鉴于湿地资源开发EIA的重要性及我国目前所处困境 ,探讨了湿地资源开发EIA的评价重点与指标体系 ,论证了开发项目环境可行性的依据原则及生态环境保护措施的基本内容 .并对推行可持续发展EIA的要点 :如重视对后代人影响评价、加强环境承载力分析、注重社会经济效益分析及开展战略EIA等予以论述     

大连民族学院民族地区可持续发展研究中心简介

大连民族学院民族地区可持续发展研究中心于2004年4月成立。中心以国家民委重点学科“人口、资源与环境经济学”为载体,分为4个研究方向：民族地区资源环境与经济可持续发展研究、民族地区绿色产业与经济可持续发展研究、民族地区经济发展战略与模式和民族地区特色生态产业研究。     

环境宣传教育的理论与实践初探

环境意识高低是衡量一个国家和民族文明进程的一个重要标志,开展环境宣传教育工作,对实施科教兴国战略和可持续发展战略至关重要.1970年代以来,我国开展了普遍的环境宣传教育,公众对环境和环境问题的认识,有了较大的提高.但环境宣传教育的实践,使我们认识到我国公众的环境意识在不同地区、不同群体中表现出明显差异.因此,加强环境宣传教育,提高全民族的环境意识,任重道远.

民族生态学是一门研究不同民族群体与其自然环境中各构成要素之间相互作用和相互关系的科学.民族生态学构建了有用的框架来分析与生态保护、资源可持续管理利用、社区发展等相关的问题,目的在于进一步理解和实践人与环境,民族与环境和谐共生,协调发展的理念.在西部民族地区生态建设过程中,民族生态学视野以生态文明建设为重点,运用生态学的原理和方法来观照生态网络运行中的经济、文化、社会因素.从实践角度而言,民族生态学理论方法能正确认识西部地区存在的各种问题并提出建议,有助于促进西部民族地区的经济、环境可持续发展.     

关于西部大开发中民族团结工作的思考

西部大开发,是国家提出的调整区域经济结构、缩小地区差距的一项重大发展战略。西部地区是一个多民族、多宗教的地区,各民族团结是为实施西部大开发战略提供稳定社会环境的重要保证。本文拟从我党在民族工作方面的经验分析在西部大开发中民族团结工作的难点、重点,理清思路、创新制度、深化改革,让西部大开发真正得到启动,促进各民族共同繁荣。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
