核糖体蛋白S6对果蝇发育的影响

核糖体蛋白S6在细胞周期和细胞凋亡等过程中发挥着重要作用. 通过对RNAi干扰S6基因表达的果蝇与S2细胞表型的观察,分析细胞增殖与细胞周期和细胞凋亡相关基因的变化,结果发现:S6基因表达干扰引起果蝇幼虫、眼睛、翅膀和刚毛发育异常,并阻滞S2细胞正常生长;在果蝇翅膀discs中有凋亡信号出现;细胞周期和细胞凋亡相关基因异常表达. 说明S6蛋白表达量减少引起的果蝇异常表型主要是通过细胞凋亡方式发生的.     

肉鸡腹水综合征发病机理研究进展

快速生长等病因使机体氧不足,产生OFR,导致血管内皮细胞损伤.首先,内皮细胞损伤引起以非肌性动脉肌性化,肌性动脉中膜平滑肌增厚,外膜下胶原纤维增多为特征的肺血管重构.肺血管重构时,血管壁增厚,内径缩小、僵硬,弹性回缩力缩小而形成PS.其次,内皮细胞损伤使有缩血管作用的TXA2和EDCF合成增加,而有舒血管作用的PGI2和EDRF合成减少,肺血管收缩加强,再加上血栓的阻力,形成PS.高Na+通过使胃肠内容物渗透压升高,液体从血液中向胃肠腔渗漏,血液PCV值升高;ED下降,血流阻力增大;血容量增加三方面导致PS.PS出现早于右心肥大.PS引起右心肥大和AS.PS使右心负荷增大,久之右心衰竭,静脉回流受阻,肝脏淤血.肝毛细血管压力升高,大量滤出液进入肝淋巴管而使其压力上升,淋巴液从肝被膜和肝淋巴管渗出而形成腹水.PS是AS发病机理的中心环节.AHI(RV/TV)是学术界公认的研究AS的参数,它反映了心扩张程度和肺动脉压的高低,可以做为AS的诊断根据.大量的试验数据表明:右心室越重,右心区面积越大,腹水越多.AS病鸡的AHI值>0.40.     

房间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压的介入治疗

先天性心脏病（简称先心病，congenital heart disease，CHD）是指出生时即存在的心脏、血管结构和功能上的异常。是各种原因引起的正常心脏、血管组织胚胎发育异常，或是胎盘早期停止发育引起。房间隔缺损（atrial septal defect．ASD）是常见的先天性心脏病之一．     

一种基于改进U形网络的 眼底图像视网膜新生血管检测方法

糖尿病性视网膜病变(简称糖网病)是主要的致盲眼疾病之一,视网膜新生血管的出现是糖网病恶化的重要标志.为了更准确地检测出视网膜新生血管,本文提出了一种基于彩色眼底图的视网膜新生血管检测方法.首先通过一种改进的U形卷积神经网络对血管进行分割;然后利用滑动窗口提取特定区域内血管的形态特征,通过支持向量机将窗口内的血管分为普通血管和新生血管.使用来自MESSIDOR数据集和Kaggle数据集的含有视网膜新生血管的彩色眼底图对实验进行训练和测试,结果表明该方法对视网膜新生血管检测的准确率为95.96％;该方法在糖网病计算机辅助诊断方面有潜在的应用前景.     

落叶松根朽病生理学特性及其拮抗菌的测定

对落叶松根朽病病根进行分离培养.结果表明:引起根朽病的病原菌为奥氏蜜环菌Armillaria ostoyae,其菌索为最佳分离源,组织分离和子实体分离不易成功;病原菌在综合马铃薯汁培养基上生长良好,3 d后长出白色后变黑褐色菌落,5～6 d后长出菌索.病原菌的3个菌株生长的最适合温度为25℃;最适pH为6.0～6.4;最佳碳源为葡萄糖、麦芽糖;最佳氮源为尿素和酵母粉,在KNO3和(NH4)2HPO4等无机氮源上生长不良.室内药剂敏感性测定结果表明:使用5.00 mg/mL硫酸铜、1.25 mg/mL70%代森锰锌、1.25 mg/mL5%百菌清可以有效防治根朽病.室内病原菌与拮抗真菌的对峙结果表明,所用的厚环乳牛肝菌Suillus grevillei等6种菌根菌和2种工程菌对病原菌A5.92都有抑制作用.其中厚环乳牛肝菌Suillus grevillei、赭丝膜菌Cortinarius russus、红蜡蘑Laccarialaccata抑制作用最强,不仅产生最明显的抑菌环,抑制病原菌的生长,同时覆盖病原菌并在其上生长,可用于根朽病的生物防治.     

