脉压力的前提下,通过测试可得其分辨力在0.01 N以内,相对误差在5%以内,线性度5%,达到了预期的设计精度要求,相比压电材料具有更高的稳定性与静态精度.  相似文献

该系统采用单片机AT89C51作为小车的控制核心,电路分为电机驱动模块、寻迹检测模块、显示及声光指示模块、角度测量模块等几部分。电机驱动采用PWM技术,灵活方便地对车速进行控制;接近开关用来检测小车轨迹;角度测量采用新型角度传感器来对小车俯仰角度进行测量。各种传感信号经单片机综合分析处理,同时显示行程时间,并进行声光提示。  相似文献

 针对水声信号复杂多变和数据采集卡价格昂贵等问题,提出基于声卡采集及虚拟仪器技术的多功能水声信号发生和数据采集显示控制系统设计方法,并以LabVIEW为设计平台,利用声卡及NI-DAQ设备实现对多功能水声信号的控制、发射、显示和对音频信号的采集、显示.系统不仅能够作为虚拟信号源产生所需信号用于水声发射机,而且能够利用声卡采集测量模拟音频信号并实时显示.将系统产生发射信号作用于水声功率放大器,结合实际应用验证,表明该系统能够有效实现对所需实际信号的发生与控制.本研究设计的控制输出及采集输入模块集成度高,通用性强,且减小了硬件开销,界面友好、价格低廉、操作简便,便于推广应用.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
