利用水热合成方法制备了新颖的基于{Na[Mo6O12)(OH4)3(HPO4)(H2PO4))3]2}3-构筑单元的一维链状杂多化合物[DETA]4NaH2{Na[Mo6O12(OH)3(HPO4)(H2PO4)3]2}·8H2O(DETA=diethylenetriamine), 并用元素分析、IR、UV、TG及X-射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征. 该化合物属于三斜晶系, P-ī空间群, a=12.421 2(4)nm, b=12.5911(4) nm, c=13.078 2(4) nm, α=85.411 0(10)°, β=73.313 0(10)°, γ=82.276 0(10)°, V=1 939.63(11) nm3, Z=2, R1= 0.024 4. 杂多阴离子{Na[Mo6O12(OH12(OH)3(HPO4)(H2PO4)3]2}3-具有夹心结构, Na离子位于2个半单元[Mo6O12(OH)3(HPO4)(H2PO4)3]2-中心. 夹心型阴离子之间又以Na离子为桥形成了一维链, 并通过氢键作用形成了三维网状结构. 半单元[Mo6O12(OH)3(HPO4)(H2PO4)3]2-中, 6个MoO6八面体通过共边连接形成一个Mo6环,4个PO4四面体位于环的一侧.  相似文献

研究了独立的Frn-KBrO3-MnSO4-H2SO4-Act体系及其在磷酸盐Na2HPO4·NaH2PO4中的振荡反应,考察了Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4对振荡反应的影响及反应过程的能量关系,发现[BrO-3]0=0.05mol/L时,磷酸盐起加速反应的作用,使振荡周期、振荡寿命变小,振荡频率增加,[BrO-3]0=0.035mol/L时,磷酸盐起延缓振荡反应的作用,使诱导期、振荡周期、振荡寿命增大.  相似文献

从石油污染场地分离到一株可降解菲的菌株SP 3,经生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA序列对比分析,初步鉴定该菌株为分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium sp.),该菌能够以菲为唯一碳源,在菲浓度为100 μg/mL的无机盐培养基中,28 ℃摇床培养7 d降解率达到了99%以上。对该菌进行了最佳发酵培养基及培养条件的优化研究,其最佳培养基配方为淀粉1%、牛肉膏1%、Na2HPO4 0.2%、NaH2PO4 0.2%,并通过单因素实验法确定了最佳培养条件为温度30 ℃,初始pH =7.5,培养时间12 h。  相似文献

Influences of some electrolyte impurities within starch and starch cationization on the adhesion of quaternary ammonium cornstarch to cotton and polyester fibers were investigated. The electrolytes considered included NaCI, Na2SO4, NaH2PO4 and Na2HPO4. The adhesion to fibers was evaluated in terms of maximum strength and work-to-break of the roving sized with the starch pastes containing electrolytes. It was found that the cationization showed a positive effect on the adhesion to both fibers whereas the electrolytes gave an adverse effect and reduced the adhesion. The adverse effect depends on the type and amount of electrolytes. The influence of electrolytes on the adhesion can be ranked in a series of NaH2PO4〉 Na2 HPO4〉 Na2SO4 〉 NaCl. The adhesion enhances as the modification extent increases and the electrolyte content decreases. Furthermore, the adverse effect can be compensated by the positive effect of the starch modification even at a low modification extent. If the electrolytes are fully eliminated, the cationic starch can increase the adhesion strength by more than 10% for both fibers.  相似文献

建立了毛细管电泳与微超滤技术联用测定人体血清中痕量尼美舒利的新方法.考察了背景缓冲溶液类型[NaH2PO4-Na2B4O7(pH值为8.0)、NaHCO3-Na2CO3(pH值为10.0)、柠檬酸-Na2HPO4(pH值为4.5)、NaAc-HAc(pH值为5.0)、Tris-HCl(pH值为9.0)、NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH值为7.0)、Na2B4O7-HCl(pH值为8.5)]、背景溶液pH值、背景缓冲溶液浓度、进样时间等对测定尼美舒利效果的影响.结果表明,在紫外检测波长214 nm,运行电压19kV条件下,以75mmol/L Na2B4O7-HCl(pH值为8.0)为背景溶液,使用未涂层的毛细管柱(47 cm×50μm i.d.,有效柱长40 cm),血浆样品用微超滤除蛋白后直接测定,线性范围为0.2~27.5μg/mL(r=0.999 7,n=11),检出限达0.05μg/mL.  相似文献

设计了化学沉淀除氨氮装置,以MgCl2.6H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为沉淀剂,模拟高质量浓度氨氮废水,对影响该装置运行效果的因素进行了研究,为后续的工业应用提供参考.结果表明,摩尔配比(Mg2 ∶NH4 ∶PO43-),pH值,水力停留时间(HRT)是主要影响因素,其显著性顺序为Mg2 ∶NH4 ∶PO43->pH值>HRT;机械搅拌方式更适合反应器的运行,其搅拌强度适宜的范围是200~300 r/min;最佳pH值为8.5~9.5,在此范围内反应器的去除效果随pH值的增大而增强;实际废水初步研究表明,在Mg2 ∶NH4 ∶PO43-为1.2∶1∶1,pH值为9.0,HRT为2.5 h,搅拌强度200 r/min条件下,氨氮去除率可达到90%以上.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