异常黑胆质型痴呆证病结合模型建立及方药干预实验

 为了建立阿尔茨海默病(AD)异常黑胆质证病结合大鼠模型,并观察维药异常黑胆质成熟剂对其影响,采用经典方法建立异常黑胆质证模型,随后将凝集态β-淀粉样蛋白1-40(β-Amyloid 1-40,Aβ_1-40)定位注射到双侧海马,建立病证结合模型;应用异常黑胆质成熟剂方药干预,观察各组体征变化,通过Morris水迷宫和跳台仪进行行为学测试,比较各组学习记忆能力的改变.结果表明,异常黑胆质证组和AD异常黑胆质证病结合组表现出饮水量增加(P<0.01),饮食量增加(P<0.01),体重减轻(P<0.01)等;AD组、异常黑胆质证组、AD异常黑胆质证病结合组学习记忆力降低(P<0.05);AD异常黑胆质证病结合组+异常黑胆质成熟剂干预组异常黑胆质证生物表征和学习记忆力均有所改善(P<0.05).研究表明,异常黑胆质成熟剂对AD异常黑胆质证病结合组大鼠的生物表征及学习记忆能力均有一定改善作用.     

心血管神经官能症心电图ST-T波异常的鉴别

目的,为探讨心得安试验用于鉴别心血管神经官能症与心脏器质性病变引起心电图ST-T波异常的可行性. 方法,2004年4月至2005年4月来我院进行心电图检查有ST-T波改变的病例50人,分为两组,第一组35人,为无心血管症状的患者,第二组15人,为有心血管症状的患者,口服心得安前后描记心电图. 结果,口服心得安后,无明显心血管症状患者,ST-T波好转,好转率77.14%,而有典型心肌缺血临床表现的患者,ST-T波多未见改善,好转率6.67%,X 2=21.17>X20.05(1) , P<0.05. 结论心得安试验可用于心血管神经官能症与心脏器质性病变引起ST-T波异常的鉴别.     

西伯利亚百合病毒及脱毒的电镜检测

为筛选无病毒植株进行推广应用,利用电镜技术检测西伯利亚百合感染病毒及脱毒后的细胞微观形态的变化.结果显示感病和脱毒后的西伯利亚百合叶片,在微观结构上有较大差别.感病的西伯利亚百合叶片有大量的病毒粒子散布于细胞之中,引起寄主细胞严重的病理变化,从而导致细胞内一些细胞器的异常;而脱毒后的叶片细胞的各细胞器均表现正常.病毒侵染所引起的扁茎症状的原因和细胞质中形成许多小泡状物的病理机制以及存在多个病毒复合侵染的现象有待进一步的探讨.     

环柱状血管化肿瘤生长模型的自由边界问题

该文研究环柱状血管化肿瘤生长模型的自由边界问题. 假设肿瘤环绕血管外侧生长,考虑其垂直截面的生长规律.肿瘤区域的内侧边界是固定的,外侧边界是自由边界.证明了:(i)该问题存在稳态解;(ii)若血管化函数α(t)保持一致有界,则自由边界R(t)保持一致有界;(iii)若lim_t→∞α(t)=0,则自由边界将收缩至内边界,即肿瘤消失.     

阿尔采末病发病机制研究进展新视点

阿尔采末病的发病机制一直是神经科学领域未解的难题.近年来最新研究发现tao蛋白过度磷酸化导致神经纤维缠结、轴浆运输障碍、同型半胱氨酸的非血管作用、免疫学机制等导致神经元损伤和凋亡,最终引起阿尔采末发病.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
