房地产开发生态足迹模型构建及实证分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
基于生态足迹理论与分析方法,提出了房地产开发生态足迹和房地产开发生态承载力的概念,构建了房地产开发生态足迹及房地产开发生态承载力的简化计算模型,并以2005年南京市住宅开发为例开展了实证分析.研究结果表明,2005年南京市住宅开发处于严重的生态赤字和不可持续状态,其生态足迹约为生态承载力的116倍,应通过适当提高住宅容积率、建设生态住宅、提高建筑材料利用效率、发展循环经济等手段以降低住宅开发的生态赤字,促进住宅开发乃至房地产业的可持续发展.  相似文献

目的对住宅项目进行可持续建设评价,为住宅项目前期策划乃至后评价提供必要依据。方法将生态足迹理论与能值分析方法相结合,并应用于住宅项目可持续建设评价中,通过构建住宅项目生态足迹评价模型,来判断住宅项目的生态盈余或亏损,评价项目对当地的生态影响及项目建设的可持续性,并以北京市某住宅项目为案例进行实证分析。结果案例所在区域的生态承载力明显大于项目建设所造成的生态足迹,生态盈余为12.2 hm~2,表明住宅项目的开发建设对当地生态环境压力较小,项目的开发建设在生态环境可持续发展上具有可行性。结论住宅项目的开发建设不可避免地会对当地环境造成一定的影响,利用住宅项目生态足迹模型可以有效评价这种影响的大小,生态足迹模型对于判别住宅项目建设可持续性具有较强的实用性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
