糖尿病是一组常见的以血浆葡萄糖水平增高为特征的代谢内分泌疾病,胰岛素治疗几乎是所有类型糖尿病控制血糖的重要手段。但长期使用外源性胰岛素会产生诸如失明、肾衰、肥胖等并发症,而胰岛移植被认为是较为理想的治疗糖尿病的方法,其手术简单、安全并发症少,可纠正糖代谢紊乱,尤为重要的是它可以防止、减缓甚至逆转糖尿病性微血管病变,减少心、肾等脏器并发症的发生,降低死亡率。  相似文献

目的:了解石河子市社区2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况,探讨影响血糖达标的因素。方法:采用整群抽样的方法于2012年纳入符合标准的患者300人,进行3年的随访观察,收集一般人口学信息、治疗方案及血糖相关指标等资料。根据药物治疗情况将入选对象分为口服药物治疗组、胰岛素治疗组、联合用药组。结果:2015年血糖达标率为41.2%,较2012年45.3%有所降低(P0.05)。血糖达标率均以口服药物治疗组最高,胰岛素治疗组最低;与口服药物治疗组患者相比,胰岛素治疗组和联合用药组病程长、各血糖指标(FBG、HbA1c、2hPBG)值高(P0.05)。进行logistic回归分析显示,病程、并发症是影响血糖达标危险因素,饮食控制、好的服药依从性、口服药物治疗以及自我监测血糖是其保护因素。结论:石河子社区2型糖尿病患者血糖达标率较低,饮食控制、好的服药依从性以及自我监测血糖是提高血糖达标率、延缓并发症的重要策略。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
